I tried to make a purchase. I put in my credit card info and it said there was a problem with my card and declined the purchase. I called my bank and they told me that there was no declined purchase. I am now worried that have scammed my credit card number. I told the bank to decline any transactions at this point. I called the phone number on their website and there of course is no answer. This is really sad.

Can't speak for their in store service, but their online ordering is an absolute Joke. Do not buy online from them. Ordered an item they said was in stock in November. Got the confirmation email but never got the item. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. At least have the class to respond and let me know what the situation is. Wish I came on here and read the reviews before ordering, because it's clear they do this to everyone. Considering this was a Christmas gift, that makes it even worse. You are now on Santa's naughty list

This company is an online fraud. They claim that certain products are in stock. They require you to give all your personal information & credit card info. The automated system gives you a confirmation number & say they will ship out right away. Weeks later nothing. After several call attempts & emails sent to this fraudulent company no responses. Phone doesn’t work & emails either. They have all of your personal information & there is nothing you can do. You feel violated. I hope this company gets shut down. I will try to file a complaint with the state attorney general to see if they can do something to this company. This business is a joke. Beware of giving them your personal information!!!!

We ordered a softball glove on 11/10, received confirmation of the order and my card was charged. After a few weeks of no further communication I began reaching out to try to obtain an update and similar to others have been unable to reach anyone by phone, the voicemail box is not functional, and multiple emails have not been responded to.

Placed an online order 11/3/22. A couple weeks later, after not receiving a shipping notification, I contacted their customer service. No one answered my call or replied to my email. I recommend not doing business with this company.

Placed an online order and never received the product. The status of my order is "placed" to this day about 6 months later. Calls go to a "voicemail" that is full and there is no response to emails at all. Have tried all I can to contact this shop. I get the impression they are not a legitimate store.

Ordered team helmets online. I received an order confirmation. Almost a week later no shipping details. Reached out via email no response. Called the line is disconnected. Went into a panic b/c this was hundreds of dollars of team money!!! Luckily the business never processed the charge and it fell off within 7 business days! Looks by the reviews that they are good in person but have very poor online management. would not recommend ordering anything from this company i was lucky but by the comments so many others were not!

Edit: Happy 1 Month Anniversary <3 Still haven't been contacted at allOrdered a product that said it typically ships in 1-3 days. after 4 days and no update I emailed the company about the order and never received a reply. I then called the store SIX times over the next few days and nobody picked up the phone or answered my voicemail. It is now over a week since I ordered and I have no faith it will ever get shipped and now I'll have to do a chargeback on my card to get my money back as NOBODY will answer any form of contact

They would get zero stars if it were an option. I placed the order on an item that said it was in stock and usually ships within 24 hours. A week later, I still haven't received a shipping notification. I e-mailed and never got a response. I called multiple times and got a message that said that the person I dialed isn't able to receive calls at this time. This is the sketchiest website! They can't ship my order or be reached, but they can sure charge my card and take my money. Do not shop this site!

Ordered online. Never shipped, never canceled my order. Didn't respond to emails and their phone is disconnected. Owner's name is Regina Bataille from New Jersey. I will be contacting the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. With the amount of similar incidents this possibly rises to the level of criminal activity!

Never shipped my product I ordered online. I'm about an hour away from the store itself and didn't have time to pickup the item. I called ATLEAST 5 times a day to try and reach someone, nobody EVER, not even once answered the phone during their posted hours. I called in the morning, afternoon, and evening with no luck. The order ended up being canceled after I reached out to my bank to cancel the order due to lack of shipping and communication. Don't waste your time, spend your money elsewhere.

If I could I would give a 0 star. I had ordered a dog leash on 8/03/2021 and still have not received. I call the # on their website many times and no one answers. Last time I called was today.I sent couple of emails and did not get a reply back at all. I left a voicemail and did not get a reply back. Their service online is unacceptable. There should not be an excuse for them not returning calls. I will report them to BBB.

Can I give ZERO stars? Stay as far away from this place as possible. Ordered a glove a month ago, still haven't received it. Like the other reviews, called multiple times, sent emails...No response. Their scam here is they hope you won't go and request the funds back from your credit card company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with this company.

I ordered some equipment and paid for it over two months ago and have received no updates on my order. I have emailed, called (straight to voicemail and mailbox is full, and sent SMS messages. This business sure will take your money, getting items in return seems to be the more challenging piece of the equation.

Do not under any circumstance give your credit card information to this company. After placing an order, and two weeks of radio silence, I was forced to declare my card "lost or stolen" so I could get a new number. Only way to be sure I'm not fraudulently charged years from now.

Placed an order 4/17/20 for Marsblade Frame Kit. CC was charged. Website said item would ship within 24 hrs. It has been 18 days and and still no shipping confirmation. We have tried several times to contact them but they do not answer the phone or respond to emails. I also sent a message through Messenger that they've opened but haven't responded to. Their website is either an outright scam or is unattended and still charging customers. If I could give less than 1 star I would. BEWARE!!

I ordered an item from this website on 3/8. After several days I decided to call and get an estimated ship date. The number listed on their website goes directly to a mailbox where you are unable to leave a message. I have emailed them weekly since then with no response.

Its a shame this site is still on the web with all the bad reviews and how they have screwed over good people! Hope this saves the next person!

Order some mask parts June 5th.. today July 20th. I have sent emails, called a lot, and left voicemails when no one answered(which they never did). I needed they parts the week after I ordered them, not the next season. Never again and if you are in a rush for your stuff, buy somewhere else.
