Janna and her team are the best! After trying 2 other groomers for our new puppy Janna came recommended by a neighbor and a year later we’re still so happy we were introduced to her. You know you have found a good groomer when your dog doesn’t object to going :) Janna wants to make sure you are happy with your dog’s cut and the prices are very reasonable. Thanks Janna & team!

We adopted our first dog in May and had no idea what to do about grooming and that Ponchi was actually so overgrown for his breed. Our neighborhood recommended Janna and her team and said they would do a great job. During our first visit, Janna took so much time to learn about Ponchi and helped us understand what regular grooming would entail. Janna gave advice on how Ponchi should look. During each grooming, Janna examines your pet for any skin issues, any irregularities and alerts you to the issues when you pick up your pet. Ponchi's Christmas haircut was the talk of the neighborhood and everyone wanted to know where we take him.Janna's prices are extremely fair and she even includes tooth brushing which many groomers I called did not. Another great thing is the between grooming package where your pet can get a face trim, paw/leg trip and quick touch up. The cost of this package is extremely reasonable. Ponchi loves going to visit Janna and we will keep visiting for many years to come.

Janna always does an amazing job on my labradoodle. I will always go to her because she is so nice, accommodating, and well-priced. Theo HATES bath and water, but loves Janna and always leaves happy. I would recommend Charming Pet Grooming to anyone in the area looking for a great groomer! Oh, and he always smells amazing for the rest of the week!

The worse place they cut my dog and did not say anything he is in pain and it cost me a lot money with the vet they do not care about our pets

I’m not sure what’s going on lately. We’ve been loyal customers for years but after our last two appointments our dog ended up at the vet. Maybe they hired a new groomer? We won’t be going back but I hope for everyone’s sake they resolve the source of the issue.

Love their services. They are always professional and do great work. My dog loves going there. She goes willingly and happy when she walks in. That's says so much about them just by my dogs reaction I know they are treating her well. I cant say enough about them.

Have been incredibly pleased with the services here & the way they treat my little yorkie. He is always happy when I pick him up and is only there for about an hour. Price is unbeatable and they are very responsive, honest and it’s easy to get an appointment!

The groomers are attentive and very careful with my two dogs. In fact they found a tumor on one of my dogs paws.Also the cuts are beautiful .

This place offered my dogs a wonderful grooming experience. The facility is very clean and welcoming, not to mention that the owner is very kind to the dogs and is very informative. Overall, I am definitely coming back and referring this place to others.
