Popped in here for the first time today as I forgot my dog's food in the city for the weekend. She eats ziwi peak which is air dried and the manager took so much time to talk to me about 2 possible options I may like since they didn't carry my brand. Extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. I visited Maxwell and Molly’s Pet Supply recently and i was extremely impressed! When you first walk in, it truly looks and feels like a boutique as the store itself is beautiful, clean, and well organized! They have a wonderful variety of premium dog/cat food brands as well as toys and accessories. The employees are SUPER friendly and knowledgable and i felt so welcomed here. I will definitely be returning with my golden retriever next time 😃

We just went for the first time today for some goodies for our rescue pup. Don was so knowledgeable about holistic products and safer swaps for treats, grooming, tick and flea prevention and organic food. What a great experience. I will never go to another pet store!

Was referred by a family member to come here. Walked in with not expecting much and I’d say I was blown away by my experience. Don came up to me and had a conversation with me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for with my little knowledge in products. He answered every question and by far the best customer service I ever had. I now will only get my products here for my pets! Thank you Don!

I was in need of something to apply to my dog, River's paws for the winter as his pads get irritated by the dry air and salted roads. I was immediately greeted by Don, who took the time to show me products that made sense for my dog's needs. Don was lovely, patient, knowledgeable and clearly loves animals. I highly recommend Maxwell and Molly's Pet Supplies in Sparta (super convenient!).

The staff is so kind and helpful. I used to go to the Newton store often when they first opened, but after not being in the area as frequently as I once was, I wasn't able to stop by as much. I purchased one of my favorite collars for my late dog at the Newton location! This location is perfect for me to swing by when I am traveling up 15 North. You can be confident you're buying quality and well thought out products.

Untrustworthy and potentially dangerous are two words that come to mind when thinking about maxwell and mollys.I have been to each of their locations multiple times and finally my recent encounter with one of the employees was the final nail in the coffin.Snake oil salesman is how I would describe the culture of maxwell and mollys. They instill a distrust of veterinarians, physicians who successfully graduated from medical school, and want you to purchase their natural products. THIS IS NOT SAFE. Ones of the salesman’s unsolicited advice was extremely dangerous and false.Please consult veterinarian before taking advice of employees / owner of store. PLEASE.Extremely disappointed at the fear mongering verbiage that was used when employee was trying to get me to purchase some of their natural products. I was told I am “POISONING” my dogs. Disgusting.Trust your vet- not a random store owner. To me it only seemed as though he cares about selling and lying about products, not my dogs. Selfish.

Very nice place to get speciality items for your pups. Bougie and cute. Staff is super helpful. I recommend the papaya jerky for pups with sensitive stomachs.
