love the personal, friendly and knowledgeable experience that is lost in big chain stores. your just a sale or a number in other stores. glad to come in to new world and be greeted by name with a smile by a staff who cares about the pet business and are not a person just there for a job! wish alot more businesses and people treated everyone as new world does reminds me of the old days where listening and customer service were keys to being successful. my how times have changed, new world pet center keep up the good work.your loyal customer.

One of my favorite store to shop at for my pets!! We fostered 3 baby bunnies that were dropped of at the store and im very happy to announce that they all made it and were released back into the wild! I absolutely love the owner she is more then accommodating and helpful with all your pet care needs !!

For a place that has "support your local small business" on a sign in their window, they're awfully rude in here. Used to sell adorable pet rats and switched to selling mostly bait rodents and snakes/reptiles, though they never really seem willing to let you check any of them out. Always given dirty looks in here. Stopped shopping there when petsmart opened up

Very helpful. I went there with questions about my snake possibly being sick, and they told me to bring her in.. so I did and she checked my snake out. Thankfully my snake was not sick, but all the staff seem very knowledgeable on animals.

Thee only pet store I shop!!! Barb is so amazing, helpful, & kind. Gives great advice. If they are out of something which is very rare, they will order for you! Truly cares about their customers & animals.

Pond heater went down ona very cold day. They were the only ones that had one in stock after calling around.they even waited for me after hours so i could drive from galloway to pick it up. Thanks again. The only store i will be buying my supplies from.

I usually only pick up one mouse a week to feed my python. But I love this place and I would never go anywhere else.
