I loved everything about this location. The store clerk/cashier was amazing. The store was clean, and not cluttered. I would recommend this location to all. Again, the store clerk was amazing, just wish I knew her name. I'm sure you can find out, she deserves an award for her impeccable customer service skills.

I had the worst time at five below yesterday this small short Hispanic man with a beard he started yelling for absolutely no reason. He was being extremely rude he was saying things that noone should have to hear. I don't not recommend coming here it would be a lot better to just take the extra time and go to the one in Mays landing.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible treatment by an employee who was looking for a power trip. Went in the store for a screen protector with my Mother and 4 year old daughter. They didn’t have the size I needed but of course the kid wanted a dolly so we walked up to the front to get in line behind the customer being checked out and stood behind her. Well- a male employee came up to us, and another Mom with a little kid, and started shouting at us to the point where we all thought he was joking. “People in line, look down at your feet, follow the signs on the floor and go around…”. He said some other dribble which I can’t remember now cause I was so amazed that this little dweeb was speaking to us this way. I don’t have a problem with walking around but it was his tone and volume that had me speechless. The other mom looked at me and said “ what does he think we are- in kindergarten?” To which I replied “that’s worthy of a google review huh.” She said “yeah and a call to the corporate office!” As he was yelling this - the customer ahead of me had finished checking out but he still insisted that we walk around when I could have simply taken 2 steps ahead to the register. If it wasn’t for my kid wanting a toy I would have thrown the stuff in his face and left to never return again. Ever. Unless I want to be rudely accosted by a dorky guy looking to exude what little power he has. No thanks. Why the attitude bud? You’re a store that sells kids toys?

Don't waste your time with the shopping online for in store pickup. They are completely incompetent! I ordered 12 items at 3:15pm on a Monday. At 12pm on Tuesday I still haven't received an email stating my order was ready. Even though my processing email told me that my order would be ready in 4 hours and I would have received an email when it was ready for pickup. I never received an email so I just took a chance and went to the store. My order was ready but only eight of the items. I never received an email telling me that these items weren't in stock. In fact, when I went online these items were in stock and allowed me to fill it in my cart. It's almost like they're inventory is so far behind with corporate actually updating the website. Complete waste of time. I had the manager Gloria and Brian helping me. It's a shame because their policy there leaves their managers hanging with absolutely no way to correct the situation. After about 20 minutes they finally called their "district manager Tom" who also basically did nothing. They put me on the phone with him for him to just try to over talk me telling me all about the policy. I wanted to explain that I never received an email telling me it was finished or even an email saying that I picked up an order. He wanted me to trust him in saying that in three or four days the rest of my order that was not there would be refunded back. What a joke! You have a policy in effect that your company didn't even follow correctly with the customer not receiving email saying the order was done or that it was picked up. And you want me to trust you on returning my money back in a couple of days. This company leaves their managers high and dry!!! Basically after the manager's calling "district manager Tom" his final answer was I don't know what to do, just do a refund. They could have just done that from the beginning. They kept saying I didn't have a receipt which is hilarious because I ordered online and had an order number. This company needs to figure out their policies. If you're trying to get in the game with online pickup, maybe start with a flagship store, work out all the kinks and then put it to your other stores. Even when these two managers called another five below manager to ask for help. They had no idea what to do. It just goes to prove that two stores under "district manager Tom's watch have no clue what to do when it comes to their own policies. Maybe this company should ask himself what exactly is district manager Thomas job. He's obviously not helping his managers. But probably making eight bunch of money. You should pay the managers more since they actually have to deal with the customers in front of them. Gloria was absolutely awesome. Brian on the other hand really didn't want to help me. He was trying to just make me go away. I held my ground because I knew I was right. I will never shop at this store again. Completely lost any trust in this company.

Good selection of electronics such as cellphone accessories. Seasonal items come and go with many bargain items. Staff is good and parking can be tight at times.

Everything I need and affordable, the best store to shop at for everything. At least for me if five below doesn't have it chances are I don't really need it. I don't hesitate to say as someone who struggles financially, this store provides me with everything from technoogy needs to clothing, even at the hardest of times I can walk in , get hair beauty, makeup , clothing, and even leisure, sports, gaming, books, just everything. staff is fantastic too.

Give this Store a five star. I went all over and began to be discouraged 😞 looking for the Enchanto themed gift for my 4yr old granddaughter 's birthday. On my way out after looking all over the store. I asked the salesperson and she found several different items that were in stock. I was so happy I wanted to cry. I couldn't stop thanking this young lady, she really made my day. All the Agents were helping to find specific items for most of the customers in the store.

I use to love coming in this store. The store is a mess, boxes every where . The employees are un professional all 3 employees are on thier cell phones . It doesn't seem like any one is in charge . I never seen it look like this .

Older man at register was a little rude. He also turned the credit card thing around and instead of skipping the survey, he rated himself a 9 for service. Definitely not what I would have given. He also was talking rudely about another customer to an employee, in front of me while I was shopping. Completely rude

I love five below! It's a dream for my kids who visit regularly. Obviously affordable with a variety of merchandise. There are a lot of useful items I wouldn't know we're there! Birthday decorations, clothes, and some tech you need in a snap! This location is well stocked and very nice.

This used to be a great place but now everything is not 5 you should not even call it 5 below I buy a headset and it was 8 dollars!?you should Make it a regular store! Would not shop here for something 5 dollars! who changes there store that is literally called 5 below?!😤🤨

Was greeted by a very friendly young lady named Savannah, she was so helpful and patient! The only thing wrong was that I thought she was the store manager and sadly she is not. Hopefully she gets recognized for all her hard work and gets a well deserved promotion!!!

Great clean well stocked store! Employees are Always courteous, helpful and keep the painting register line moving. My husband Rick goes more than I do, I don't drive, and he's always stopping in looking for more items!

I love Five Below! It's a fun little store with plenty of great stuff for all ages! You can find toys, jewelry (mostly costume but way cute), cool clothing, gifts, pet accessories, snacks, etc. It's hard to believe that everything in there is truly $5 and below but it is. Plenty of free parking and wheelchair accessible. Have fun!

I love love love this store. This is the only place I buy my socks, a couple times a year. My kids like to come here too, I always let them pick out one thing. Almost everything we've gotten has been perfectly good quality despite the cheap price. The only thing we ever had a problem with was headphones, but my kids are pretty rough on things. Lots of great deals to be had here, especially love the books section. Will be a lifelong customer.

This is a good store with an assortment of different low priced items. I went there to find a holder for my phone that I can use in my car. I asked if they had magnetic ones and I was told no. After looking around I found one myself. The service that you get may not be the best but they have a good selection of inexpensive items.

It has everything from phone cases to make-up to even pool toys. This place also has a bunch off candy and treats. You can re-decorate your room. Or enjoy outside fun. There is a whole section just for phones. All for $5 and under.

Worked here for a time... one manager ruined this location for me permanently.*Five Below as a Company is wonderful! I give the company a 5 Star/5 However this location... was ruined for me*The manager Dawn* is a sorry excuse for a human being... Mean, degrading and one of the worst experiences in the time working here. As a customer now I avoid this location just because of her it may not mean much but treating employees badly needs to be unearthed. I’ll avoid this location for good because of such an experience.

What's the point of having a checkout enter here sign if the cashiers don't abide by it in the Somers point store??? They took 2 customers that weren't even in line and I got the excuse the 1 was an exchange, ok what about the lady you took who was with the person behind me while I was standing at the please wait here sign.. it doesn't matter if the 1 had a return or not they need to wait their turn like everyone else. I waited more than 5 mins as 3 different employees were at 1 register!

For a quick item you can add to a gift or the best priced movie candy Five Below will not disappoint! While shopping check out the large selection phone cases and accessories. They seem to have the lowest prices around. The cook book and children's book sections are always a place to pick up a few books at a great price!

I always like stopping in Five Below especially this location because the store is always well stocked and very neat. I did notice today that some of the electronics (chargers, earphones, etc.) were priced with a sticky label that read "Five Below $5.55" .... I was completely shocked! I always thought the name of the store FIVE BELOW was indicative of all the items being priced at FIVE DOLLARS or lower (hence, "Below.") I am wondering is it because it is the holiday season or is this their new marking plan??? I will be stopping at the Somer's Point "Five Below" to see if their electronic items have increased as well.

I rate 5below at this level because the sales associate Bailey made my experience very pleasurable . As soon as I walked in she greeted me with a hello & smile ! As I shopped around she helped me find the items I was looking for . While finishing up my sale Bailey made sure I had everything I needed & even suggested add ons around the register that I found cute/affordable & decided to purchase . When I told her I love 5below because you can’t beat the prices she suggested I give her my email to receive notice of all the new items that come in daily . As a retail manager I notice excellent customer service & how far it goes to actually enjoy your job ! She made it a very positive envioremnt !
