Worst customer service ever. I called to see if they had a certain t-shirt in stock. I asked the associate over the phone if she could check for a certain t-shirt and I describe the color. She told me that they have over a hundred t-shirts and that no she is not looking for it for me. I tried to explain that I'm 45 minutes away and I wasn't going to travel if they didn't have it. She said it was not her problem. I then told her I was going to have a talk with Gary who is the district manager for that store. She said go right ahead I don't care and hung up on me.

This location is neat and orderly. Not as much furniture on display as Mays Landing. Which is good ...leaves room for other merchandise. I was looking for some of the organic and gourmet items I used to get ....but didn't bsee any of them. A bit disappointed. I was also looking for some of the Nutro 🐈 food....none of that either. Oh well will have to check from time to time as I am aware that stock changes.

If you have not been to Big Lots in Somers Point in the last 4-5 months you need to check the store out again.They have rearranged the entire store which has a whole new feel to it. You forget that your in Big Lots because it feels like a high end store.Prices are great and they even sell nice clothing that are made well & last. Everything you need is in this store know.The staff are polite knowledgeable & very helpful. So get to Big Lots in Somers Point for great deals!

My first visit was today, and I was impressed! The store is clean and well organized with good lighting, wide-enough aisles and adequate, easy parking. I was able to get most of what I was looking for with little trouble. The associates were friendly and helpful. The prices were pretty good, and I was able to utilize a $20 off $100 coupon from their website without being a rewards member. My only knock is that they sell a really strange assortment of merchandise; however, if you need what they sell, it seems to be a really good place to shop!

Greyhound bus station in Baltimore Maryland! Clean , the cleaning staff that clean the bathroom and station does a wonderful job 👍 Security guard 👍you feel safe at this station! You can order a hot breakfast or lunch take with on the go , A very clean station. 🌏

As always I was able to find good deals but today encountered one of the most rudest employee ever!!!! She was of oriental descent and was training a new employee. She was not only rude to fellow employees but customers coming into the store. I wrote a letter to the cooperate office and encourage anyone else who have seen or experienced her rudeness to do the same. If that's how they are training new employees this store will close down in no time.

Went here to pick up a mattress that we purchased and let me just tell you, Don and Ambrose were amazing! We have been on such a timeline with our upcoming move, and they truly seemed to care about helping us out, and even wished us well on our move! These two guys are short staffed, yet still working with a smile on! We also ended up being interested in a couch, and they didn’t have it in stock, but called around to find a store that had it for us!

Big lots has really gone downhill! Prices are not of much value anymore. I still go in to walk around, but usually, never leave with anything. Ollies, is better.

Great clearance shelves , big sales and useful rewards programsStill a little more expensive than dollar tree for the same exact product but not as bad as shoprite!! With inflation the way it is good place to save!!

This store is bag free. Bring your own bags. I still love BIG LOTS!!!! Great bargains and awesome Customer Service. I called the Furniture Department to get some information in a piece that I had seen. The young lady that I spoke to was so pleasant and knowledgeable so I came into the store a few days later. As luck would have it, I met the young lady behind the voice! Her name is Makeda. WHAT A JOY!!!! She not only took the time to show me things, she was more than happy to tell me specs and details about each piece, help to order a piece that wasn't on the floor, and she helped me get the best bargains for my money. She did all of this while being the only person in the department. She took her time. She didn't make me feel rushed. She was patient and very, very kind. Big Lots, PROMOTE HER AND GIVE HER A RAISE! You have a true gem of an employee in her. I already shopped at Big Lots but because of Makeda I will KEEP coming back!!!! Also, Don is the best! He's always having the best day ever and doing whatever he can to help you have one too. They accept cash and cards. Social distance. Masks are now optional. Plenty of Free parking and are wheelchair accessible. Whatever you need and stuff you didn't know you needed, you can find here! This store rocks!!! Have fun and enjoy!!!!

Recently bought patio furniture there. The sales person was friendly and helpful with my purchase. He was different from your average "May I help you?" Indifferent sales person. He even helped me get the boxes in my truck. It's tough to find anyone in a good mood in retail now a days, so to have this experience at big lots and be happy with the quality of the furniture is great.

I love Big Lots and I enjoy shopping there once in a while when I'm around however I'm disappointed that there is no baby section for diapers wipes and stuff for babies which would really be a good thing for parents and I was surprised to see that indoor or outdoor pillows are priced very high 12 and 15 and up even one is close to $8 with a discount but everywhere else the pillows are cheaper than that it would have been nice if it was priced lower other than that it's a good store to get some things that you need

A lot of the shelves were empty, but everything I went for was in stock. Their web site also stated this location sells eggs & milk, but I saw no cold cases or refrigerators at all. 🤔

I usually come here to get most of our household necessities (toilet paper, cleaners, cooking wear etc) for a good price. You'll find the oddball reject snacks pushed out of the big grocery store chains (my gf and I have a thing for trying weird flavors of chips) or stuff that's about to expire marked down super cheap. We've also bought furniture from here of decent quality, for our first apartment, that's lasted us a couple years.It's usually pretty busy here during the day, but you can tell the staff works hard and is friendly and usually will help you find what you need. Check out is a little slow, though.

It's not that I don't like Big Lots, but it's a frustrating place sometimes. I needed a product and couldn't find it in its normal location. I circled around again, and spied it way up high on a top shelf just beyond my reach. I found a young man a store shirt and asked for help. He reached up and took down 2 bags of the chips and handed them to me. I asked if the rest shouldn't be down where other customers could reach them too, and he responded, yes, probably, and then walked away without putting the rest on the shelf! Is this a millenial thing or part of the store training? I suspect it is the first one. Big Lots, please make shopping convenient and quick for your customers!

They have a lot of furniture, compared to what they used to. The staff was friendly, and the store was easy to navigate with a large shopping cart. The layout of the store made it easy to find what I was looking for.
