⭐️- As a Shop Rite, or Supermarket in general, this one is AWESOME!⭐️-Produce section is small, but quality, Price, and Selection is top notch.⭐️- A sealed, refrigerated flower vault has all of your holiday flower needs.⭐️- There's a nice, chillin little sit-down cafe in the back. It's a nice place to relax and sample some of there fresh made-in-house items.⭐️- There's a TON of regular checkouts, and a bunch of Self-Checkouts so you can come and go really quickly.⭐️- The Cart-Return staff do a great job of keeping the large parking lot free of shopping carts, and at the front of the store ready for your use.⭐️- LITERALLY every aspect of this Shop Rite is 100% on the ball, not to mention all of the awesome products, sales, prices, and quality you've come to expect from Shop Rite.— UPDATED 4/14/24 —This is still, hands down, the best supermarket in the area for quality, selection, price, and overall satisfaction. I shop at this location quite often, lately our only complaint is the lack of service at the registers, they usually have 1, or 2 registers open for checkout with an actual store associate, or u have 10 other options now self check out. When u have a cart full of groceries, checking out yourself becomes bothersome, specially for older folks, and the lines for an open register with an associate are super long.Other than that the store is well stocked and well maintained.

As a frequent shopper I am in shock of the prices going thru the roof recently. The store is not that organized and shelves are very limited and not fronted. For the price we all pay I would hope the appearance would make us as consumers feel better

Ruined our Thanksgiving brunch. It's my fault for waiting till the last minute. I noticed yesterday that i needed more things for our brunch. I looked up online on their website the shop rite of Berlins hours and Google. It said that they were open on Thanksgiving all day. I got there at 8:30 am today and they were closed. Along with 10-15 other cars and quite a few more pulling into the parking lot as i left. I did not have the supplies i needed to cook for my family, so I called off our Thanksgiving brunch until another day. Today did not go as planned. The optimist that i am says that it's ok. Because i was able to spend the day with my wonderful husband just relaxing. Something we dont do often. So thanks Shop Rite for simplifying my day and giving me a much needed break. Next time, proof read before you post though.

Anyone else notice that some of the people that work here act like they're doing extra if they have to do their job? I don't know if the shoprite from home service is set up to be able to charge people for things that aren't being provided or to be a actual service to be competitive in the grocery industry. Numerous times ive been charged for things that were not in my cart. Accidents happen right? Same thing I use to say but time and time again talking to an employee that acts like them doing their job is something extra your asking of them. All it would take for upper management to see this would be simulate a CS call and observe. Mystery solved!! People who have jobs but don't wanna work will poison a business and I've watched it happen in front of my eyes with this shoprite. I'm tired of it. Might try target's groceries and see if it's any better. BTW my refund for things that weren't provided to me but i was charged for will take 2-3 business days. Thats twice as long as it took to place the order and pick it up and 1000x longer then it took them to take my money.

This past weekend I lost my bank card so I ordered groceries online when I pulled up to the store I got a call that my card was declined. I didn't understand because I had funds available. I asked if I could come inside to figure something out being that my family needed groceries. Allie from shop at home was amazing the whole time she was so patient for at least 30 minutes. Walked me through the process over and over so friendly and professional. I thank you so much she was a pleasure. Allie is the BEST!! Hands down we need more people like her.

I’m new to this area and must say I am completely disappointed in the manner this store is kept. The floors are filthy, items are just placed anywhere, although the people are nice , I find it hard to shop due to its condition. They really need toConsider remodeling this location as it is in a very nice neighborhood.

Without a doubt the best shoprite around. The people couldn't be more helpful. This place is like going into a huge warehouse. It sure beats the friendliness of the shoprite I usually go to! One of the guys working nearby actually pushed a cart out to my car for me. They have a new customer in me and my friends that's for sure .

The store has a good layout. The staff is always helpful and friendly. But the prices are outrageous. But I think that's pretty much everywhere right now. One carton of eggs $8. 2 bags of groceries was almost a $100

Constant issues with the online shopping process, but I must say this time the customer service was amazing !! I had an issue with my online payment being reversed and the server being down but the manager Leah was an angel and she handled it, full of grace !! God bless her !Great customer service and hands down the best !!

With the addition of all of the new, high end supermarkets, specialty stores and internet shopping shouldn't places like ShopRite step up their game? You would think they would but no. Service is minimal and sales saving me 10¢ a pound really isn't drawing my attention. The only thing that keeps me shopping there is later hours than most stores but then Walmart is open across the street with the same low attention to detail.

I know I will never shop at this shoperite again! I have never been so embarrassed in my life. As I went to customer service and paid for my formula for my 8 month old I was questioned at check out for a receipt as if I did not pay. I get the purple gentlease formula for my son and that is not sold on the shelf its only behind customer service. Which customer service gave me and I checked out with my wic card and received a receipt. To pull me to the side with not one but 4 kids with me after I just shopped there. And paid for my stuff. Never again will I shop with shoperite of Sicklerville again. Disgusted at their service and embarrassed.

Worst shoprite I ever been to !!! Management is racist as well as the bakery manager !!! I went in and she blantaly ignored me had a attitude from the start but was very nice to the other people with a different color .. this store made me feel very uncomfortable! I will never go back will never spend my money on here ever again I will go to the lawnside shoprite every time ! And I love 5 minutes from the sicklerville one .. picked my cake up and my cake was horrible I even took pictures so I could have and then manager keptSaying. I see nothing wrong with it !! She’s a liar u could barely even tell what it said !!! And she really didn’t care at all .. poor attitude ! Poor customer service ! Poor help !!! This shoprite won’t ever have to worry about me my family or any ofMyFriends ever coming here again .. THEY DONT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE !

I went this afternoon to pick up a few things. First the store was very dirty, I was hoping to pick up some produce & fresh veggies I bypassed that totally it was not good looking at all. I was hoping to pick up Quaker rice crisp that were on sale, let’s just say there were more expired ones then ones I could purchase (dated back in September 2022). This isn’t the first time I have noticed expired food on shelves from yogurt to snacks. Food is expensive enough please have your workers check the dates. I would hate that we spend money on something we can’t eat or get sick from. I tried to look for a manager to bring to their attention but now could be found. I’m really thinking & probably will go somewhere else to shop until there’s some type of improvement.

Now that we take our own bag cashiers don’t bag at all. Less helpful than before. There are some friendly cashiers but they are few and far between. The store is not clean and I don’t like their meats. You may save a little money but the quality lacks

This store deserves zero stars…This store is dirty. The floor is always dirty and the parking lot is always filthy with (vomit, or spit in entry walk way and trash littered throughout the parking lot)…. The customers are ghetto and so are the employees. And the food is sometimes stale…. A supermarket is supposed to be clean, right?!…not Shoprite in Sicklerville. …Will be calling the Board of Health.

I had 3 ignorant woman in the self check out. Literally watched me the ENTIRE time checking out, bugged me 3 times asking if I scanned my paper towels, when they see me scan them. Than had to use my EBT, had to go to their register to put in the amount that was left on my card, and as I was walking over, another lady told me that I couldn’t have more than 25 items, cause it was express check out, when I was in SELF CHECKOUT! Than the woman who asked me 3 times if I scanned my papers towels told the other lady to check for them cause she didn’t see them on there, and they were. Completely ignorant and rude. Definitely will not be coming back to this establishment. Get better employees.

I called the bakery and ordered 20 birthday cupcakes for my son’s birthday. When I went to pick them up they handed me 4 of the plastic store made containers (24 cupcakes). I said, if I wanted the store bought cupcakes I would’ve bought those and pointed to the same exact cupcakes sitting in the bakery section. The lady shrugged and walked away. Unbelievable.

I just have to say that this ShopRite has gone down hill. It use to great but not no more. Cashiers are great but there is one person in the customer service area that is just rude and has a sharp tone. I was there yesterday on Thursday 6/29/23 and I had to go to customer service and I got this woman and her she has no reason to be in customer service helping people with her sharp tone and rudeness. It really makes me want to start looking for a new ShopRite. I am right down the road from Williamstown Store but I always go to the one on Berlin Cross keys Rd in Sicklerville. Well I don't think I can go back if they keep help like this

I stopped on my lunch break to grab 3 items…ROLLS, PASTA SAUCE & FRUIT !!! I was in and out or so I thought. I go through self checkout, I’m on my phone casually speaking with my spouse. I checkout, as I’m leaving JOANNE in self checkout yells accusing me of not paying for my items (in front of the whole store)…never checked my receipt by the way…the disrespect and audacity of this woman…did not even offer an apology or reasoning behind this accusation except she didn’t see me cash out…apparently it takes hours to purchase 3 items…store manager gave a horrible rehearsed apology just horrible…I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life…I returned ALL said purchases items (proof I paid for my stuff)…

I went here lunch time and found exactly what I was looking for. However, what was sad is I was looking for the little red baskets and was told people stole them, instead of bringing their own bags in. So we all pay for the inconvenience of others. Otherwise its a great store.

There needs to be someone to habe cars removed from the curb pick up spots. They are constantly taken by lazy people who don't want to walk. Completely screws the people who pay extra for pick up

The store is clean and seems to have good associates. I would give 4 stars but when I was walking out to my car, with my infant in the cart, the person plowing the snow in the parking lot had zero responsibility or respect for the pedestrians. He ce down the whole isle, in reverse, doing at least 35. I mean pedal to the metal. He continued to go back and forth about 3 times while I was loading my car. Didn't even stop or pull the plow up to prevent splashing people. I understand when the weather is bad, they have a job to do. I also understand it's a very stressful job because my ex used to do it. However, when you're plowing a parking lot for a grocery store, you should be taking a lot more care. It was bad enough and upset me enough to call the manager and report it.
