Will never take my dog back here. They gave her a trim but didn’t do her tail. She looked like she wasn’t even bathed. She smelled the same as she did going in. The girls that worked there were nice though.I don’t like how they make you pay before seeing your dog. And I have a $20 tip. Wish I hadn’t!!!!

Morgan was so helpful with our dog and very caring! She did a great job with his bath and making sure he was safe. We can't wait to take our dog back to her for his next grooming appointment.

I was at the wrong pet Place for my dog's nails to be trimmed. They took me in anyway. They went above and beyond to make sure my dog was fine. If I weren't moving I would be back.

The groomer kept my dog very calm and comfortable, and also helped me out with making sure her paw pads were trimmed up. The job was very good and I was very satisfied by the results. Calling to book also got me in very quickly, which I was happy about as well.

Michelle was great. I have a very high energy and wiggly little terrier mix. She hates to have her nails cut. While she is not aggressive, she is very good at wiggling away and not letting you work on her. Michelle got her under control and got everything done quick and painlessly for my pup. She had nothing but nice things to say about her when I picked her up, but I know it must have been a pain to get her done. I was nervous bringing her in for grooming, but Michelle left me feeling reassured and did a great job!

Just picked up my dog after 4 hours at the groomers. Paid $78 and I had to brush my dog's tail, no nice fragrance and the cut wasn't as good as I would expect for the price. Probably won't be going back.

Inconvenienced tonight for sure! Called the store to ask what time they close and a girl said 9pm. Got there at 8:25 and the doors were locked with the lights on. Needed to get food for my pet and besides that it was annoying to take that drive from Clayton to have the doors locked. Checked online and it said they were open until 9 so I called the store, no answer! Then go back on Google to write this review and at 8:40 says it’s closed!! Wow

The services were not up to par. Our dog still had an Odor after spending 75$ for services. We were not asked what services we wanted but was charged 75$ afterwords. we usually spend 50$ at most at another location and when asked why they claimed it was due to sales tax being more. Also when I let him know he still had an odor they did not seemed to be concerned. We never dealt with this at the other location. We were not satisfied and their lack of care or enthusiasm was a turn off.

I like Morgan Morgan is very very good and she's part of the grooming and tell her thank you for taking care of my baby and doing everything for her I appreciate Morgan and she's the only one that I trust with my dog my dog loves her and she's very warm and kind thank you again Morgan I appreciate all your help

I went today to make a return. It was a kong product but still fully packaged. When I walked in I immediately went to the counter to return it. Unfortunately I cannot find my receipt so I went in with the assumption I would get store credit like many places do. Boy was I wrong. I was immediately shut down by the rude ladies bwhind the desk who told me I could not return it because wow COVID. So I said when all of this is over I’ll be able to return in and the lady said not unless your part of the loyalty program. I said I’m not sure if I am ( considering this store is 35 minutes from my house). Can you please check? The lady replied “ nope can’t.” I looked at her like seriously? And she said “she’s locked out of the system. But you can on our app” I don’t have the app I’m not a frequent shopper and wouldn’t even know how to find if I gave a loyalty account. I said so basically I’m screwed out of $30 and she said yea we can’t take it right now. THIS IS WHY I DON’T and WONT be shopping there again anytime soon. Very poor customer service. 2 dofferent women with horrible attitudes.

My 5 month old puppy had an appointment for her first grooming. She was nervous and scared but the groomers were very patient with her and made her relaxed and comfortable during her nail clipping and bath.

All I can say is check your receipt what you see on the Shelf price and what you actually pay for might be different I had a coupon for a 30 lb bag of Royal Cajun dog food which is regularly $71 they had it on sale for 65 plus my coupon would have brought it down to 63 but they still charged me $71 and I didn't realize it until I got home and looked at the receipt this is even after they scanned the coupon rip off

Went to get my dogs nails done. The person hardly cut them and didn’t even do the dew claws which I went there for and told her and explained it to her. I will never go back
