So I just left this store and had a wonderful experience with the cashier Will. Ive been to 6 stores in the past 2 days trying to find the purple Enfamil formula. There was only 1 left on the shelf at this store so I went to the front to pay and my card wasn't going through. So of course this made me upset :( so Will looks at me and said "well it's the last one we have, I'm going to make sure you guys bring this home today." So he did what he could and made sure I was able to bring the formula home. Will went out of his way to help out me and my husband for our 2 month old daughters food. There are a few good people left and Wills kindness melted my heart. He only wanted to help and make sure my daughter got her formula. So thank you again Will.! And thank you Walgreens.!!!

This place has the feel of being a real old store, but it is kept clean and organized.The crew is what makes this a great store. Well trained, knowledgeable, polite. The pharmacy team is one of the best.

I ordered 2 ornaments on dec.20 and was promised a delivery of dec.30. It is now Jan. 10th and not one employee can tell me where my order is. I have been in the store every 3 days asking if my order arrived, however, not one employee or manager can tell me where the order is. I paid up front for the order so I asked for a refund and I'm told they cannot refund my order. This is ridiculous. Do not order from this Walgreens.

If I could leave no stard I would. The pharmacy is ridiculous. Long wait times. Giving medicine without the proper items. Giving the wrong medicine and/or unmixed medicine for children under 1. It's despicable

Won’t be using this pharmacy again. Didn’t like using it to begin with but now they miscounted my pills for one of my prescriptions -__- will go to old bridge to have all my scripts filled

Literally the slowest pharmacy ever. Ridiculous. Every time I go I'm waiting over 20 minutes for them to hand me my medicine that's already ready. If there's more than one person in front of me forget about it, I'm there for an hour. Not exaggerating. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm not downplaying the pharmacists jobs, but the medicine is already ready and just needs to be HANDED to me.

I gave it an extra star because Renee is the best. She's the only one at this pharmacy that showed some empathy and care and helped resolve an issue with a medicine I had to take.Usually this place is terrible at filling prescriptions in a timely matter or being available to communicate with customers. I've always loved Walgreens best but the last 3 years, it's really gone downhill.Today, my doctor sent in a prescription for 2 commonly prescribed medicines. It's almost 5:30 in the evening, I haven't received communication that it's ready NOR been able to get anyone on the phone for the last 30 minutes.

My initial impression of the negative reviews were of impatient customers not understanding staff shortages due to the pandemic - until I experienced it myself!The problem is not staff shortages, but that they constantly lie about when your prescription will be filled. I’ve been lied to multiple times and had to make multiple trips just to pick-up my prescription. It takes on average up to 72 hours to get a prescription filled, when they LIE and say it will be ready in 20mins - 2 hours. This is a serious issue when an individual’s health depends on the continual intake of their medication.When able, I get my prescriptions filled in New York during my work hours. When they say a prescription will be ready in 20mins, it’s ready!

I liked Walgreens pharmacy, but over the past few months it has gone downhill. I waited at the drive for 45 minutes. When I got up to the window, the girl said nothing to me. She continued her cleaning and disinfecting, which I understand, but an acknowledgment, especially after that wait, would have been appreciated. The last two times I called with a question, I waited 20 mins. I had someone, I believe the pharmacist, asking me about the dosage on a script. Well, idk, it’s my first time taking. Doesn’t it say it on the script??? He then tells me that “this” must be what it means. Gee, that makes me feel confident. I’m not sure if they’re just understaffed or if the staff is the issue. But the only thing working right over there is the automated system. And even that I’m questioning today, but didn’t feel like waiting any longer to get someone on the phone! Hopefully I can find better.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. I came here to fill my prescriptions after having issues with rite aid across street. They told the lady in front of me it would take 45 mins for her scripts. When it was my turn it would take me two hours to fill. Also I asked can they just call it in to another location and he said I can just bring them there but I told him that my kid is sick and I need it in time for today. He spoke to pharmacist and he said no, they can't call it in to another Walgreens because they are way to busy to make a phone call! All I can say is WOW! Won't be coming here again. There Customer service here. They can't even make a phone call. Don't waste your time here.

Do not come here. It’s unfortunate to say but the pharmacy is horrible. They are so unprofessional. My son is sick I go to pick up his medication at 2pm that was sent there around 11:30/12. I am told they don’t have it and to come back in 25 minutes and that they would send me a text when it’s ready. Never received any notification from them. It’s 4pm I go for the medication and I am told that it was ready for quiet some time…….. mind you the guy that helped me said he remembers speaking to me at 2 about it. So I asked, what time was it ready? He responds it was ready at 11:30. They really are the worst. Do not come here.

The pharmacy manager was incredibly rude at my visit today. I went in to get the flu shot got my son & was asked to fill out paperwork prior to the vaccine. The first question was do you feel sick, I checked yes. They proceed to take my payment. something told me to ask, “Will you still do the vaccine with my son being sick, she proceeded to say “oh he’s sick”. Did you not read that paperwork prior to attempting to proceed? Her attitude was very poor at 8am. Don’t recommend anyone take their child there. Wouldn’t even get my prescription filled at this location since reading isn’t fundamental to the staff.

This pharmacy has serious staffing issues, even though there seem to be a lot of people working. Had scheduled a flu shot 3 weeks in advance. The day before my appointment it was cancelled. Medication refills take days and they are never ready when promised. I get it that every place is understaffed, but no other pharmacy is as dysfunctional.

I am rating this 1 start because there is no way to rate it with a 0. I've been going to this pharmacy for over 9 years and in the past 2 their customer services has been the worst I experienced in any pharmacy. They take ridiculously long to fill out prescriptions. But the worst part is that they completely ignored you when you go there. If they at least acknowledge the people waiting, be cordial and tell them they will be helped shortly. But no, you are forced to wait up to 40 minutes so they can tell your meds are not ready even after being notified on the walgreens app that they are ready for pick up. Imagine being completely ignored while watching 4 people behind the counter go about their business, smiling and having the time of their lives.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. The worst service ever. Prescriptions are never ready on time, the wait line to pick up is ridiculous, they never answer the phone. I take a once a week injection for diabetes. It's on auto refill. I was at the pharmacy 2 Sundays ago and was told it was out of stock but they'd get more during the week. Was never notified of it was ready. Went there last Sunday - a week later- not only was it not ready, they hadn't even attempted to fill it, then stood there for 20 minutes while they were doing something on the computer due to a supposed insurance issue that they had to over ride. My dose was due that day so had no choice but to deal with it. I dread going there.

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacy dept is terrible, rude and do not know what they are doing. There is always a wait inside or outside. I don't know which one is worst. You will be sitting outside in your car and they will walk by the window and act like you are not there. Or you can call and be on hold for 30 mins and they hang up on you. Stay away from this place. Walgreens please do an overhaul of this place and hire more people that know what the hell they are doing!!

Just called for a refill and spent 45 minutes waiting on hold, including 30 minutes after they stopped saying there were customers in front of me in line. Gave up and hung up and called back; put on hold again. Called back again to speak to the manager to find out what was going on with the pharmacy, and he didn't pick up either. Unbelievable. I am transferring my prescription to Parlin Pharmacy, where they know how to answer the phone!

Doctor called in a prescription in the morning around 10:30AM to this Walgreen location. When I got home I tried calling Walgreen to see when the prescription would be ready. You get an automated answering to hold on there are 2 people waiting before your call. I waited 20 minutes and it kept saying 2 people waiting before your call. Finally after another 10 minutes, another message came on that said, 'the pharmacy staff is going on lunch break and won't return for 30 minutes, call back then. What??? I've already waited more than 30 minutes on the phone!!! I eventually hung up and waited the 30 minutes for the staff to return and called back... now I'm again the 2nd person in line waiting on the phone and again, this time a recording cut in said..'just so you know, the pharmacist goes on dinner break from 1:30 to 2:00. Didn't they just go in lunch break??? This is the worst pharmacy for service. I will be changing my prescriptions from here.

Had an appointment at 2:15 for a Covid test in the drive up window. Instructions were to arrive 5 min ahead of the given time slot. When I got there, I was first in line. The pharmacy tech acknowledged me and said he would be right with me. I WAITED OVER 1 HOUR in my car at the drive up window- when I called to see what the hold up was-the tech asked what can I help you with? What are you waiting for?? This was The exact same tech that I spoke with when I arrived. They clearly forgot about me and the 5 cars behind me. I understand if there was staff shortage- and gladly would wait. But over an hour is unacceptable. Especially since the drive up window is right outside the pharmacy. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME FOR A 2 second test!!

Truthfully this Walgreens pharmacy deserves no stars. It is the most disorganized poorly run pharmacy I have ever seen. It truly concerns me that they allow facility to handle controlled dangerous substances, because they lack the basic control to show they can responsibly handle them. Hopefully corporate will see this and overhaul their management before the FDA or DEA needs to step in.

Prescriptions are never ready in a timely fashion. I've had critical prescriptions take two days. They absolutely can't be reached by phone, no matter what time of day you call. The messages sent through their app are inaccurate and incomplete. They will fill part of your prescription and wait until you come in to start on the rest. This place is exasperating and, I believe, dangerous.

Very unprofessional staff at all times... For the last 9 years since living in the Sayreville,NJ area I have had to deal with the stupidity of the staff as well as the pharmacy... I can write a book about all the nonsense that has gone on there. My lady has been having issues picking up prescriptions when they are ready. They are told they are ready and when you get to the store they aint. A few have happened with me (now I go to CVS). One time my medicine was supposed to be ready im told it will be before 3pm. Get there at 330pm it wasnt ready. Staff is hanging out chatting with an employee who just had a baby.... Also when calling they keep you on hold forever and rarely pick up... when picking up they put you back on hold.... Unprofessional

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life, I can never get through on telephone nor can my drs office. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are or when they ask u to return for them. You will almost always have to wait while they fill it... It's absolutely insane!!!!!!

This place is so bad. This is the second time I try to get my booster shot and second time they “don’t have enough supplies” what kind of pharmacy runs out of COVID vaccines and they let you book the appointments?First time nobody notified me, this time the girl calles me to cancel and she doesn’t even help me to book a new appointment or fits me another day.If you want to get good service just don’t waste your time and select another pharmacy.

The people at this pharmacy are RIDICULOUS! But it’s not the workers, it’s the CUSTOMERS! I have been here on numerous occasions and have seen how rude customers can get! They yell and throw a fit because they have to wait for their medications if they aren’t ready when they they get there and they even want the rest of the line to get involved as they insult the workers. I have to give the people that work here a lot of RESPECT! I think I would have jumped over the counter by now. Keep working hard not all of us are bad eggs!

Made an appointment to get a covid vaccine only to be told when I got there that they didn’t have any in stock. The pharmacist then proceeded to tell me to make an appointment at another location and that the app won’t let me make an appointment if they do t have any in stock. Make it make sense. Plus the storage fridge for their vaccines looked an absolute unorganized mess. Wouldn’t suggest anyone coming here.

Just found out that the old Pharmacist Manager is no longer there. She was very helpful and I hope she left on good terms.I was at store earlier and met Scott. I didn't know it at the time but he is the new Pharmacist Manager. He was very helpful with my inquiries on getting my prescriptions filled out of state. If his work ethics are as good as they were when I was there he is going to be a great asset to Walgreens.Justin, another Pharmacist whom I spoke with just now and again great service.Not saying that the staff is not great because they are great. I just can't remember names. (Sorry Ladies)But they are always helpful. I think the last time I had a problem here was 10 years ago.Located just off ParkwaySouth bound 124.Or 9&35 Raritan street exit.Only downside is the phone system. I called twice to speak to the store manager. After being told the old PM was no longer there and again because I was cut off, I asked to be switched to the pharmacy, once by the Manager.
