Only been here once. Spent about a $100 shopping. Easy experience in-and-out. The hot food bar was ok. Not a ton of selections, but acceptable. I like that they sold the ends of the deli meat for a discounted price. The variety was good. More expensive than ShopRite overall, but most supermarkets are.

This Acme store's location is very convenient for me as a local. They have large area of parking lot. Also, every item is well organized in this store. We always picked up one or two prepared fruit box; they were always fresh. My family also stopped by its fresh bakery zone to get fresh items. The store was not so busy that made it easier for me to check out or shop. This store runs to late night; it's a big plus for my family.

This place sucks. The food is always expensive and is always rotten in a few days. There are never any lanes open except self check out. And the people who work here bark at you in self check out like they belong in a dog kennle. The only good thing about this place is Gloria.

Nice store.... But the prices keep going up and up. I was completely stunned at $8/lb chicken and $14/lb beef. I need to find another store.

Ok Acme. I only come here because it’s close to my house and convenient for me but I really wish there was other options. For real everything here is so expensive you can walk out with only two bags of merchandise and it’s going to cost you at times over $100. They really trap you because they are the only place around. Please please somebody out there open a supermarket close to my house!

This Acme location is great. The store is at right size and everything inside is well organized. The parking lot is huge that it’s not hard to find parking. The store is not so busy which makes it easier for you to shop. Another plus is the store is open late.

Very rarely do I leave a reviews..Worst experience ever today.. I purchased fruit platters and cream cheese fruit dip expiration 8/2021. I get home and the dip has a horrible smell and is green moldedI call and they say to bring it back, mind you it's 8pm so I have to keep this rotten smelling dip in my fridge until I'm able to bring it backAbsolutely unacceptable. Thank goodness I didn't serve it to guest

the WORST DELI EMPLOYEE ever, we (2) of us, went there for lunch, we hit the deli and we wait, the "employee" saw us standing there and turned away to wash his sink, we waited some more,, he again turned our way , saw we were still there and again he turned away, gave us his back to again wash his sink, we once again waited, and one more time the quality employee turned our way, saw we were still there and for the last time, turned his back to us, its as if we were not there, to finish washing his sink, so,,, apparently the sink is more important than the customer, because we were not able to get our lunch from the deli counter, I walked away, went to customer service, and complained, the customer service agent looked like she was doubtful of what her co-worker did, she saw the look on my face and said, " I will take care of it, after I repeated myself twice, non caring and obviously a friend of the deli employee, at this point I walked away, because I felt nothing was going to be done, BUT BEFORE I walked out of the ACME Supermarket on Mayhill St. in Saddle Brook, I LEFT MY ENTIRE SHOPPING CART WITH ALL THE GROCERIES I HAD IN IT, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR AND WALKED OUT, SO,,, THERE WAS NO MONEY SPENT ON LUNCH AND CERTAINLY NO MONEY SPENT ON GROCERIES, EMPLOYEES NEED TO UNDERSTANF THE LIFE BLOOD OF A BUSINESS IS THE CUSTOMER, ACME 'S EMPLOYEES NEED TO LEARN THIS LESSON, AT LEAST THIS ONE DOES. AND JUST AN FYI, I WILL BE CALLING TO COMPLAIN, NOT ONLY TO THE STORE MANAGER, BUT TO HEADQUARTERS AS WELL.

Deli is horrible , I stand there and they wont even say a word to me , When I do get something there its horrible cut the last time I had some handicap old man cut the ham drop it then give it to me, Enough I have been going there for many years now i'm going to Shop RiteYesterday again I go to deli -i TOLD THE LADY 3 times 1 pound -insisted on half a pound-I am done going there-I know if I dont go there it wont make a difference, but I'm going to Shop Rite -Its torture going to ACME -Enough

This store always amazing me. I used to be a Pathmark customer, but ever since they closed Pathmark, I like going to Acme very friendly staff helpful and respectful staff. They go the extra mile to help out. It's great to because if after shopping at Walmart, if I missed anything, I could stop by. It's good to have competition. Parking plentiful handicap accessible wheelchair bathroom needs to have work done not as clean as it should be. Store clean. Bring them on all are welcome young old teen children.

They're rearranging the items in the aisle. I guess it's a marketing thing?I'm so happy to see they are placing passover products at the end of the produce aisle. Although, I'm not sure why they put the Aviva soda crackers there 🤔? I didn't see anything on the product stating that's it's kosher for Passover 🤔.

I've been there a couple of times since being in New Jersey. The store is really clean. everybody's really nice and they have really good deals it's worth checking out

I love this place. Don't get me wrong. It's so much more expensive than going to ShopRite but well worth it. The quality of the food is so much better and the place is always empty! No waiting in lines and the staff is very helpful. It is now my go-to place.

I’ve been coming to this Acme for years now and have never had any issues until recently. I work late and can’t make it to the supermarket to get groceries until night time and this location is very convenient.The past 3 nights I’ve stopped by around 10:45 - 11 pm and each night there is a strange, aggressive old man staring out from the doors at you. When you try to ask approach or see if they are open he just yells we are closed with no explanation. If the hours are changed that is not a problem but you should put up a sign or let people know. Very strange business practices to have this rude guy out there yelling at people simply trying to pick up groceries. Not a great look for what was always a clean and reliable location.

Deli has fresh selection its a shame its always a hassle in the morning. Either someones not on time or the employees are fighting. For awhile they tried putting up a sign that said NOT OPEN TILL 8AM. Seriously people have to go to work. Its hard with them and its a shame.

I usually really like this store. They were the only store around that's stocked EDY's SLOW CHURNED FRENCH SILK ICE CREAM. I purchased it there in December, to the delight of my mother, who had been searching for this ice cream. The smile on her face was worth the trip from North Arlington to Saddle Brook.Yesterday, they no longer had it. In speaking with another customer, she said ACME hadn't had this since at least January.Come on, ACME!!! You were the only store around to carry this flavor and now you don't have it!!!PLEASE, PLEASE RE-ORDER EDY's SLOW CHURNED FRENCH SILK ICE CREAM!!!It has been about a month, despite ACME's claims that they were going to order the Edy's French silk ice cream, as of today they still don't have it so that shows you how much these stores care about you they care about your money and that's it. I will no longer take the trip from North Arlington to Saddle Brook to use this acme store to buy an ice cream that they never have very disappointed.The women's bathroom is disgusting!!!I came back once more to try and get the Edy' s French silk slow churned ice cream that I was promised would be reordered. Guess what? They still don't have it!!!! I don't know who answers these reviews but you lied to me you told me you would reorder that ice cream and you still don't have it. This is the third time in the last 3 months maybe 4 months that I have come to your store purposely for this ice cream. Goodbye acme you don't get any more chances. And clean your ladies bathroom, it is disgusting!!!

Great grocery store. Fruits and vegetables are extremely fresh. Lots of items I can't find at other stores. Using the app really saves money with additional coupons or free items. Also, the app let's you earn points to redeem for money off or free items. Checkout is fast but bring your own bags. We have also used the order pickup and the service was correct and convenient.

On this particular store, I found clean aisles, well stocked shelves and decent prices. Will find most of what you're looking for as some stores are not as big as let's say a shop rite. Still, a good stop to get the essentials.

The prices are high yes. The prices are low when you buy them on sale or some kind of deal. Buy sale items only. Plenty of parking. Clean store. Friendly staff. Could use a self checkout or two. Easy to get to neighborhood store, well for me at least. Not as crowded as Shop Rite but I like that. No big Mama's with their shopping cart in the middle of the isle while they bend over and give you a full moon. Blocking the whole isle, you seen them do it, admit it. How rude some people are. Quality cold cuts. It's a very convenient place for me or my wife to do some grocery shopping.

There are not sufficient services for someone like myself who is permanently disabled with aprevious viral head injury. It is a fine store. For me and my issues I will only buy a few items. I willnot do massive anymoreIt is not their issue there are many other supermarkets too go tooThank you.
