Highly recommend this place!! They actually care for your pet. I brought my puppy in last minute and they still attended him! They gave me a breakdown how to give him his medicine and he is doing so much better. Dr. Rivera is amazing thank you!! As well as the staff is so nice and welcoming!

Left another vet in the area due to bad service. This vet immediately took the bar and set it very high by establishing a relationship with each of my dogs before examining them, providing them with small treats throughout their visit, and made them feel comfortable during a very anxious time. This was our first time here but we will be back for sure as this vet is convenient, comfortable, and honest. Thank you

Dr. Petersen and his team at Park Vet Group are a truly phenomenal veterinary team. They are warm, compassionate, caring and thoughtful. Whenever I call the office, I never feel rushed, and I am always greeted positively. Dr. Petersen always answers my questions (of which I have many... all the time!). He makes sure I am clear on what's needed and any next steps regarding my pup's care. I've never really had to wait too long to see him. I can't say the same about my daughter's doctor's appointments. :) Love this office and am glad we found Park Vet.

Dr. Peterson is an absolutely wonderful. We started seeing him in March of 2021. My dog, Lilo, suddenly got very sick. He got us in on an Emergency appointment within an hour despite us never being there. When I said she definitely didn't eat anything weird he believed me. Two days later she wasn't better. He asked me to come over immediately. At the time I wasn't allowed in so he had someone literally waiting for me. He said if I was certain she didn't eat anything weird causing an obstruction that she was showing signs of Addison's disease. She was far younger than the normal age for it, but he sent me to a vet ER. When they didn't believe me that she hadn't eaten anything strange I called him and he called them asking to test for Addison's before the obstruction.About an hour later my dog was confirmed to have Addison's. I was distraught. I called him back with the confirmation and he helped direct me to resources. Two days later she was back home and he and I had a plan of action. He was already well versed in the disease and walked me through everything I needed to know.In October of 2021, my husband and I decided to get a second dog, to help my first dog. A symptom of Addison's is difficulty with emotional regulation. Dr. Peterson helped my husband and I determine what type of dog would be the best fit as a companion for my first dog. When we found a dog that was the right fit he gladly gave the shelter a recommendation for us to adopt. We got our second dog Stitch and he worked with me to get both dogs seen together as much as possible since I was already there every 28 days.My dog, Stitch, went to see Dr. Peterson for several emergencies. Stitch had a suspected and later confirmed case of kennel cough (likely bacterial) so Dr. Peterson got us in before opening so he wouldn't infect any other dogs. Both my dogs love him and his staff. He works with me to keep my dog, Lilo, on the lowest possible dose of her medication and tries to get me in for emergency visits if I need them. I can never thank him enough and I'll continue going to see him so long as he's in business.

I've been taking my dog Smokey here for the past 10 years. We've had mostly good experiences with the vet aside from some long waits, which is understandable. I had an appointment two weeks ago for some shots and I was told they couldn't do all the shots at once so I put the two weeks in my calendar and came back. I must have read date in my calendar wrong, because they said I missed my appointment when I arrived for the second round of shots. Now, I moved several years ago, but continued to use this vet because I've been pretty happy with the service. I asked the girl at the counter if I could just stay because I don't live close anymore and it's just for a quick shot. She said sure, but I might have to wait for other appointments. I said fine, I'll go for a walk and come back. While on my walk I received a call from the same girl telling me it would cost me an extra 90 dollars because I was doing a same day/emergency appointment and that was their policy. I understand policy and what not, but I feel completely disrespected. I told the girl I had been a customer for 10 years, and I still come even though we don't live in the area anymore and her reply was "and?". Just super rude. Honestly, with how much business I've given them over the past ten years, I was hoping the phone call would have been, "Hey, the doctor will see you real quick and get that shot done". Instead, I was told that I was going to have to wait an indefinite amount of time, and pay an extra 90 dollars. To be honest, there are some appointments I have there that could be handled by a vet tech, but the vet will come in and I am charged extra because we "saw the vet". I've put up with this because I liked the vet, and I enjoyed giving them my business. I would have hoped that would have been considered when I miss my first appointment in 10 years, that really is just the second half of my original appointment. Just super rude and inconsiderate of a very loyal customer of the past 10 years. I will be finding a new vet, and I cannot recommend this place anymore.

I called Park Veterinary Group and told them that my cat was not eating anything. They told me to bring her in that day. Dr Peterson examined her, tested her, and kept her at the hospital until she got better. It took a while because she was not responding well to treatment. He was determined to make her better, she eventually started to respond well.He saved her life!

Dr. Peterson and his staff are amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and his staff is so kind. I had an emergency last week and they saw my dog Rags as a walk-in. Unfortunately, I had to put him to sleep but the staff was so supportive and caring during the entire process. I love the staff here. They are always amazing. Unfortunately I had to use another vet for a while since their hours didn't match up with my changing work schedule. One of my dogs recently passed and they were so helpful and even remembered him from when he was a puppy. So glad I brought him there.

I had to make an emergency visit for my puppy. The people at the desk were so nice and understanding, they set up a same day visit. I arrived about 15 minutes early and I was taken in a few minutes before my appointment. The staff was amazing with my dog and they showed so much care. I’ve found my new vet for both of my dogs!

I brought in my 8 month old yorkiee to get two deciduous teeth removed (baby teeth) that hadn’t come out on there own. Dr. Peterson did an amazing job on the surgery. My puppy came out looking very well taken care of and alert. The staff here are also very welcoming and friendly. I’ve been to other vets with my other dog and definitely had a better experience here then at other veterinary offices in the past. Highly recommend Dr. Peterson!

We’re able to fit us in last minute - which I appreciated in a hunch. Timely - not a long wait. Thorough. Dr. Peterson listened and answered all of my questions. Was flexible and offered options/suggestions on best approach. Practice could have pushed things but instead felt like they really focused on what my pup needed. Also Doc was very knowledgeable and staff super friendly and accommodating!

We took our 9 week old pup for his first vet appointment (with us) and I am beyond pleased with this vet group. The front desk staff was extremely polite, efficient and helpful. The Vet took his time to get to know me and my pup and thoroughly explained everything and answered all the questions I had. Very knowledgeable and well spoken. One of the best vets I’ve ever been too! Can it be costly, sure but all of them pretty much are unfortunately it’s horrible how expensive medical treatment is for our pets. I mean it’s ridiculous how much everything costs these days. At least here you get great service from Dr P all the way down the line! They are really good and try to help as much as possible. You can see the genuine love for animals at this place. To me that’s worth possibly a few bucks more!

Dr Petersen is so consistently caring for your animal it’s remarkable. He takes so much time with each visit to explain everything. He will answer any questions you have and never rush. His concern for the well being of each animal is so heart warming. Pricing is fair too. I’ve used him and Dr King as vets for over 14 years and highly recommend them.
