DO NOT GET YOUR PET GROOMED AT PET SMART!!! My mother brought her little 4lb dog Augie, in for a hair cut and they cut more than his hair!!! They sliced his stomach open so badly, that they had to rush him to the Emergency vet to get 3 staples in his stomach! PetSmart was so gracious to pay the vet bill. But what else are they going to do? They didn't even call to see how he was or if they could do anything for them. The person who did this shouldn't even be in charge of cleaning a litter box! They have no business being around animals. I wish I could give a negative star for this review. Needless to say, they will never bring him back ever again!
