Tractor Supply has been a great place to get odds and ends for projects at the house and supply’s for my business. I went in looking for some trailer parts. They had the solar kit I was looking for in a different variation. I was very happy to find this in stock that I was not able to find the other big box stores at the time.Day later, I decided to go with a different set up for larger panels in the future so I brought the kit in for a frictionless return, and I’ve never had a nicer person at the register. Every time I go in, I’m greeted very warmly, so I always feel welcome and comfortable asking for assistance.I’m glad there is a Tractor Supply with great service in Flemington!

I had a great experience at this location purchasing a trailer. The manager took care of me very well, and spent time showing me what accessories I needed and how everything worked. He also went above and beyond solving a problem with the fuse box on my car to get my trailer lights working so I could tow it out of there. I really appreciated the help and white glove service I got from the store.

The main reason i give 5 stars is because i can buy the bolts and washers as well as nuts i need for my jobs, which is much cheaper than anywhere else. Likewise more for my money as well. The selection in store is great. i never have trouble finding what i need either.

Usually great place to shop for garden. This time unfortunately they lost my online order and there was no stock to replace the item they lost. In turn in cost me more money to buy a different item as a replacement. They did process refund for lost item but I'm not too happy to have to spend more $$ than I had too

They have spare tires for trailers. They have bearing sets for trailers. Some stuff for tractors. I probably go there at least every other week. Staff is friendly. Have no complaints with this place.

exceptional experience buying a post hole digger.Good service all the way through.checkout person new and didn't know what a phd was. Or a three point hitch. But lady who answered the phone was same person who helped me and she was very good at her job.

This store does have its ups and downs. But that is because its so busy and the staff does the best they can. Its not easy now a days to find help that actually wants to work. So when you go here, have an open mind and patience. If you do that then you will definitely leave satisfied!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. If only one register is open and a line begins to form, they quickly open additional registers to get you in and out quickly

I didn't spend much time there, but I found what I was looking for, and the concern was that when I walked in there was a big crowd at one register. And in a matter of a minute or two they had more registers open and rather quickly I might add. I was in and out of there in what seemed to be record time. Nice store

Was looking for item stocked and a employee was unaware it was there. Walked to the front cashier after being told someone in front will help. Cashier suggested asking outside realizing the storage outside is were it might be. No problem. Been an employee at places not always informing others where a item might be because it not their department. Outside people were extremely helpful and allowed me to personally look at their storage for ease of identifying the item specific. They assured me they had different kinds once I was in storage and reiterated multiple cheaper with lack of explanation from myself why I wanted a specific limit for the item. The as well where helpful with reminders of easiest loading of the item as well. This place is helpful when I am there. I not expect employees to know details with the items they offer with variety of substitutes because of the potential questions customers might ask.

Tractor Supply has gone from 1 star to 5 stars in the past 3 years, becoming my go to stop for equipment parts. Tom the manager is very helpful. Also Drew knows a lot about machines. Thank you for changing my opinion of your store. Everyone has been pleasant, they don't seem over worked like in years pastLast store in the world that cant look up receipts2021 Consistently awful customer service. Typically when you say "hello how are you" response would be "I'm fine, how may I help you" not an eye roll.

Great prices on horse feed (Triple Crown senior). They choose high quality items and offer them for an excellent price (e.g leg guards for PPE while using a chain saw).

This is our go to place for chicken food and supplies for the flock. Decent selection of outdoor wear and tools you made need for fixing things on the homestead. Staff is generally friendly and helpful at this location.

I love this place. I buy my dog and cat food there and just to walk around and see all that they offer is great a d fun. We bought our generator there as well. So, as you can see, there is a lot to see and buy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely a 5 star business.

I love this place! They have stuff you just can't find elsewhere. During this last visit, I bought two different types of unique flashlights, some JB Weld, and a set of offset pliers. The pliers were in the clearance bin, and were under $4 for the set! Definitely stop by if you are in the area.

Bought a Dewalt compressor here, a few weeks after I purchased it I noticed it was defective, welded together crooked. Called Tractor Supply to let them know it appears I bought a second from them. Manager Randall said in a nutshell, sorry pal nothing I can do to help you... I have to say, I expected a little more customer service from them. But because of my experience with Randall, who also said he was too busy to look up my recipt, I will not be shopping at this location anymore. It sad the manager was so cold and unhelpful because almost everyone else in that store is super friendly and very helpful. Be careful if you decide to shop here it appears they sell defective and flawed merchandise. PS. So customer service seen this review and asked me to call them to give them more information. So I did and spoke to a person named Kimisha who basically said I'm so sorry there's nothing we can do for you. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said they're all kind of busy now. So much for Tractor Supply customer service. So I asked why I can't get someone to address the issue of tractor supply selling blemished, second merchandise for full price?! I was hung up on and never called back. I went to home depot to look at another compressor, same model and it was all in order, no blemishes. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU SHOP TRACTOR SUPPLY!!!!

This is just a great store with a lot of variety from pellet stoves to pellets, electric chain saws to doggie toys. Staff is helpful too.

Bought dog food for curbside pickup . I went to the store and the order wasn’t pulled . I’m a bit disabled, but I asked if I could pull it from the shelves, you guessed it they were out after waiting to find out . During all this they only had one cashier and the line was down the isle of the store . So I went to customer service and waited there for another half hour to talk to the manager .. the store manager who had an attitude. Told me it could take up to two hours to pull the order.. news to me . I told him he was out and told me I had to wait ( again) 48 hrs before the refund me . They were out ! Never again ...over an hour and no one was working curbside and didn’t have the product. Don’t waste you time ... the place is empty and very mis managed .
