They saved my dogs life. In September her health started to rapidly decline and I brought her in listed her symptoms and they figured out what was wrong asap. Dr.kim adjusted the price of an ultrasound because I couldn’t afford it and they figured out she had a pyometra, she had surgery the next morning and has been thriving ever since. Thank you🙏🏽🤲🏽

Dr Kim and the whole staff have been extremely kind and helpful from the day of 1st evaluation to post surgery on my buddy. Was recommended by a neighbor and glad I followed their lead. The ACL surgery was a success and papo has been able to relieve himself adequately 2 days post operation. Can't wait to take him on hikes and to the beach in spring of '24.

They always listen and make sure to ask the right questions to get to the root cause of the issue. Always have helped my fur baby feel better and get better quickly. And the prices are very fair compared to big corporations that charge a lot yet don't help your pets. Hope this place never changes, I plan to keep bringing my pets here.

It is always a great experience to come to this animal hospital. All of the employees are attentive and provide help to any questions or concerns you may have about your pet. I have two cats and both are well taken care of at Ridgefield Park Animal Hospital! They are thorough with all examinations but quick and the prices are reasonable.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. My father went in to bring my dog for blood work. They had the results never sent them never cared to explain them over the phone to us. My father had to return to the vet for the vet to say to my father he has kidney disease and give him some medications, not to mention that in fact he truly had stage 4 kidney disease according to his bloodwork and has probably been suffering all this time. Took him over to Bergen vet hospital which is my preferred place they just have weird hours for them to tell us that we should euthanize. I don’t care about the money part it would just be nice for them to INFORM their patients about their pets and explain to them what is going on. Maybe they just don’t know how to deal with sick pets but if you love your pet and they are sickplease don’t go here.

This is the third time I visit Dr. Kim Chun, and every time I leave wondering why I come here. But I decided not to come here any longer after this. She was afraid of handling my aggressive cat and did not check her vitals such as her heartbeat, temperature, ears, etc as the tech did for my other gentle and calm cat. I felt like I paid for my cat’s visit for no reason, just for her existing there. I administered the medications myself and asked her if she can just check her dentals which she wouldn’t have done without me asking. Her demeanor is not professional either. Her tech was so sweet and patient.response update:so enlighten me, if I administered the medication and you did not sedate the cat to do the routine check, why did you charge an office visit?

Stay clear of this place!I have ordered a few tests to be done on my cat which I also have pet insurance for, they said they did a test and then weeks later they told me they don’t have results to bring her in again, to top off, I cannot make an insurance claim, it was already declined twice because they refuse to send them the info. Im sickened with this!They also never know anything when you call and ask, they keep going back and fourth with pricing for every little thing you ask they don’t know and they have to call back after asking someone who would know.All around very unprofessional.The only thing they are good for is the basic neuter and spay, they are the lowest cost around here and since it’s the most basic thing, it’s the only thing they know. Other than that I’d stay clear.

This animal hospital is one of a kind. Every staff member there genuinly cares about their patients. The entire staff was nothing but helpful, loving and understanding during a very hard process for us. My pets have been coming here for a very long time and i would recommend this hospital over and over again. BEST STAFF ever ❤ Leo thanks you for all your care and love. Dr. Kim & Dr. Park saved my dogs life.Majority of his staff are absolutely amazing.My dog had his hip surgery here when he was 1 and Pericardiectomy heart surgery when he was 8. Even though there is no cure, they all help prolong my dogs life <3 it wasn't easy. But we managed to still have him in our life.Back here again, Comet's usual ear infection.They take good care of him. He's still around!Thank you!

Dr. Kim and his staff have always been great to our pets. We take our dog Matthew and they also cared for my guinea pig. It’s been more than 8 years and we’ve always had a good experience. My guinea pig recently had to be put down and they where very compassionate during that difficult time.

My cat is dying now after being treated for periodontitis here. After the treatment, it kept getting worse. I trusted this place because I had been going there for over 8 years, but I really regret it.Last year, I went because my dog was sick, but he said there was nothing wrong, so I came home and went back to ER to check. I had to have surgery right away. Even if I leave a review here, my cat won't live, but I feel so regretful and angry about choosing this place. I will write afterIt will be different for each case, but I hope you can awaken your skills and attitudes a little bit after reading this review.​

Doctor performed successful surgery on my american bully to remove toy ball from his belly.The whole process was very professional as you will expect from full service vet. If your dog is sick, dont bother going to a small vet, you will waste money and precious time instead go straight to this place get full treatment! Included in surgery estimate they gave us two dozen of can food for post surgery nutrition and all necessary medications.dog is happy and healthy, the cost of whole procedure was reasonable I highly recommend Ridgefield park animal hospital!!

One of the best animal hospitals I’ve ever been to. They helped me so much with one of my cats. The staff and nurses were so very nice and provided such great services. This one nurse name Hajar was such a kind person. She explain the whole situation and gave me a precise details of what was going on between one of my cats and solved the problem. Thanks to her awesome service, my cats are doing well and became much more healthier. Five star service lol. In conclusion, I recommend visiting this animal hospital if you ever need any help of medical treatment for your pets.

Dr.Paul is an amazing doctor. He took care of my dog Noky very well. Noky wasn't able to walk and everywhere I went I was told that Noky was never going walk ever again but when I went to Dr.Paul he gave me positive results and treated Noky with so much care. 3 weeks later Noky is now able to walk and is happily running around with my other 2 dogs.
