Maritza J, and staff are extremely wonderful. I owe her so many thank you for always always assisting me with my prescriptions and my daughter's when the Dr office gets it' wrong or don't send on-time, she is fabulous.

First of all, I will share that I am a health care provider, so this gives me the ability to have increased understanding of various situations, especially being short-staffed. I am at the point that I may opt to change pharmacies because of this recent experience. My provider called in an antibiotic around 10:00 a.m. and the auto text said the script would be ready for pick up at 3:28 pm. I work the night shift, I decided to pick my script up on my way to work. When I arrived at CVS at 7:00 pm, my prescription WAS NOT READY!!!!!! Nine hours after my provider sent in an order for an antibiotic it still was not ready, despite you auto notification system, that by the way is USELESS! I was in the drive-through and asked to speak to the pharmacist who informed me that he get 2000 prescriptions per day and he can not manage that many since they are so short staffed. The LAST THING I want to hear from any provider is "we are short-staffed". I waited 19 minutes for my script to be filled and I was late for work. This is 100% UNACCEPTABLE.

The pharmacist was so rude and totally messed up my order and my day. She had a staring problem and spoke crazy to me. The manager didn't do a thing about it
