Went to the lab corp inside this Walgreens. Had a great experience. First off, it was convenient compared to trying to get an appointment at a stand alone lab Corp. The technician I had, James was great. Very friendly and made me comfortable, did not hurt when he did the lab work. My appointment time was honored and I was in and out quickly.The store was ok, a little dim. Needs to improve the lighting. Saw 2 employees who greeted me and I like that.

Walgreens Pharmacy and photo center is a nice clean store providing quick service. My favorite thing about Walgreens store is their photo center. I mostly order online photo prints and choose same day pick up which I think is something extremely convenient.Plus you can get nearly everything in these stores.

The pharmacy is so out of control. I came here for a flu shot but waited in line for 20 minutes while I watched one girl struggle by herself at the drive thru and 5 girls were too busy to tend to the front line. Standing around, talking. “Acting busy”. One of the employees caught an attitude when the girl at the drive thru asked for help at the front. Terrible customer service and unprofessional employees. With my experience in customer service I can see the lack of team work. But kudos to the girl at drive-thru because she was working her butt off!

The line for pharmacy is always too long. In store and in drive thru. I waited in line 20 mins to drop off an urgent prescription while cashier helped customer change address for coupons and did vaccination appointment. CVS right next door has a lane specifically for dropping off. Will definitely be switching.

Waited 10 minutes at the registers for an employee. No one showed up. Put the product back and just left and went to CVS instead. If you're not going to have cashiers up front why not have self checkout? Save yourself some time. Don't go here. Go to CVS next door.

It is really a shame. But this is the second Walgreens pharmacy in this regional area that is not worthy of anything higher than one star. As I have read in other reviews, no one answers the phone. I called and was on 20 minutes as they switched me around with different music. I called again and actually asked my question as to why my prescription suddenly changed to "out of stock," after it said this all week and this morning it said "filling." The tech tells me hold on and then click disconnected after twenty more minutes. This is not how to do business. Customers should demand better service and let cooperate know. I see why so many people left Walgreens all together.

The only reason I am giving this location a 1 star is because of Andrew. He is the only star in this Walgreens location. Willing to go above and beyond for all customers.Marcus- the store manager is terrible. He lacks enthusiasm, people skills but most importantly work ethic. If it’s inconvenient he will not work hard to accomplish a task. Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!

I use this Walgreens for prescriptions, shopping, and Fedex package drop-off. I'm very happy with all the services here..The store has great deals. I'm frequently able to get my probiotics at buy-one-get-one -- roughly equivalent to their online price. Looking around for sales in the store usually yields something neat.The pharmacists are very nice. They are also extremely patient. I was once witness to a very nasty person demanding faster service at the prescription counter. The pharmacists were totally cool-headed and dealt with the situation expertly. Any time I go through the drive-through or visit in-store, the pharmacists are very friendly, prompt, and awesome. Walgreens prescription services online are also very convenient, providing emailed reminders and pick-up notifications.The parking lot is somewhat unfortunate. The asphalt is uneven with a few potholes and patches, and the lines and markers are worn.

Let me start by saying that they do not even deserve this 1 star but it makes you give it to them. I would give them 0 stars if it was allowed. This pharmacy is the absolute worst at just about everything. Do not ask for delivery of any medication because it either gets lost or never leaves the pharmacy or the app will say it shipped and it never arrives. My husband went to pick up my medication and they told him I picked it up. No, I didn't. Their customer service is horrible. Stay away

Lord Idk who runs this Walgreens but the workers are very inattentive and rude. Little Miss Attitude I know you are excited for prom but being on the phone while you are working and being rude to the customer when they are having trouble checking out is not ok Lord thank you for it being the person in front of me and not me this type of behavior is acceptable check your employees worst experience I have ever had at a Walgreen no less smh do better

First I just wanted to say the two guys John and Amgad who are pharmacist are great otherwise good luck getting the pharmacy in Rahway on the phone, if you do they will put you on hold forever and then hang up on you. I decided to make a phone call as I drove to the store and see what happens, as mentioned they put me on hold as I took my place in line (1 person ahead of me) to get my prescriptions the lady had the nerve to hang up on me. I said to her you are caught red handed as she hung up the phone and she said it was a mistake. I said to her I called 7 times here is the proof of phone calls showing her my cell calls and you hang up the phone each time is by mistake really wow hard to believe and the pharmacist preparing the medication lied to me also her name is Harminder she stated that no one hung up the phone. I said please don't lie to me and showed her that I called 7 times here is my log on my cell showing each time I called as she didn't want to look at my cell. The customers who also are waiting said the same thing that this always happens to them when they do call the Rahway location between 5pm and 8pm. Talk about poor customer service skills and the lack of respect and you have the audacity to lie to me. I said to her I am afraid to pay for the prescription you may have tainted them too. First of all you lied to me and secondly your customer service skills is lacking badly. I always say if you are going to serve the public and if you don't like your job then you don't deserve to serve the public because your people skills royally sucks and needs desperate improvement and you will need plenty of training. Get some help ladies please or do us all a favor and quit your job ASAP please.

Came to this Walgreens to get a passport pic taken of my 9 month old son and the manager Marcus refused to take the picture. I underpins of children can be more difficult but he wouldn’t even attempt it. It was extremely frustrating. He lacked empathy and compassion.

The front area inside of the store , and Outside of this store so filthy!!! The competition next door , CVS is totally opposite. I’m wondering if customers complain about how dirty it looks outside. The parking lot Asphalt needs resurfaced along with parking marking.

I was told that I could get a Rx from any Walgreens while on vacation. I went in to this one and they wouldn't accept my out-of-state Medicaid. When I called the Walgreens back home to arrange for pick-up when I got back, they could no longer see it in the system because the Rahway store did something to remove it from my profile.They told me they would recommend I go back to the other store and ask them to fix it. I think it's unfair that any Walgreens would not tell a customer that their Medicaid is not transferable to other states up front, and then ask the customer to be the liaison between the stores to fix their mistakes. Why couldn't they pick up the phone? I think it's poor service on the heels of several other Walgreens pharmacy issues I've had. I'm moving my business elsewhere.

Always understaffed and never get your meds on time. Always a LONG wait for checkout. Never fails. Way better off going to the Walgreens in Linden or Avenel.

I called in for my prescription today sent by the hospital of Rahway. The hospital told me that my prescription was at Walgreens so when I called they told me that it wasn't there. So I told the Pharmacies that they have to call the hospital so I can get my Prescription and told me no they can't call right now and they wasn't closed yet.
