Powerless to remove spam that uses their xfinity network to clog up my Samsung Galaxy 12 phone almost to the point of uselessness. The Samsung internet browser can't be removed (pic). Someone is making $$$$$$$ big bank on my time.

So we’ve had Xfinity Comcast for about a year and a half now. We have personally had nothing but problems! So we went out and got a new modem… An Expensive one, along with a new router (ASUS) also top-of-the-line, we even purchased an outside, mounted Internet extender to help boost the cameras! To no avail, still have buffering, poor device connections, and intermittent loss of network! There has been two technicians here… of which they both found problems and apparently corrected them. I’ve done Internet, speed checks of which all show fast speed. the only conclusion I can come up with is Xfinity Comcast is purposefully slowing down my connections at specific times of the day? Now I’m no network expert but what else could you conclude if this happens randomly, but often… I am located near Route 57 just outside the borough . I’d be interested to find out if anyone else is having the same issues. I’m finding it increasingly difficult to continue paying for service that is simply unreliable, unpredictable, and at times dangerous when I can’t see my cameras, operation or view them. Working from home is becoming unmanageable at this point we’re probably going to have to utilize another service if Comcast cannot come up with a solution, very disappointed! See one of my speed test below… not a fraction of what we’re paying for and no one has reached out to rectify our dissatisfaction. Buffering, throttling, poor connectivity… etc!We’re currently paying for 1000 Mbps monthly. The connectivity speed test below, says it all. I could be wrong, but this seems to be an excessive use of throttling back the amount of megabytes were being charged for… there is no rhyme or reason to when the throttling occurs, short of busy Internet, traffic times primarily, but general it’s every day!

Alan was a fantastic person very knowledgeable. Inside was very pleasant.. excellent experience.. new modem for my internet and maybe going back to switch my mobile phone to xfinity.

Ordered over the phone a new updated TV Box. Woman on phone was very polite and helpful. Received the new box promptly the next day via UPS. As instructed, I turned in the old box to the Port Murray NJ Store. Gentleman that took me was very polite and accommodating. I received fast and satisfactory service in this dealing with Comcast.

Stopped in there twice for an internet issue that was actually solved by a very nice guy in the US that I was transferred to after spending 2 hours on the phone with someone in a foreign country. Ended up all I needed was a new router.

I came here because I wanted to make a payment towards my internet account, not knowing that they'd opened a retail store for cellular service. I waited in line to speak to a customer service representative who directed me to a payment machine in the corner of the room. The payment machine did not recognize my address when I'd attempted to search for it. I then went back to the representative, who told me that I must have been doing something wrong. I followed her back to the machine, where she tried the exact same thing that I had done, to no avail. She then proceeded to go back to her terminal, where she looked up my account number, to enter into the machine instead of my address. She was notably frustrated with needing to assist me. Not only am I ticked off that they're my only internet service provider in my area, but now I'm even more frustrated that they can't stick to one thing that they're not even good at in the first place. If I had a different ISP as an option, I'd drop Xfinity like a bad habit!

Pretty busy on a Saturday, so try to go during the week if you can! Especially when people get up front finally and spend an hour asking about every possible option or combination when ordering their service, instead of just doing it online or on the phone. Most folks were just returning or trading in equipment, which doesn't take long.The guys at the counter were pretty friendly and helpful, despite the crowd. It's a bit out of the way in the boonies, and the police station is right across the street, so be careful to not haul you-know-what on that back country road on the way there!

Had a confirmed appointment for today at 1 pm, got there and the office was closed all day. No one ever returns phone calls and it sincerely seems as if no one cares. Truly one of the worst organizations I have ever dealt with, yet their CEO received a raise to $36.4 million in 2019.

Not the store itself but Xfinity policies. There is no direct number to call any of their so called "retail" locations so how do we know if they have something we may need in stock? I guess you just have to drive there and hope they do, if not you've just wasted your time, amazingly shortsighted!

DO NOT GO HERE. If you want customer service and address billing concerns as the website states can be resolved at this location, please know that the men here will not only REFUSE to help you but they cannot help you. In fact, they are incapable of even contacting Xfinity for any account access at all. What they will do is disrespect you and try to force sell you cell phones. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

I scheduled an appointment online, got there and no one was there, and there was a sign on the door saying they are closed. They also don't return phone calls. Truly one of the worst organizations I have ever dealt with in my life. They make it blatantly clear that they don't care even a little bit about their customers or potential new customers.

Went to help my neighbor with some issues he was having, the lady who helped us i think her name was Jenn was very helpful and my neighbor us an older man and was alittle confused and she took the time to explain and make sure she helped us with everything. I wasnt even need to help my neighbor because she was great making sure my neighbor understood and she was great. I think i will become an Xfinity member myself now having seen the customer service they provide.Thank you

I just wanted to share with you the professional service we received from your employee Mr. Alex Buccini. Previously, we had been dealing with an ongoing internet connecting problem and a streaming service problem, Mr. Buccini came to our house and within an hour had corrected the problems we have endured for several weeks .I am glad that your corporation has such a professional employee.

Had a really great experience. I went to return a buggy Xfnity gateway & to upgrade my old Xfinity X1 Cable Box. I was in & out on less than 3 minutes! They didn't even try to sell me anything. Great people at this place.

One star is too many.....web says they're open Md they're not. This place is in the middle of no where so it's frustrating to spend 20 minutes driving there and the noron in the store says they are closed. I just want exchange my box since it doesn't work...guess I'll just stream and cancel my cable

Returned my cable box here a couple of days ago as I am tired of the price increases and made up fees. Lady behind the counter argued with me when I asked for a receipt. Said I didn't need one. Then said she couldn't give me one. Then magically was able to give me a receipt when I insisted. Last time I dropped something off Comcast tried to charge me for it the following month. Don't leave without a receipt and don't let them tell you they don't give receipts.

Now that Xfinity has made plans to institute a 1.2TB data cap in the northeast, I went to the Xfinity storefront to get help adding the $30 data cap removal that they offer to my account. With 3 kids being educated 100% virtually, and my wife and I needing the internet for our jobs, we routinely go over that amount of data. The service agents agreed the cap could be removed, but didn't know how to add this feature to my account. They forwarded my request to a manager at another facility who was a "wiz with these things." No response from that manager, and the service agent who worked with me won't return my communications. I have received no help from the Xfinity website, from online chats, from the support forums, nor from direct contact with their agents. I have actually added the data cap removal to my existing plan online (twice), but though it says on the website it goes into effect immediately, there has been no change to my account. I even have the order numbers, and I've screen-captured all of the appropriate pages. All I get from Xfinity, however, is notices that I've gone over my data cap.

Don’t get anything by Comcast. They’re overpriced, their Wi-Fi service is basic at best, and their customer service has somehow gotten worse over the past 10-15 years from when I was a kid. They scam and scheme your money away and take more away than they ask for. They are inept and shifty. Even Centurylink is better than they are and you pay less for more.
