Have been using Simply the Best Pest Control for a couple years now. Excellent business! The staff that answers the phone and does the schedule are nice and always easy to talk to. Today had the pleasure of meeting Craig D. our new technician. He was professional, and easy to talk to and reviewed our file in depth before coming out so he knew everything that we have had done and like to have done. So thankful we found Simply the Best Pest and look forward to continued service!!!

Craig Dahl is great! He communicated clearly and was super friendly. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to find the wasps and treat our problem. Recently moved to the area and decided to try Simply the Best based on other reviews. I wasn’t expecting much based on other pest companies I’ve had in the past but the experience so far has been above and beyond. Setting up the service was easy. The ladies I spoke with were patient and explained all the options. Then the day arrived for the technician to show up and I was blown away by Tristen M’s professionalism. He took time to explain everything and answer all the questions I had. Very polite and patient. Looking forward to many years of excellent service with this company.

Craig Dahl came out to check our bait stations. He was very polite and professional putting on shoe covers without being asked to. Craig was also very knowledgeable about identifying our issues and solving them. Complete and thorough job. We are happy customers.

Craig was super helpful! Very nice guy, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Communication was great. He sprayed the whole house for bugs that were surfacing. He also went an extra mile and helped us figure out a situation with our upcoming yard work and bait stations. Thank you, Craig! Tristen from simple the best came and worked around and sprayed. He was very informative, and keep it straight. Upon asking he said the ingredients are safe, but better if kids are not around. He also said they use something similar pesticides and does good job. Throughout his entire time, he was very professional and finished the work and explained.

We had such a great experience with Simply the Best Pest Control. We had sugar ants for a week or so and called Stephanie to send someone to help us exterminate them. We were desperate and she was able to get someone here in the same day… actually within the hour! We are so grateful for their services and will definitely be using their services again. Tristen M was very friendly and professional. He explained things in a clear and concise manner while listening to us and our concerns regarding our home. Amazing experience! From the first initial call! Dispatcher answered and was beyond friendly and knowledgeable . Very impressed that they were able to get to my home in the same day! Few hours later, I met Craig the technician. He was truly so personable and walked me through every step ,and answered any questions I had. Craig Dahl arrived ahead of schedule which was great, he did a complete run through the attic and exterior with a good outcome. Made sure all traps were in place and noticed one had been tampered with. Where we did hear some action several weeks ago, the bait that was consumed has put an end to that. Trap was re- baited and all good.Great job.

We had a great experience with Alex R. today! He was knowledgeable and thorough - it didn’t feel like he was rushing. And we so much appreciated that he was kind and patient with our dogs! We have a dog that was abused- he goes nuts whenever someone new comes into the house. Alex was very cool about it and that made us feel more comfortable (and less mortified!). Alex Rodriguez was a hero! Went through a very stressful time with Yellow Jackets & dangerous Big European biting hornets taking over my bathroom & Kitchen. Alex took time & care to find multiple nests in the attic crawl space & investigate even further to find their entry way from inside the wall to the living quarters of our home to insure all bees were gone.
