EVERY TIME I GO INTO THIS STORE I CAN'T FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR OR HAVE A PROBLEM. THE STORE CLERK KELLY IS ALWAYS HELPFUL. SHE IS A VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL PERSON. SHE GREETS EVERYONE WHEN THEY WALK IN THE STORE AND ALSO ASKS THEM DO THEY NEED HELP WITH ANYTHING. SHE MAKES MY SHOPPING EASY AND COMFORTABLE TO SHOP AT THE LOCATION. MY GRANDDAUGHTER LOVES KELLY SHE IS SO FRIENDLY AND NICE TO EVERYONE. I WILL CONTINUE SHOPPING THERE BECAUSE OF KELLY. I GIVE HER FIVE STARS. THANK YOU FOR HAVING HER.

Staff are very nice. The new store definitely is an upgrade but every single time I go in to the store there’s boxes and U boats every where. Shipments are not on shelf. You can’t walk down the aisles, to cluttered. There inventory is very low, maybe because of the COVID-19 or maybe because there on the U-boats. Recovery, 😧 needs improvement. Not a bad store but definitely has some focus areas. The manager needs help and as a customer, I can see this. 3 stars for the customer service.

Stores great. They have everything from throw blankets to frozen food. Service is great too. Always friendly.The only thing that's a little annoying is all the boxes and extra stuff packed through the aisles. It's kind of hard to make through one aisle half the time. Other than that, great quick place to stop and shop for on the go items.

Never a pleasant greeting no engagement even when approached for assistance. Shelves are always needing to be stocked while boxes are cluttering the aisles. Plus is the parking and no long lines. They have had a hiring sign displayed for months hopefully they find pleasant employees to fill the positions.

The employees and the manager Deb are very nice people very family orientated plus willing to help you out. I have a very very bad back when I get a case of water the employees carry my water & heavy items to my truck. You will never find a bunch of nice caring and loving people in a store like our friends at Dollar General... Thanks So Much For All Your Help 👍👍👍

The new store is slightly better than the old. It is larger. They finally got it somewhat stocked. It is messy. Aisles are narrow, almost impossible to pass another customer even with their little carts. You would think that with building a brand new building it would not be so cramped. I gave only 3 stars because it is just so so. It still leaves a lot to be desired, especially from a brand new building. They can do better if they chose to.

This weekend was the " the Quarterly Clearance Event" which I have shopped for a couple of years now. I went to 6 of these stores yesterday where I reside in Delaware and was very pleased with customer service at those locations. I was at 1st store at 8 am when opened and finished at 9:45 pm at last store. So today went to Nj at Pennsville location and ended up putting back the couple of item I was going to purchase.. Mind you yesterday I was making purchases with 60-96 items each. What made this even worse was it was store manager apparently. She was telling me the same items I purchased at all other stores by bulk was not on sale! So I wanted to give example and seen the xmas throws that were originally $5 came down to.25 cents!! So at every location bought all of them. At 1 location got 16 throws at another 8 and so on with no problems.. She proceeded to tell me how I was wrong and was very rude. As if that was not enough she turns the aisle and proceeds to make ignorant, unnecessary comments regarding me.. " I can't believe these customers now a days! What else do they want??" So that is when I left the 5 items and walked out if store. I literally can sometimes go to store daily but will never be at that location!! I am so disappointed.

You knocked down a house, took away people’s back yards, put dumpsters that are loudly emptied that everyone bow has to listen to, put up bright flood lights so everyone’s yard and houses are illuminated at night, just to build yet another dollar store in this town that is a total eyesore, and it’s right next to a red light so traffic is even worse there. Aaaaand now you’re just not open whenever you feel like it? Sometimes you’re open, sometimes you aren’t. Pick a lane or leave because what we really need is an ther empty building in this town! This store is pointless.

Now cashiers push the self-checkout. Calling to customers from across the room "if you're using a card, use self-checkout." Merchandise on the floor in nearly every aisle. Really hate to go in there. Prices not on items or shelf. Have to guess prices.

The gentleman that works there with the grey hair is always very helpful. I dropped a gallon of milk once that broke and spilled everywhere and he was very patient and kind. Everytime I shop and he is working he makes sure I find what I need and when nit at the register is working very hard and goes out of his way to say a kind word and make you feel welcome. Give this man a raise or promotion. I usually have a good experience with all the employees but he is by far my favorite!

Workers are Pleasant and the store is clean. Nice place to just walk around take your time and find what you need. Or you can run through it and get what you need. LOL

What can I say its a Dollar General. Has everything most Dollar Generals have. This is also one of our newer stores. It looks as though they have finally got it stocked and more organized. Customer service is ok.

The Store is ALWAYS full of incoming stock with carts blocking the isle!!!I never saw a store so cluttered. We have a Family Dollar store which I prefer. Clerks always friendly store with no stock in the isles

This is a very nice place to shop. Resonable pricing. They do have sales on clothes quite often and they are Bobby Brooks clothes. 50 to75 % Off at times.

Prices are pretty good here. Fast in and out. However, this particular store is usually more unorganized and unkempt than I like. But it's good in a hurry.

Their new store is unorganized at the moment but on the other hand, the staff are very welcoming and helpful with finding things. It's a nice expansion from the old store, I recommend giving it a look-see!

We have refused to go back here. My fiance and I have frequented here quite a bit til one of the cashier's started getting really rude with us Everytime we went in so we quit going there and just go a couple doors down to family Dollar

This is a cleaner more organized dollar store.Now if i walk in a store and they have no hand sanitizer for customers I LEAVE IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT OUR SAFETY SI I DON'T GIVE AWAY MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO GREEDY BUSINESSES.

How can you have the doors locked during business hours? I’ll contact the BBB and have everyone fired for not wanting to work and do their jobs. If the door is broken, make sure you have someone there to open it.

Only one person available to ring as manager was on break so line was rather long but everyone including cashier had a great attitude about it.
