Great service! The food was rather fast, though we did order right off of the first pie on display, so that's on us. There was a kind man blowing leaves outside, too! Only issue is that, outside, the area somewhat reeks of weed, but I've only smelt it a few times. The staff is rather funny too, loud at that. But overall a really great place-- just a little ghetto.

I had the cheesteak, and it was okay, nothing special. It wasn't seasoned at all. The price doesn't justify the quality. And the pizza didn't look good enough for me to try it. I probably won't be back.

This is an update from an old review. They have turned around big time from my last experiences. After dropping the ball multiple times back to back to back they have redeemed themselves and have earned a 5 star from me. The food is exceptional compared to the wet soggy messes I was receiving before. Any issues were handled professionally and swiftly unlike before and overall they have done an amazing job of getting back to the place they were in the past with great food and great service.

The 5 star rating is for their pizza and customer service!! We would normally order from the two main pizza places on Lakehurst Road in Browns Mills, but you're lucky if your orders are made correctly, and don't dare bring it to their attention, you'll get crucified, even though it's your hard earned money your giving them for all the overpriced, and sometimes good food! Tried Pete & Jon's for the first time, and every staff member was helpful, polite, kind, and made sure your order was correct, before you left the store. The pizza was perfectly cooked, and had that good old fashion boardwalk pizza taste! I'll definitely be back for more pizza!!

Food was awesome fast cook everything tasted the way it should they had normal tv on no just sports. Super friendly staff fair pricing. Also I m a picky person so I wanted some custom order made like out of there menu range and they made it on the spot no back talk or response. Came out wonderful.

We recently moved to the area and there’s not many food options around that don’t require a drive. After zooming in maps to see what was around, we came across this hole in the wall that served the best pizza we’ve had in the area. We now order regularly. Wings are on point. It’s a small joint, so expect a small wait if they get slammed. Recently had some visitors from Chicago and they were impressed as well, which speaks volumes because they know their pie.

Ordered a delivery of cheese steak, fries & wings. Very friendly on the phone. He said 40 min and the delivery driver shows up in 30! Food is good. Portions are excellent! The store can get busy at times since it's the only delivery place in my area. If these guys were on Beyond Menu I would give 5 stars!

The pizza is good until I went in (2nd time ) and seen the cashier handling my pizza with no gloves when I asked him he said he’s been doing it like that for years with no complaints…they lost me with that one

They sold me spoiled chicken wings. They wouldn't try them but claimed they were ok when I took them back. They would not refund my money and acted like I was wrong. This not the first time I have had a problem with them. However this is the only restaurant in the area and I have had it. I'm calling the Health department and the Attorney General.

Long Story short I have placed orders several times before. I placed an order for delivery, was allowed to give all information except delivery address due to customer service rep being very irritated because of how busy they said they were. Was told order would be ready in 25 minutes, waited over an hour so I called back and was told sorry it was put in pick up status.Decided to go pick it up. My question to the same female that took the order was if I said delivery when I ordered and paid for my order over the phone why is it set for pickup Excuse was we were slam busy and sorry. Guy cooking the pizza says she a young kid. What young kid and you’re super busy yeah ok save the excuse. Poor customer service equals unsatisfied customer equals loss customer.

I left a positive 5 star review 3 years ago. My review for this place still stands strong at 5 stars. The people who answer the phone are always friendly and knowledgeable on orders being placed. The food they make here is always great. The menus simple , the timing on deliveries are always on point. The kitchen staff are great for sure, they are willing to make your order to your customizable preference. This place is so worth ordering from. Whoever’s running this place keep up the good work! I tell everyone I know about how good this place is.

It's small.There were five orders before us so we waited what seemed like a long time. We didn't pre-call the order. Was just curious. Hadn't been at this location for approximately 45 years. It has changed hands several times but the interior is about the same. Staff was nice. Food was decent and for a reasonable price (in today's market). It's possible that we'll return despite the insides displaying some degradation and neglect.Features: Staff behind counter, no masks. Customers half on, half off. No safety practices visible.

Guy was very rude, he wasn’t friendly at all. I stated it was a lot of air he said well you called me. Then I asked is the garden salad something 2 people can share he then says idk depends on your appetite. I’m from up North Jersey coming to visit my grandparents. I would never eat or refer anyone to this place because choice of words still matter and the customer service sucks.

Stopped here tonight cause the gf wanted wings. Just searched on Google n this place came up. And I'm so happy that it did. The food is amazing. I got a cowboy cheese steak that was so good, the wings are huge, not those tiny ones and the burger was amazing as well. This is definitely on the list for best places I've been. I will happily go out of my way to eat there food again.

I've been going to this place since high school (10+ years ago) and its always been great, until recently. Lately its been very hard to get my order correct, my food has been burnt, and my sandwiches have been skimpy. Which is unfortunate considering they are the only pizza place in town.

Been here almost a year and order frequently. Large portions. Great taste. Friendly staff and always on time. I'm dating a vegetarian and they are always happy to acomidate my needs. Would go again and will continue going.

I’m really upset with who ever answersThe phone there . I think she was Latino but , I’ve never had bad service the way I had with her when ordering a pizza . She kept writing my card number down wrong and she seemed to have a really bad attitude and interrupting me honestly she shouldn’t be answering phones there if they want good customer service.. I really hope they either take her off the phones or train her how to do at least good customer service on the phone or they will lose a lot of business.. nobody wants to be treated liked that and especially when your paying for something. very rude

The Wings Here both Bbq and Hot are perfect whether you get them breaded or not, cheese steaks are good, pizza is decent, cheese fries are slammin! highly recommend this place, especially on mondays when the local chinese restaurant is apparently closed.

Great food with a variety of choices. Super friendly staff. Very down to earth vibe. Family oriented place. Can be busy at times but its understandable and worth it. Deliver to surrounding area within 8 mile radius. Except for the risky neighborhoods.
