I guess this Dollar General doesn’t follow their closing hours schedule. Randomly closing at 6:00 on a Thursday . Did I mention the employees nasty disposition. One of the workers with a blond curly hair screaming, and pointing stated they were closed. Hospitality, consideration and care towards customers was non-existent. Please train your workers better in the area of customer service.

Excellent customer service from friendly staff. The store is organized, clean and well-stocked. The products are reasonably priced and there is a wide variety. Parking is also available in a clean lot. Sorry Family Dollar but this is my new go-to dollar store!

I usually come here because of its location, affordable price, and attractive assortment of products. Today, however, I reconsidered coming back because of this cashier's horrible service. I paid through the app as the line was long and their app checkout makes it easy to get your stuff and go. But I still had to make the line because their GO kiosk wasn't working properly and had no bags. Once it was my turn, this lady tried to scan my stuff but I told her I already paid and showed her the QR code the app gave me as proof of payment. Seemed she didn't know that the store had an app where you could also pay. She treated me as if I was making it up and was stealing the stuff I had in my basket, and even asked the cashier next to her to watch my stuff so she could go ask what to do. After coming back, she yelled at me for their machine's inability to read what the app was showing me and that I was the one who was yelling at her. She said she'd get the manager but not before repeating I hadn't paid. The manager, a sweet lady, came in and talked to me. She even stopped the cashier from talking as she kept on giving horrible attitude. Once I showed her the charge in my bank account and a receipt which showed a little after in my email, the manager bagged my stuff and apologized.Aside from that nasty service with that cashier, the store needs to restock some more as some shelves are empty behind. Anyway, what a way to treat someone on their birthday.

If I could give 0 stars I would,I made a pickup order for 3 items 2 were canceled I called the store 100times on the phone got no answer so I went to the store to tell them to cancel I meet a lady with a long dread hair which was so rude and was on the phone all through I told her to cancel my order she said she would and just went on with her conversation. I have been expecting the money in my acc but got none I decided to check the app only to see this thieves marked the item as picked up. 😤

The store is a decent size and is always clean the three times I went. However, each time I went, a couple of my items said one price on the tag and rang up a higher price at the register. Two out of the three times, the cashier did not want to honor the prices on the items. Shop but pay attention to the prices the ring up.

Excellent customer service. Employees are proactive in maintaining COVID safety measures...will not tolerate no masks..if no mask, you will be shut down at the door!!! Thank you for caring! Great products of all kind...candy, cleaning products, beauty..❤

They have good prices. Cheaper than the nearby Walgreens. And they give you a coupon good for $2 off a $10 purchase on the upcoming Saturday.The staff could be a little more attentive and friendly. But they’re locals, so I guess “When in Rome”. The store is generally clean and well stocked so kudos to them on this.

I like their sparling flavored waters. The staff is really nice. Huge variety of stuff. From $1.00 candy to fresh fruits and veggies, to bath towels. You looking for it. You will find it at dollar general.

If you’re looking for school supplies, I highly suggest you to NOT come here. I recently came here to buy markers and not a single marker had ink. It’s a waste of money!

Great store, clean and well kept. Glenn helped me find everything I needed with no problem, and Eric was very nice during checkout. Staff were very professional and store fully stocked, a true pleasure shopping there.

I enjoy every experience I have there the worker's are friendly. I wish their was a bike rack outside that's secure for bikers . I ride my Electric Bike but lucky me it's a foldable bike. I fold it up and in the shopping cart.

I like shopping here. You can get some pretty good guys. My one complaint is that you can spend alot of time waiting to make your purchase - as the line is usually very long. : (

Today 12-23-18 at 910pm I stopped by your store to find out you guys were closed but online says it was open till 11pm ... I called the store and spoke with a very rude manager by the name of “mark” who did hang up the phone on me and wouldn’t Tell me his last name, Very rude answers. I am a new resident to the area and was just looking to shop for a few things for the house to find out this was the worst experience! I will make a suggestion to corporate about this horrible experience.

I miss KMart in WO & wandered in there for party supplies because I was in the area last Thurs..My first & Will Not be My last! They even have a slushie machine like KMart had..The frozen food cases were stocked.even had My fav Marie Callendar pot pies which I purchased..I raved about it so much that a group of Us here at the office are planning a Lunchtime "field trip" there this Friday..Who knew? Rip KMart..

This store is better than many of the other locations. They don't have items crammed on top of each other like the Irvington, NJ location, which is really too small for the amount of stuff they have.

This is my first visit to this store and I was very happy with the organization of the items, the store was clean, items were neatly situated. Some items were missing from the shelf but that's expected when browsing on a Friday night.

Brought 3 cases of soda from here on Friday and the were all expired from 11/2021 do t worry I will get my money back one way or another all the workers do is talk about each other sit and play on they phone and complain smfh you just watch

Store was messy....shelves not yet stocked so there were many boxes in the isles. I noticed that customers also add to the disarray of the store. Parents allow their children to play and pull items off the shelves. Long long lines is always a turn off.

Rude staff, with no customer service skills. Item prices at 50% clearance and scan wrong. Staff says too bad the scan price is right. This store need retraining. Never going back!
