I can’t express the gratitude to the pharmacy at 440 Belleville turnpike in North Arlington NJ a big shout out to Steffy! Steffy went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me today to assure me I would get a new RX before they closed on a Saturday from a physician and SHE DID JUST THAT! I was crying when I got there and when I went back and she had called me my Rxs were ready and available, I was smiling! She explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions and she answered them all and made sure I understood before I left! THANK YOU STEFFIE! I sure hope whenever is BOSS sees this! One happy customer!

I barely leave reviews but this place really just got under my skin. If I could give no stars for the pharmacy I would. This pharmacy is the absolute definition of unprofessional. They’re rude, never acknowledge you at the drive through. Just honestly the worst service, they should all be ashamed of themselves. As for the CVS store part, they’re great.

My store #3136 is where I learn and trying to be a good couponer the only thing that I don't appreciate is the fact that come Monday or Tuesday my store still don't have the tags of new prices I don't know if its a lack of employees or not being organized, I sometime find my self having to travel to another CVS in order to get the right deal cause @ my store 3136 if I ask for help the person will tell me to go and look in the CVS App. and as a 60yr. /old grandma I'm still trying to understand the apps. on my Cell Phone I have a few but there are some that I can't get other then that everything else is very good {cleaness,greeting,items,} is all perfect ......

I do not recommend this store for prescriptions at all. They do not have the prescriptions ready on time. There’s always a mistake or something like that. It happened to me at least 5 times. Even though is a really close location, I’m changing my pharmacy. Believe me, go someplace else.

No STAR Because THE PHARMACY TECHNICIAN AND THE THREE LADIES they lost the prescription and it’s not the first time they have been doing that. My mom got a operation and needed to drink the medicine so her pain could go away.SHE DROP THE MEDICINE OF LIKE SHE ALWAYS DOES AND AFTER 3 hour she went to pick it up they lost the prescription and they were laughing all three of them I’m pretty sure this is not the first time they loose the prescription to other costumers. I want them fired also if nothing is done I’m going to the certificate department of health. Them 4 people was laughing about this situations including pharmacist doctor

When I go there I will usually go to pick up something quickly. That visit is usually seamless and good. I do not recommend the pharmacy at that location. The staff did not seem willing to help when we went one time to fill my husband’s prescription. They did not even offer to look at the neighboring CVSs. We tried a few months later to fill the same prescription and had the same experience. We stopped going there for any prescriptions. We will either go to the CVS on Bergen Ave or the Walgreens on Kearny Avenue. Definitely a better experience then here.

I came here to get my COVID-19 Booster. I made an appointment. A long time passed after my appointment time and there was nobody available and ready to administer the vaccine. Once someone became available, I was directed to a different waiting area than originally told and there were a line of walk-ins sitting there: I had to leave because I didn’t have enough time to keep waiting. I would stay away from this CVS if you are looking to receive the vaccine/booster. Terribly unorganized.

I use to pick up my prescription from here until one day when I went to pick mine up and they said I picked it up already. I told them I didn't and they said maybe someone in my house picked it up. That did not happen and they never replaced my medicine. Not Cool CVS

All I did was approach a lady in a red shirt (she had a tag on, but I couldn’t see a name or CVS logo or anything) and asked if she worked here. I got a shoulder shrug and an eye roll like “duh.” Lol sorry to ask. Counter did not have anyone helping and the one person I politely approached and asked for help was super rude.

This review was a long time coming Maybe a year old, it is the first time I can speak of the abuse I was subject to at the hands of a female Pharmacist. I can not give this pharmacy any stars. I had to post one star or the review will not post. I had extensive dental work, 10 implants over 2-6 months. The female pharmacist, refused to fill my pain relief Rx stating w "I never fill this type of Rx" in an extremely loud voice, while the pharmacy area was packed breaking all HIPAA confidentially laws so that every person standing there knew what my Rx was for. I am a Masters Prepared Registered Nurse, and my oral surgeon is a premier Madison Ave. Dental surgeon who call this woman personally she still refused demanding a paper script.In NY DR's can not use paper scripts. I was mortified I spoke to the manager, and will never return to a CVS Pharmacy. I am back to a neighborhood pharmacy where where patient care comes first. Not a pharmacist GRANDSTANDING and practicing MEDICINE with out a LICENSE.

I came to the store 45 minutes ago, to pick up my husband medications, they said the waiting time was 15 minutes, but i still here wainting and its 45 minutes.The girl did'nt give any attention for my order.Very sad:(

Workers are nice but no matter when I go there to pick up a prescription it is never ready. My doctor will send the prescription and hours later still not ready.

Thos pharmacy is horrible. Even though my prescription was ready for a refill they didn't refill it because they said "the computer" decided to fill it the next day! They closed the drive thru pickup/dropoff because they were busy. This pharmacy is hprrible!! Save your time and go to another!!

The store is car centric.When it snows they take care of the parking lot and damn the pedestrians! The sidewalk and foot paths are treacherous and untended.The manager also refuses to carry my favorite oatmeal cookies, because they sell for a $1.He doesn't want to deal with low margin products. You can buy these CVS private label cookies in every other CVS except this one.

Worst CVS ever went to try to take COVID test and could not take the test because Of technical difficulties and system being down mean while person in front of me takes Their test . Poor poor service 👎🏼
