Not one of the better CVS stores. I prefer the West Orange location. They have a shortage of sales people, and those who are there don't seem to know where things are. There is always a line at the register. Once you actually find the sales people they are relatively friendly, but they should be more accessible. Also, when you ask where something is, the answer, "Maybe in aisle X" is ridiculous. Shouldn't they know?

EVERY MONTH I turn OFF auto fill for Rx, but every month for multiple years, I have to call this or another CVS to tell them to put my Rx back on the shelf, because I need to fill it at a different store. And I takes forever because it takes forever to get through the automated system to talk to a pharmacist.“Put my Rx back!” Is not an option on line, or on the automated system. You have to get to a real person first.Don’t forget! You STILL have to call or submit the Rx again to the location you do want it filled!Biggest waste of time, a massive cause of frustration!!!!Get your Rx filled at a pharmacy that you don’t have to MANUALLY TURN OFF AUTO REFILLS EVERY MONTH!!!

I wish I could give zero honestly, the workers in the pharmacy are very rude especially the manager. I wish I would’ve caught her name but she’s extremely unhelpful and dismissive. when it was my turn to be helped the lady walked off for 10 minutes and did not say a thing didn’t even acknowledge me in fact. Overall I would not come here again and I will be switching over to a different location as should you. There was one helpful young Spanish man I didn’t catch his name either but he was the only good worker there

Went in tonight for 5 items only item they had. That make up item was $22. I did not purchase as you can get the same item in Walmart for more than half the price. This CVS needs a new manager to stock their shelves.

Horrible pharmacist, rude and yelled at the customer when (she)the pharmacist literally read the prescription wrong. No apology just straight up rude and ignorant. Worst pharmacy in the area. Will not be going there ever again. The pharmacist should lose her job.

Great experience. Clean spacious store. Good selection. Knowledgeable, and helpful pharmacy. The staff was amazing. I needed help with a few things and they went out of their way to help. They also gave us paper bags to put our purchases. If you're reading this and you're not from New Jersey, they have banned single use bags in May 2022 and almost no businesses give paper either.

My 14 month old son is extremely constipated so I needed to go to CVS to get some thing for him. Lois, one of the staff there walked me to the aisle and even recommended an item in which I ended up purchasing. The fact that she went out of her way to walk me to the item and ask questions in regards to what I needed, is the exact representation of what customer service looks like.

Everytime i go to this CVS they stand over me and watch me to see if I’m stealing. I’ve never stolen anything in my life and I don’t appreciate being hovered over and watched until I pay . Especially since they never have a cashier available to ring people up. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable and it happens every time.

Very disappointed with the staff in the pharmacy. Had to wait a very long time to pick up a Rx because they couldn’t find it. Turns out it was marked to go out for delivery. The medication had been paid for but they couldn’t find a record of that so I had to pay on site. Then they refunded the original credit card. A lot of confusion which could have been prevented if the woman helping me had just asked her coworkers. She was very rude and didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. However she kept telling me over and over again that the medication could not have possibly been paid for when in fact it had. A very disappointing experience.

I hate this store! They always have only one cashier and they have one person helping you with the self checkout. Why not just have two cashiers at all times? Why do you need a person to help you with a self-checkout? I personally will not use the self checkouts because I don't work for CVS and I don't get a discount if I do so.

I don't normally shop at this location but I had to take care of something in that area and took advantage of killing two birds with one stone as the saying goes. Such a spacious store, clean and inviting. I picked up several items and had an item to return as well. My cashier informed me about the return policy, I wasn't even aware of one of the things she said.The thing that made my experience at this store fabulous was her. Informative, cheerful, assisted me with my coupon that I wasn't certain of. Even though brief, she made such an impression that I had to write this review. People represent their company and she represented it wonderfully. Thank you cashier 1006150

The worst stuff ever.I came this afternoon to pickup my prescription medicine and the girl who help the pharmacist told me to go look for the missing medicine because it is over the counter’s.i asked her to help me after I couldn’t find it she said she is busy and walked away.

Just got home from the hospital and needed a prescription filled. My husband got there at 8:40 and was turned away - sent to a 24 hour pharmacy that wasn’t so close by. This was in North Arlington on Ridge Riad. The merchandise (stock), cleanliness and customer service have all gone down hill. Such a shame…

The pharmacy dept is excellent !! I have been coming here 3 years and they have been consistently great in every way. The pharmacists are very helpful and will always take the time to explain things or answer questions. The rest of the pharmacy staff is very pleasant, polite and helpful. They alert you to upcoming renewals to see if you need that rx filled. I feel very well taken care of by this staff and very comfortable asking for any assistance I might need.

Usually a wonderful place to shop. However, the self checkout counters are way too SMALL and for the first time, I was FORCED to use it when I knew it would be a HUGE hassle with all the stuff I had. Most employees are friendly and will help you. But the self check counter issue cost it a star for me.

This is, to my recollection, the only review I have left on Maps; CVS really had to earn this one. I scheduled in advance a rapid (antigen) covid test at this location for upcoming travel to the EU. About 36 hours prior to the appointment, CVS cancelled via an automated email: "We're sorry we had to cancel your visit." There was no reason cited nor, heaven forbid, a phone call asking to reschedule. When I tried to rebook the next morning, there were no longer any openings at any CVS in the wider area. So now I'm left scrambling to find a provider hours before my trip.

I have coming here not just for occasional prescription needs but for some quick needs like tooth paste, paper towels, ice cream, snacks, etc when I am too lazy to do my regular food shopping. The staff are very helpful and gives you the feeling that you are very welcome. Prices are competitive and if you have their app and subscription you get coupons digitally plus you get digital receipts at check out. Although I usually walk coming here, there’s ample parking for drivers.

I had the most horrible experience today at the cvs minute clinic in North Arlington nj, first off I thought they were still working from their pod outside the store no signs anywhere that they weren't so after waiting almost an hour in my car I decided to call the store where they told me they were now inside the store. I went inside checked in was asked questions by a nice nurse where she took my blood pressure, oxygen measure etc and was then sent to see the nurse practitioner Deborah latorre, what a horrible robotic woman to say the least, she didn't want me to speak unless I was addressed by her, talked down to me like I was garbage and was ignorant in general, didn't want me to sit on the examining table instead had me sit in a chair in the corner where I could only remove my mask when she told me to do she could check my nose and throat...I simply was there to have my lungs checked after taking medication for a bronchial infection because my doctor was unavailable, I would never return to this minute clinic and I would advise everyone to stay away, horrible experience!!

Horrible pharmacy service Youssef by the front in the Pharmacy avoid dealing with him is so rude and don’t care about your time , once I ask him about why my medication will take so long he told me we are not in Burger King!!! Management in CVS suppose to take care about this kind of complaint as they are loosing business, this king of people like this guy youssef is supposed to be in different job not helping the people

This CVS must be having their own writing these positive reviews because this Pharmacy location is ATROCIOUS! I’ve been a customer here for 10 months now after my insurance no longer allows me to use my regular Walgreens. The Pharmacy staff here is miserable and slow, they never have things ready on time EVEN when they text/message through their app saying prescriptions are! One time I picked up a liquid medication here and asked for a tool to measure it with- the woman shrugged her shoulders and said they didn’t have. I went back to my old Wallgreens and theykindly provided me with one. At this very moment I am waiting in a 40 minute line to pick up my LAST prescription here because I am moving to a different CVS location. It is even further away from my house but it can’t be worse than this location. Please don’t think of me as that “one negative review out of several good ones” here on Google. I am young, in my 20s, tech savvy and not afraid to call out CVS on their terrible service and faulty app. If you need prescriptions filled regular stay far away from this CVS- it will cause you unimaginable frustration with it’s unknowledgeable, abrasive staff that moves at a snails pace. Bye CVS North Arlington!
