This CVS is understaffed and overwhelmed since the Mullica Hill Rite Aid closed in 2023. I waited over 30 min to pick up a refill that was ordered online.

The pharmacy at this site is constantly slammed and simply needs more staffing. I just watched one of the pharmacists break down in tears as the customers were getting grumpy waiting for service. Hey Mr. Corporate Man, send these folks some help.

Very disappointed in the service I drove over there to pick up medicine tried to make it there before 8 and it was 8:02. They were still back there said they pulled the register already, AS I SAW THEM JUST PULL IT! I said I was just picking up told me to come back tomorrow.

The drive through should be called the wait through. Unbelievably poor service. Also rx availability sucks. Get ur drugs elsewhere.
