We're updating the furnishings in our home and La-Z-Boy was one of the stores we chose to visit. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Michelle who provided some basic information and then encouraged us to browse the entire store on our own. A very welcome approach. We found several sofas, loveseats and chairs that we really liked. At that point, we located Michelle to begin the process of selecting the actual furniture as well as fabrics and colors. Michelle, because of her formal design training and experience, enabled us to make the process incredibly efficient and effectively. We're now excited to receive our new furniture. Our decision to purchase from La-Z-Boy Monmouth Junction was purely based on two things: one, an excellent selection of furnishings and two, Michelle's design expertise, patience and customer focus in working through the entire process with us.

Rose Pagano is truly a fantastic sales associate. Explained the products very clearly without putting pressure to buy. Took the time to walk us around the showroom to highlight the differences in the construction and manufacturing. We left the showroom with a quote. She then waited patiently for a couple of weeks and once we followed up to make the purchase, she honored the price quote given before and helped us to finish the purchase. Thank you so much Rose!! The delivery guys rushed to get out as we were the last stop. They only tested 3 sided but not to fully recline and bolted out. When we went to try the one side of the couch they didn’t test it broke and we can’t get it to go down. Truck left “customer service” said since we were the last stop they turn their phones off. Called the store spoke to our sales rep who said she would put in a ticket to have technical support call and nothing her manage could do either. Tech support called back said someone would get back to me in 2-3 business days THE COUCH IS STUCK IN THE RECLINE POSITION!!!! Then after I get a call it’ll be a few more days for someone to come out so this is left in the open position until then. They better work around my work schedule as I’m not taking another day off. I had to wait FOUR MONTHS for delivery and paid 10k for something to break in literally 5 minutes. To say we are irate is an understatement. There is no concern or help. They tried to blame us for accepting delivery and not sitting in every recliner when their delivery guys were rushing to get out of here and they didn’t speak English either. One star is way too generous and I will never recommend this furniture to anyone. For the price it shouldn’t break on the FIRST USE!!! Now I’m seeing others reviews about the poor quality and customer satisfaction that I should have read before purchasing- what an expensive lesson

Very polite and professional staff, accommodating and consulting too. Not a high pressure sales staff as most other (lower-end) furniture stores tend to be. Was really glad I went there,…, PS: La-Z-Boy has some really awesome items to choose from too! They are top of the line for mainstream comfortable furniture!

From the moment my husband and I entered the showroom we were treated beyond our expectation. I wanted to replace a LaZ boy recliner I had for almost 25 years , which I had loved. Rose was welcoming and took us through all our options without any pressure tactics. She spent extra time to make sure we would be happy with our purchase. My total experience startling with the Comfort Care representative and then Rose, at Monmouth Junction were the best customer experience with a company , I have ever had.

This is not a review of furniture I have not received. It is a review of our sales person, Kathleen. She was very helpful and patient as I tried to decide chair and fabric. She was efficient and thorough in the checkout process. Overall the store is tidy, well lit and well stocked.

The store was easy to navigate and there was an abundant selection of recliners in various styles. Our salesperson Michelle was awesome, she was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She allowed us to look at our leisure and answered questions immediately.
