It’s a nice neat and clean Indian store. I particularly like the gurubani that was being played at low volume. As it was a week day it was not crowded and I had a chance to scan through all the sections. This store has its own products line goes by name Delight and most of this brand products are cheaper than other known brands. Maggi & Parle G the favorite Indian items were on sale among other items. Vegetables 🥗 section was also neat and clean. This store had lot of options for home temples not present in any other Indian store. Usually these are seen at temple stores only. Also lot of steel storage items are available. Incase someone is looking to setup the house 🏡 freshly it would be advisable to visit here first. Staff was extremely nice I wished her Sasiriyakaal 🙏 and we had some chat. Few parking spaces are available. They have a dedicated sweet section as well and hot samosas are also available. Thanks

Lots of bugs in the products and yells at you if you tell them about the problems in their quality. Everyone should report them to the health department. They refuse to take returns on items that are moldy or unsanitary with bugs alive in them. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs!

This is my second post regarding bugs in their products. This time with pictures. The last time we got a pantry moth infestation because there were eggs in the product as well that ended up hatching them. Literally had to throw out everything from the pantry. This time these mumra have some other bug. My parents also overheard some employees talking about the bugs and telling one another to move those bags. This is disgusting. I told my parents not to go but they gave another chance and what are the odds. The second time going since like 2-3 months and they have bugs again. Be careful!!

If we could give a -1 review, we would! Bought a few Chinese Okra (Luffa acutangula) from this place and in 2 days they were completely covered with mold even though we kept them in the refrigerator. Went back to the store and the manager was extremely rude. He didn’t even want to look at the pictures we took and he kept YELLING at us that there is no returns and that we shop at your own risk. I guess next time we must break the okra to check inside before buying.

Horrible customer service the products has crawling insects in there and when we went to return the owner said its not the policy to take the things back I just ask so have policy to see product with incepts in there its a shame the vegetables look fresh but it has so many flies on it and if u bring them they gat rotten very fast. Ginger has mold in there.

Bought four coconuts today from Delight Big Bazaar. As you can see in the photo, they’re all rotten. Called the store and their response was that there are two signs that say no returns. Does that give them authority to sell bad stuff? Sad part is that they refuse to remove from their shelf. The manager refused to come on the phone and the lady hung up on me. I will never buy at this store again and let my friends know too.

In Delight, They are intentionally removed the date from the packet . So you don’t know the expiration date.if you informed to manager , then he told don’t buy if you have problem.

Well worth the trip, Fortunately we are in a neighboring state. We only had to drive 4 hours to get here but man is it awesome! We stayed inside looking around for at least 5 hours and still didn't see the entire place! It is like Disney World, you can't see it all in one day! There are plenty of hotels in the area so plan on a weekend trip or you will regret it! If you are on a budget, there is the county jail a short walk down the road. Lodging is free and they have lots of activities and great food! Staff was extremely welcoming and gave us a free pat down massage and a shower! A free Spa Day! What a great weekend! Thanks to all the Great people at the Big Bazaar! They were all a Delight! Get it? Delight!

Let alone the stale products and vegetables, the owner of this store is extremely extremely rude for no reason. He has no manners and no respect for his customers. Doesn't even know how to talk to a woman.No wonder the store is usually empty and no one shops there.To run a successful business, you should learn manner and customer service first. A note to Mr. Grumpy, rude owner.

Plenty of space in this store. This is one of the best Desi grocery stores where you can shop fearlessly in this pandemic time. I recommend visiting this in the afternoon hours that is when most of the fresh veggies are available. I never found such a big grocery store in NJ. I thing which I didn't like was the billing register location. It easily gets crowded because of the way it has been positioned.

Comparing Indian grocery stores, this may be perhaps largest in size and inventory. They stock multiple choices of brands in Namkeen (farsan), pulses, pickles, rice, wheat flour, cookies, dry grocery like Kurmura-Mumra, poa, dhani etc. you have choices of different sizes of packings too. They have reasonable parking space. We normally avoid buying fresh vegetables and fruits. The quality or freshness is not as per my preference. Also, they do not have responsible people to answer your questions or some stuff not available on the sales floor.

Their products had bugs and larvae in them in August2021. We went to return in Sept and at first they refused to accept the product or the issue. We spoke to a manager afterwards on the phone that hung up and called a worker back that confirmed we are “regular customers”. They accepted the product back and gave us our money back. Things happen, but now we are dealing with a “pantry moth” infestation which caused us to throw out so much unused food. Just be careful and if you see bugs or little worm like things, take the product out if your house immediately and go to the store. We did not want to cause a scene but the store refusing was unacceptable and as we continued the conversation, others looked on and therefore I’ve given 2 stars. Every other grocery place (indian or non indian) accepts products that do not meet quality. Please improve your customer service and own up to the issue. Disinfect the place esp with pantry moths!!

Reasonable prices compared to other Indian grocery stores. Frequently they put sale on some grocery items, which helps save couple more dollars. Variety of items are available here. Their grocery item section is comparatively better in quality than their produce section.

Generally I like these for the variety of Indo Pak items, but I am disappointed with their unhygienic environment. They have tiny insects flying over their items specially fruits and vegetables. Also, many items are rotten. Today I came across another shocking discovery! I bought Haldiram cheese tandoori naan packet from the store and when I came home I saw that its expiry date went way back to 6th April 2016!! Totally unbelievable and disgusting. The item was placed right in front depicting its fresh, but nah! Although, I have come across many expired items from the store before (including Patel Brothers) sadly, but this one was quite shocking cuz the expiry date passed by sooooooo long ago and they still didn't change their inventory. Be careful everyone!

Nice and clean store but have limited choices in frozen section. Also, the location is not optimal as you have to go all the way to the traffic light to make a u turn if you're coming from time opposite direction.

Bought a packet of Atta from this store this evening. On reaching the car, I found that the packet was torn and that the atta was spilling out of it. I took this back to the store immediately, but they were very rude and did not replace it. Which store in USA don't take the damaged goods back?Customers beware.

I have been shopping here for years. Staff is friendly. Produce is plentiful and reasonably priced. Tons of lentils for soups. Prices usually half that of the big grocery stores.
