Terrible people they don’t even care if you need hours or never update you when you on schedule or not. They honestly deserve 0 stars Cheryl treats her employee poorly doesn’t even correspond to be a manager. If I had somewhere to report her I will. She has a bad attitude. Doesn’t show respect /doesn’t care . Terrible. Don’t work here they do the minimum for you. !!!!

Very helpful staff. They have a lot of items to choose from. The aisles are a bit unorganized and a lot of stock is in boxes on the floor open, rather than on the shelves.

Feels like shopping in the twilight zone. The parking situation is bad. The store is beyond dingy and rundown and the last several times I’ve been there it’s smelled like a sewer backup with half the ceiling ripped open and people using shopvacs to “clean up” water damage by spewing mold and dust into the air. Cashiers were loudly gossiping about coworkers. Several employees looked under the influence. Shelves weren’t stocked; instead stock was left in ripped open boxes on the floor. My expectations were pretty low for a Dollar Tree, but this location sets the bar even lower. This place needs to be condemned.

It’s always dirty and disorganized and what they sell it’s very bad quality it’s not worthy to buy things there.The parking space it’s always dirty it’s a big store that needs to be managed better and they have to invest more money in order to get more clients.If the owner doesn’t invest he is never going to get good clients and he will go bankrupt.

ive been coming to this store for years. great prices and always organized and well stocked. however, today i had an encounter with a rude employee who rudely told me to put back an item in the right aisle. i work in customer service and never have i been as rude as she was to me for no reason. she could’ve politely told me put it away. so rude.

They should close this place down. 1 cashier and EVERYONE seems to think the garbage that they call good is quality. Like the dollar tree is a supermarket lol. Place is a mess. You'll be on line with 3 items for over 15 mins or more.

Disappointed. The snack isle was picked over the last visit and so was the drinks.This was the 2nd time I visited in 5 weeks and they didn't have any shopping bags for sale.What store doesn't keep shopping bags for sell ?

A great location. They always have what I need here. There's a new girl working here and she's very helpful. She's such a gem, "Barbara" I believe her name is. I have felt a bit displeased with the customer service at this location in the past, but now I'll have to keep runnin back !

A few yrs ago this particular dollar tree in Hackensack was a mess. There was no organization. Merchandise was on the floor and out of place. It was a total disarray. For this reason I stop shopping there. Today I wad in the area and decided to pay them a visit. I was shocked and impressed to see this store had a 100% turnaround. All merchandise was in order, there was nothing on the floor. I just had to comment to one of the team members, how I was so impressed by the turnaround. She smiled and thank me. She started that they are working hard to make it better and work and it certainly has.

This had to be the messiest Dollar Tree I have ever been in! Things were strewn all over the floor of every aisle, and employees walking around seemed to have no care or attempt to want to clean any of it up! I try not to complain about these things normally, but I am using a walker recovering from surgeries this year until I can go back to my normal crutch. So the aisles being that cluttered impeded my walking ability majorly. So for that I would have awarded one star....That all being said, the 2nd stars were awarded based on the cashiers up front. They were friendly and courteous. It was enough of an impression to make me give this review a bit of a bump.I hope though that management reads this, or that better yet, a regional or corporate manager reads this. Because I have shopped at dozens of Dollar Tree locations in various towns and even various states and have never seen one as horribly maintained as this. I understand customers can be messy and take things off shelves. But it is the employees' jobs to PUT THEM BACK AND CLEAN UP. If the store is messy, people are not going to want to shop there.

One of my favorite Dollar Tree locations in Bergen County. They're usually stocked on all of the items I need, including pet food, nail cosmetics, teacher supplies, and certain groceries. The parking lot can get congested because it's narrow.

Everything was fine until I got to the elderly cashier. She was wearing her mask way below her nose. I told her that and she said she was not going to wear it properly and that the plastic shield was the protection. I willl be calling the health department about this incident. Why wouldn't the cashier want to protect herself and her customers?? It just doesn't make any sense.

Didn't expect to see such a messy and dirty drive way onto the parking lot of dollar tree. Sadly they didn't have much either. A lot of Halloween decor stuff. Was very disappointed.

They have new workers and management the place looks great shelves are stocked and full with the things i need and then some. Food that i would spend 3 to 4 dollars on i found them their for a dollar and seven cents. Great place go check it out, you will be glad you did

I went to dollar Tree at about 810pm on 4/20 with my son and the 2 sales associates that were working at the time were AMAZING to my son and I even helping my son open his bubbles and while the other worker held the door for me.THANK YOU GUYS

Picked up a few items earlier today at this Dollar Tree. The young black man who rang up my items, though I'd been perfectly polite, gave me (a white man) two prolonged, disdainful stares with cruel, dead eyes. I contacted the manager shortly after by phone. Though not particularly sympathetic, she said she'd speak with him. If it happens again, I will be filing a formal complaint.

Store is well organized and maintained. Staff is busy but friendly and helpful. Manager on duty was prompt when addressing line and assigning more cashiers while we waited in line. Thank you.

Lots of $1 holiday decorations. Staff is very pleasant and addressed and politely asked a customer to please mask-up. Parking lot is difficult to maneuver.

Just barely okay. Limited selection. Needed cleaning. They just raised prices so now it's $1.25 for all items that previously sold for $1.00. Guess they ought to change their name to Dollar & a Quarter Tree. Wow, 25% increase in their prices. Talk about inflation.

it was an experience that one just has to know for themselves for those who are struggling with financial difficulties or not to be able to fit into society just as proud as they are to be satisfied I recommend anyone that has not yet gone to the Dollar Tree just stop in look around I'm sure there's something that catches your eye

I went in looking for balloons saying a specific thing and they had it! The baloon guy was very patient and quick. $2 plus tax! Can't beat that with a stick!

I enjoy shopping here, and always buy more than I came for. It can be a little messy but that's on the customers. The staff were trying to keep it neat.
