I am beyond happy with my dog’s cut. Barbara was able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment, in which I was super grateful for. My dog was matted and his nails had grown way too long. Bruno is a shy, timid dog so I was extremely nervous for him to go to The Groomer’s In LLC for the first time. I can tell they took great care of Bruno. He looked super adorable and was in good spirits when I picked him up. They even took cute Halloween photos of him and also gave me a Halloween goodie bag for him (which he LOVES). The place was also very clean, organized and didn’t smell. This location is now going to be our regular groomers. Thank you so much!

The staff here is amazing and Scott the owner is awesome. They took all four of my dogs the same day as a new client. I love and respect Scott and his teams hustle and the treatment is great Definitely will be returning

Both times I took my puppies to show dog it was a great experience. The employees are very nice and friendly and I trust them with my fur babies. I am very happy with their cuts. I will def be going back 😊

(This is a revision of my original review from 3 years ago, which was 5 stars.15 Nov 2023: I thought hard for the past 5 days before posting this.)When Barbara & Mike bought the Inn, they did a makeover that was fantastic. Barbara did the grooming & it was v good. However, she hadbrought in a manager who interrupted every time I tried to talk to Barbara about what I needed done for my dog - & why. It got very acrimonious between myself & her niece/manager, who, to my knowledge, was not grooming my dog but had a lot to say & said Barbara had a lot on her mind & maybe couldn’t remember what Barbara & I had discussed only several days before. I departed & will not be back. Barbara & her partner & co-owner, Michael had been great to deal with & were good people & I'm sorry & sad that I have to find a new groomer. I wish them well. ((Note: this is the first not happy review I have ever posted with the exception of a tree guy from Angie’s List who was paid in full but never finished the final steps of a tree removal.)

Ginger loved her groom at show dog. She’s not real friendly with other dogs and they went out of their way and brought me in before opening to get her all cleaned up for vacation. They are wonderful people and I highly recommend them!

I just wanted to post an updated review. My husband dropped off our toy poodle this afternoon. She looks so beautiful. We realize she was matted, just need to get that slicker brush and keep up with her hair cuts. Thank you to Scott and his team of groomers. Phoebe smells so nice in time for Christmas! Happy Holidays! I highly recommend Show Dogs Grooming.

Beware under new ownership and its horrible left my dog with cuts on her throat.Been taking my Golden doodle there since she was born with a standing appointment every 6 to 7 weeks. My dog loved the women working there and always looked great when i picked her up till her last appointment. When we dropped her off we noticed that the whole staff was new and found out that it was under new ownership. They asked us how much we typically paid and how we wanted her hair cut. They proceeded to tell us that some of the staff was still in training and some have some experience which should of been a sign but we try to give people a chance so we let them groom her. When we picked her up hours later she did not look like she normally does with some hair longer in spots and uneven. When we went to pay the young girls tried to charge my wife more then they told us and since it was cash only my wife refused to pay the extra. Once we got home and removed the bandana we found that she had a large cut to her neck with dry blood in her hair and they hid it from us. When my wife called they wouldn't answer the phone probably because of caller ID they already knew what it was about. She finally got ahold of them during the week and she actually heard the girls explaining to the owner what happened to our dog which verified that they absolutely knew they messed our dog up. The owner spoke to my wife and offered a free grooming by his wife who has alot of experience but at this point we will never step foot in that place again. My advise to everyone stay away and use another groomer who knows what they are doing.

Run!!!! This is not the same Show Dog Grooming. Scott ran his buisness so nicely. This new lady Barbara is a terror. I been going here for 6 years since my pup was just 5 months old. I used to love bringing him here and supporting a small buisness. The new owner was frazzled, rude and disrespectful. She was throwing tantrums at her staff for not booking appointments correctly, throwing pens! It disgusting that this buisness was taken over by this lady. They had my dog for 6 hours for a simple groom and didnt even clip his nails. I called 3x to check on my pup. The 3rd time i called they asked, who? We don't have your dog. I will NEVER bring him here again.

I’ve been going here for about 7 years but they got new owners recently. I took my dogs there yesterday and was extremely disappointed! My one dog was not fully groomed and although he is a complicated one, he has never left show dog not fully groomed. They did a terrible job on him. This one lady Barbara already had an attitude when I picked them up. She yelled at me, was super unprofessional and nasty! I think they will lose a lot of customers because of Barbara and I am one of them. Glad I found one of the original groomers who is still willing to take my complicated dog and who I know will get the job done!

One of the worse places that I have been to. I have a golden retriever, so first she brings me out the wrong dog. She brings me a female golden retriever…My dog is a boy. After that I finally get MY dog, and my dogs haircut looked completely patchy. Some spots were long and some were short. I asked for a refund and she said theirs nothing she can do. I am furious! Please save yourself the trip.

I love this groomer for my dog. I have 105lb yellow Lab n it's a big job to clean her. I've been completely satisfied every visit. The owners are so nice n make u feel that your dog is in good hands, which she is. I highly recommend them!

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Ever since they changed staff it has been terrible! The new owner, Barbra, is very rude. We took our dog there and she had a bad experience, we then decided to take her somewhere else. Barbara then proceeds to call my personal number and left me a rude message, because I decided not to come back. I would NOT RECOMMEND this groomer to anyone.

I brought my Australian Shepherd here for his first ever grooming and I was VERY impressed with the whole experience and the finished product. Scott and staff are great and very welcoming. My dog, Tully, looked fantastic. I’ll never go anywhere else! We’ll be back very soon.

Scott is amazing and so is his team of wonderful ladies! I called yesterday and got my 85 lb. husky taken in on less than 24 hour notice, which was so awesome of him to do!! let me just say my dog smells awesome and all that SHEDDING HAIR is GONE! he knew exactly how to take care of my fur baby and you can tell this man loves what he does and takes so much pride in his work. This guy is honest and down to earth, and puts your animal first. I am a picky parent and I could not be happier with the services provided!My beautiful boy's fur is practically GLOWING. Like my dog seriously looks like a show dog just like the name says! I can't get over how handsome he is! Thank you so much guys!

If I could give 0 Stars I would. The owners are disrespectful and care more for themselves rather than their staff and customers. They recently purchased Show Dog Grooming in Pennsauken NJ. This establishment was one of a kind with top of the line groomers who took extreme pride in their work and cared dearly for your Fur babies. Unfortunately they did not agree with the way Show Dog successfully operated which led to all groomers to step down. Please be patient as the former staff will be putting out where their new salon will be located.

I was so happy when I called and Scott and his tribe were happy to have us come right in...even as a brand new client. Everyone was hard, at work, and they got recognition for it, which is nice to see, as well! They took great care of our Autumn and my daughter, who would've been plenty happy to stay there the day!! Company is extremely horrible she left my dogs coat uneven and tangled. Business is left under new owners and the place is a disaster. No great customer service whatsoever. Shouldn’t even be allowed to take in customers anymore. Barbara was seen abusing dogs not only 1 but 3. Never again will I support this business or even dare to give shoutouts to family and friends.

NEW OWNER !!! BEWAREBeen going to Showdog for 5 years with my Shihpoo with my average grooming time taking about 90 minutes to 2 hours. As they were at one time, one of the best grooming services in the area.Had appointment on Thursday but upon arrival they said they couldn’t do it because they had no business license. ??? New ownersThank you for the No-Call or text.! Would have saved me a twenty minute drive.Called me on Friday and said they could do it on Saturday at 1:30.Upon dropping her off they said it would be 3 hours I was a little suspect but I was there already and I wanted to give new businesses a try. Big mistake.I went back after 3 hours and they informed me that it would be 45 minutes more. Said she was being washed and would need to be dried. I assumed that they were just rinsing her. NOT ! Said they would call me when finished.After not getting a call after 45 minutes I drove back again and upon arrival I come to find them JUST starting to groom her. !!!It doesn’t take 5 hours or more to groom a small dog !I grabbed my dog and left. I do not recommend even though they didn’t charge me as they recognized there was a serious problem.Good luck with your new business Showdog owners.!!

Best place to take your dog for grooming. Prices are affordable. The owner is so nice and treats you like family. He is knowledgeable about what your pet needs and recommends the best products for your pet. My English bulldog smells so good. This is where I will be taking my dog from now on.

Best grooming experience one could give their pet. I took my 4 chihuahuas and they were all done in two hours. nails were perfectly groomed. The place is nice and tidy, and the staff is very friendly! Don’t look further, they’ll get the job done.
