I've sold my daughter's clothing at this location twice. The first time, I sold some items in good condition and received just $1 for each item, which felt like a low offer. Despite that, I decided to give it another try. This time, I brought many clothing items in great condition with no stains and minimal wear, some of which were nice outfit sets/pretty dresses. However, they only offered $24 for 20 items, valuing some outfit sets at just about $1 each. For example, they gave me about $1 each for the red two piece set in the phone and the dresses that are circle which were brand new and never washes. What's even more frustrating is that some of these outfits were in the same condition as when I bought them new at boutique stores, yet they claimed there was wash wear. For example, the two dresses I circled in the picture and the red two piece set in the other picture. The dresses were New without Tag. The red two piece set was in excellent condition. I couldn't believe i got about $1 each for them. Additionally, they didn't accept one of the dresses, which was brand new and hadn't been washed. For example: the pink dress in the picture that is not circled. They said it had wash wear, leaving me speechless. Not only did they lowball my items, but they also seemed unreasonable. I won't be returning to sell anything here again.

My sister took a bag of clothes for me here yesterday they are SO rude!!! They will lie to you and tell you to “wash the clothes and bring them back” when they were just washed and not stained. They were also rude to my mom as well. Rude, liars, and overpriced store we will NEVER return here. I’m sure I’ll get an excuse response from the store like the other reviews. Do better. If you want to take clothes here read the reviews first!

I love going here you can get 10 baby onesies for only $10. Now anywhere else I’ve been could never beats this place it’s cheap, organized, friendly workers I LOVE IT! If you are looking for good deals because children are not cheap here’s the place to go seriously!

I’ve shopped here occasionally to get some things for my kids. Prices are not great. They want close to retail a lot of their items. I had a ton of clothes that I decided I would try to sell to them. Everything had been washed and was laid flat in a box or bin as their website states. When I got there I was told the limit was 2 bags because it was Black Friday. Not sure why that mattered when the store was dead. After waiting over an hour for them to go through my stuff they said they were only taking 28 items out of the hundreds I had brought in. They stated everything was covered in cat hair which was completely false since it was boxed up right after I washed it. Their other reason for not taking more items was that I had items from too many brands and they like to organize the store by brand. Sounds to me like they were just too lazy to go through everything. I’ll just go back to giving my things to people in need.

I've been a customer for a few years and have enjoyed being a customer this is my third time selling clothes to them. This last experience gave me a bad taste in my mouth. The whole process was a headache I dropped the clothes off and they told me it was a 2 hr wait i dropped my bags off around 10:38. I killed time for over 2 hrs getting back around 1:03 because I had things to do that day and as it became closer to the time of me having to be there I went back and my things still hadn't been checked. In the midst of me tending to prior obligations I received a text that my order was ready to be picked up.There was one text notifying me that my order was ready, no text following. I because extremely busy and was unable to reach out to them but when I called the next morning they notified me that the money as well as the clothing were donated. 😕😳 I can understand the clothing being donated, AFTER receiving a courtesy text (which I never received) but my money as well? They were "Unable" to give me information like how long they held my belongings before donating or how much money it was that was donated.

Horrible service. Long wait times. Customer service is extremely disorganized and very inconsiderate of customers. They made me wait 4 hours to pick up my clothes and when I picked up for my “offer” they declined nearly everything because the workers were too lazy to take them out of the shein bags they were organized in. Not only did they waste my time but they didn’t have the courtesy to ask me to remove from the bags when I initially dropped them off.I always use once upon a child, however, I will not be returning to this specific location. Do not recommend.Updated response:That is a lie. Your staff did not inform me that they would not be taking the clothes. In fact, all of the clothes were in the bags when I dropped them off and they gladly took them off my hands. They went through probably three bags and gave me an offer for three bags of clothes but decided they were too lazy to continue to opening bags which contained multiple outfits in it and was the best way to organize and keep pieces together so you can see what was a 2- or 3-piece outfit. I again do not recommend this location to anyone. Not only are you refusing to take accountability, but you also just straight up lied about informing me when I dropped off my box. If your management had informed me that you would not be taking the clothes because they were in bags, why would I have left my clothes there for four hours awaiting an offer? What benefit would that have done for me to leave you clothes I knew you weren't going to take? I surely would have removed them from the bags which would have taken me all of five minutes instead of waiting for four hours to be told you don't have time to remove from the shein bags they were all in. This lie alone is indicative of the kind of business you all are running.

I typically love OUAC and shop A LOT. I decided to go in to sell a whole bunch of stuff. A brand new car seat which was still in the box and unopened, an activity set also brand new in the box and unopened, two big bags of clothes and shoes, a bouncer, and a few other things. They offered me 77$ for everything they wanted and I politely declined. Once I got everything home I saw they had opened up the car seat box and it had a “hold” tag on it with someone’s name and information on it. Meaning they were advertising an item that wasn’t even theirs yet as I had not accepted nor rejected their offer at the time. So now I have an opened car seat that I cannot do anything with because nowhere will take it now, all of the clothes that they didn’t want were just thrown in the bag while the ones they wanted were nicely put in the bag. Highly disappointed and will not be spending any more money here.

I can honestly say I did get what I came into get some premi clothes an a crib because I'm having a emergency c section this weekend.When I walked in all the workers was at the front working an sorting clothes, but Noone greeted anyone when someone walked threw the doors. So yes it didn't feel family friendly or welcoming 🙃 but I can say the prices are good. An the one young lady was such an awesome associate...ringing me up she made sure I got the right discounts an help me put the crib in my truck Amazing young lady Very nice!. Overall good experience. The staff just need to look up from working once an a while to greet customers other than that. Great location for everything you need. Prices are exceptional 👌

It is very clean and organized. Friendly staff. Great prices. I bought 4 outfits for my 4 kids that cost me $30 for 4 tops and 4 bottoms. And $40 something dollars on another occasion for a bag of puzzles, Legos, play food, toddler toy with hammer.

Nice store with great prices on baby & kid’s clothes. They have all kinds of baby gear at unbeatable prices. Strollers, swings, bouncers, bassinets, toys and more that mostly look brand new. The employees are nice, only downside is the store is very tight so if you’re bringing in a stroller or carseat it can be a little challenging. Also if you see something cute for your little one, grab it while you can because I guarantee it will not be there the next time you go, but that’s just the nature of the store. All in all, it’s a great store to buy very affordable clothes for children who are sure to outgrow clothes quickly 😊

I found the place while lost in NJ, I had a gently used stroller in my truck. The appraisal was %50 off retail minus what the shop would sell it for, also fair, then I saw it went to a household that could not afford a brand new dual running style stroller otherwise,. They play it forward for you, a good experience all around.

Customer service is ah ok I guess. They be stealing. I took in clothes brand new sneakers in a box. They returned the box kept the shoes. They kept all the clothes with tags & barely paid me anything. The used clothes they said had stains. That’s a joke because look at me all of my son stuff is basically new anything with stains I throw out. They be lying, stealing. Don’t sell your clothes here.

So, we love the selection of clothes here. They are always nice and clean still and really only select like new clothing. The only problem we have is with the staff as the ladies upfront are often annoyed that you are asking things of them, they have little knowledge of the rewards programs, and/or discounts. I actually asked for my veterans discount (as I know there is one and it’s on my account) and the one counter person said, “we only give it to certain people”. No, that’s not how that works! This place would be a five star rating if it weren’t for the counter people because it truly is a good second hand store. We shop here all the time as we have 5 kids under 7. We spend about $400-$700 yearly here on different seasons wardrobes for our many kids and they are always stylish and well dressed and look very good!

I usually go to the Howell location, but my friend told me this one is so much better so I took the over an hour drive. Once there we told them we have a pack and play, mattress and other baby items along with a small bag of clothes. The woman behind the counter said to go get the items and bring them inside. While my mom went to get the stuff out of the car I was in the process of checking myself in. One lady said to me “ before you check in just know there is a 6 hour wait and you have to be back before we close” so we couldn’t sell our little bit of items we had. The staff is 100% unfriendly. ( most of them)Just really unhappy

I’ve sold at this location in the past and it has been ok. Staff are not friendly and you don’t feel welcome. I recently took 1 tote of ALL KIDS clothes and got a lowball $16 and the rejected clothes returned thrown in the tote. The rejected clothes had reasons like faded, some adult clothes were in the bin, stains, etc. I was annoyed, but did not want to make a scene. There were NO ADULT clothes in the bin and didn’t agree with what she had to say. I will not be coming back to this location. I’d rather sell elsewhere or give to the needy. You should have adults, preferably Mothers, sorting the clothes, not young kids who really don’t know what they’re looking at.

You can find new and gently used clothing. Im never disappointed when i come here to buy theirs always variety unlike the other store in Deptford. Selling can sometimes be worth it, sometimes they will def piss you of bc you have something new but bc it looks too "ethnic" or "urban" they won't take it.Thank you for hiring more black people in there.

This location has very friendly staff. But the pay for items they buy from you is ridiculous came in with a 189 dollar stroller and a new baby swing 169 dollar value got 54 for both. I will never sell to them again. They should be ashamed what they offer and than you gonna sell it for 89 and give me 25. Don’t sell to them ever!!!!!. I felt so cheated

I went in looking for a high chair and found a brand new onefor $30 bucks as well as a fairly good looking winter coat for my daughter for $25 bucks. I almost spent 50 for one at Old Navy. Definitely worth a look through!

Reasonable prices on clothing and some toys but the shoe department was overpriced (a pair of jordans which were visibly used with markings) was not worth the asking price. The aisles are a bit tight even with a smaller stroller my toddler was easily grabbing things off the rack and shelves. This location does put cute character outfits on end caps where they can be seen, so you don't have to dig around for them. They do have some good finds. Most items are clean and smell good. They have some new items as well.

I came hear a few times great clothes but I recently took 2 bags of things witch I went threw folded nicely washed no stains or anything an they gave me it back saying stains all that clothes was in good shape insanely they gave it back saying it wasn’t some of the things even had tags crazy there’s no number to speak with store manager

Always disappointed when I come to this one. Prices seem high and selections are always low. I have never seen a full rack here. While shopping the associates wouldn't let a very pregnant women use the restroom. For that alone I give this place 1 star.

Worst experience ever and a waste of time I drove all the way from Philly to this location with a huge tote bag full of clothes only for them to return 75% back to me all they did was buy 20 items for $23 and some change. Mind you my clothes looked waaaaay better than what they had on the floor 😳😳 I couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t accept my clean, stain free, barely worn clothes. Believe me if you’re trying to sell, sell somewhere else!!!By the way, they want you to fold everything nicely, but return it to you like a mess everything‘s just thrown in the bag. I will never be back at this location

It's very crowded and busy so I suggest not bringing the kiddos unless they need to try things on. I'm not sure if you can do that there or not. We'll at least don't bring a stroller if you can help it. Tons of clothes, good condition, very very affordable, really nice shoes and great deals on baby bouncers, swings, etc. I think I saw bikes out front also. I went to buy some bigger size basics for my grandson (12 months) and left with a pair of Air Force 1s, 2 outfits (shirt and pants), an extra pair of sweats and 3 long sleeve shirts for 42.00! I would have bought more but like I said, it's small in there (aisles) and I had him in a stroller. I'll be back!!!

I waited an hour and. A half for them to give me 11 dollars they asked for the clothes to be clean and folded but had the nerve to throw stuff right in the bag when giving it back. She said I had stains on clothes that weren't even there. You girls need glasses or people that understand how hard it is to spend money on anything period. I bought some things from there that they didn't take back even took a 10 Nike outfit back when it was a few pieces you guys took from me for 11 bucks now how is anything saving. You give people less money and charge more in store for stuff. Rather sell it myself. No comment please cause no matter if you apologize or not not going to change a thing just won't receive my business anymore

Very good business, but some of the staff needs an attitude adjustment and a training course on how to conduct themselves professionally. They made my wife wait 1-1/2 hrs to determine what they were going to purchase. When we returned, they still haven't begun with her items. 3 employees were behind the counter doing nothing. Someone could have been checked the items.
