Horrible Place! Do not trust the groomers. I left detailed information for her and totally ignored them. Then My dog was injured during grooming and had to see a vet for his injuries. Luckily there was a vet inside Pet Smart who saw him right away and was able to stop the bleeding and administer an antibiotic shot.

We recently bought a 10 gallon fish tank (the top fine all included kit) and some fish! When we originally went we had some young man help us and he was very realistic with us, honest,, and he was awesome gave us some great advice and information. I forget his name but he explained how we set up our tank rinse all the accessories and use the water conditioner and bring a sample of our water back in 2 days and then we can pick out fish. We did that. I did some research on the fish we wanted and how many fish we can get in our tank. We went back (family of 4) everyone wanted to pick out a fish so we wanted 4 fish. Which I read was not too many fish at all. We got some younger girl there and mind you I have a toddler so he is a bit rambunctious but he's excited about the fish. She seemed overwhelmed and annoyed with us and with all the questions I had. She also said I shouldn't get more than 2 fish and if I got 3 I was pushing it. So I disregarded her and bought 4 fish....four DIFFERENT FISH not the same type at all. They were community fish. I asked about food she didn't know, I asked about cleaning the tank she didnt know, she had no answers to any of my questions except told me that I need to put the bag of fish in the tank after 10 mins of sitting, anways fast forward unfortunately one died right away, another died a week later so now we had two fish and I had no idea how to clean this tank or what vacuum to get so I go back to petsmart yesterday and this woman named MARIA was there. She was SO FREAKING HELPFUL!!! She also told me how the current fish I have are school fish and they prefer to be together She said I can get four danios and four tetras and my tank would be fine She said they died probably bc of the new tank that's all not because of not enough space or anything I did wrong maria also told me to let the bag sit for a half hour not ten minutes. She helped me pick out a vacuum and explained everything to me I cannot tell you how wonderful she was. So we got two more danios and one tetra. We got home I let the bag sit and once I released the fish into my tank the two fish I already had were so DANG HAPPY!!!!! They were playing with their new friends swimming like crazy chasing each other and idk I could just see how stoked my fish were. All I can say is MARIA at PetSmart is AWESOME and if you need help with the fish ask her!!! Thank you Maria!!!

I love this PetSmart! Throughout the Covid pandemic it was so hard to find my cat her favorite food but PetSmart at this location continued to stay stocked up. As a shopper I really appreciate this, our pets are a big part of our families and we always want to keep them comfortable with their food and toys. PetSmart will continue to be my favorite pet place to shop!

My dog shadow came in get get groomed he looked great I think they did a fantastic job and the prices aren’t to bad also and staff there are so nice! I would definitely bring him there again! I would definitely highly recommend this place!!

I live closer to the Petsmart in Marlton, but I take the extra time to drive to the Petsmart in Manahawkin NJ. The Petsmart in Marlton is not as clean and the staff is not as helpful or friendly .

It's unfortunate that most of the fish are kept in less than ideal situations and set future pet owners up for failure. We were told room temperature water was fine for our Betta fish, thankfully, we do our own research before blindly listening to what we are told. I wish I had read more before buying the fish, though, because when we got him home and I did do reading, I realized he had fin rot, and that the cups they are kept in are 68° at best when Betta fish are tropical fish and need 75-80° water, with an ideal of 78-80° to thrive. Any colder, it shuts down their immune system and makes them susceptible to diseases. Which for us, was what seemed to be the case. We got his tank ready, 79° with an ideal pH of 7, and nitrite and ammonia at 0 as needed, and we acclimated him slowly so we didn't shock him, but his fins didn't look good, and we were reading the best way to help him, but he started to struggle and swim upside down which is a sign of swim bladder disease. We tried what we could but it didn't seem to matter. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because they honor their return policy. But we had to deal with a very heartbroken kid. I thought about getting another one but the more I read, the more I realized that with how they are kept, we'd likely run into the same problems. Being kept in these small and cold cups, it's making them get sick and then you purchase sick fish. I took a look at the Bettas now that I have read more on what to look for, and I think maybe two seemed healthy, and the rest looked sick, a few even seemed dead. It's so sad and honestly they shouldn't sell fish if they can't keep them how they need to be kept, it's unfair to the fish and the people who buy them.

I come and get crickets for my scorpion. The cashier could greet you better. Stopped going to petsmart because they kicked my dog out (Maltese) said he barked too much and told me if I could bring him at 7 am he wasn't allowed back. I always feel some way when I come here but it's OK I guess.

Always good choices of cat food, etc. My visit was unplanned, was just in area, I had several cans of cat food, no bag, so I grabbed a couple of the pet waste bags to put my cans in and was able by the cashier that I couldn't use the bags and she took them back from me. They are for customer use right? They are worth like .01 cents... better customer service would be.. use them this time but be sure to bring bags next time. But witch took back her 2 cents in bags and didn't even offer a box to put my big purchase in.

I have been taking my puppy Sophie to Joanne the dog trainer at this location and can't say enough AMAZING things about her training and knowledge. Sophie is 10 months old and we are on our way to the Advanced level in March. We both have learned so much in such a short span of time! She is patient, kind and really gets to know the dogs and their owners.

Been to this location 3 times and 2 of were just so bad. Groomers gave such bad attitude because my dog moved so much. She is a puppy! I thought they were the professionals. I couldn’t tell if they trimmed her hair so I asked to redo it which they were not happy about.. plus told me to get cash to tip them if I didn’t have cash. Extremely rude! Today, they couldn’t clip my dog’s nails because she kept moving. I thought they were the professionals! I feel like they gave up too easily. Because they had all this other dogs crying in the back .. I understand the day felt overwhelmed, but I waited 30 minutes to hear this. Unprofessional! No apology or sincerity was offered.. and it was the same woman who gave me attitude the first time give my dog back today it’s clipped nails!

Don't forget to stop by the discount racks for bargains. I always find close to expired expensive cat food marked down here. It's a good affordable way to try new food on picky kitties. They have live aquarium plants too that get discounted due to a few yellow leaves.

Animals and cages were well taken care of no dead or sick animals that's why I gave 4 stars..but no one asked if I needed help or if i was being helped I stood in front of the bird cages for 10 minutes to ask a question about a canary no one showed up I don't know if the workers were... shy... poorly trained or just over worked that's why they lost a star...

I bring two dogs in about every 4-5 weeks for a pawdicure. My older 75 pound dog gets extremely stressed and won't even walk into the store anytime she thinks she is getting her nails trimmed. All of the groomers are always so patient, polite, and helpful. Their nails are cut with ease even though it takes two employees to contain the older one. Great experience every time. A++++ 10 starts.

Cuteness overload !!!!!This place is not for the weak,, but, if you have to go, don't wander!!.Don't look in the cages with the adorable balls of fluff, or at the beautiful Tweety birds, and no matter what, avoid the kittens at all costs!!!!Take advantage of the great prices and friendly staff, but if you love the cute and fluffy.... Better bring backup.🐈🐕🐹

Love the Banfield Office here. Everyone on staff is very friendly and helpful. Couldn't be happier with the service and care. They reach out multiple times to ensure everything is ok after every procedure or visit. Great way to treat customers.

To the petsmart general manager. The young woman, slim with long hair groomer traumatized my 5 month old puppy. I’ve brought my puppy to petsmart since he was 9 weeks to get his nails cut and filed. Never had any problems. Until this rude and heartless woman touched my dog. I SAW YOU through the glass, my dog was CRYING and YOU kept on going!!!!!! Then with the worse attitude, YOU called me in and raised your voice at me “YOUR DOG ISN’T NICE, HE’S NOT A NICE DOG!!” After YOU HURT HIM!!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME ON YOU!!!! My dog left the store trembling and with his tail between his legs. YOU said “YOUR DOG SCRATCHED ME! Look at my arms??!” YOU YELLED AT ME! You showed me your arms pointing and yelling that my 5 month old 20 pound puppy scratched you. HOWEVER YOU HAD NO SCRATCHES! Shame on you!!I called The grooming shop in forked River. I explained that my dog had been traumatized by this evil person. I explained to them that my now 6 month old puppy needed his nails cut and filed, but he’s so afraid of anyone touching his paws. I’ve tried at home for days, he wouldn’t let me trim his nails. The nice lady from the grooming shop said “bring him over, I’m sure we can help you. You can walk in, no appointment required.” Took him the next day. They took my dog inside for literally 5 minutes. He came back outside wagging his tail. The lady said “he’s a sweetheart.” I asked her “he didn’t cry?” “Not once, he’s good!” She responded.Never again petsmart!!

Clean and well stocked. Prices are HIGH compared to online. Always check and have them price match at the register, which they are pleasant about doing and don't have to have a manager verify. Most employees are friendly and helpful. Had a girl today more worried about her phone and getting off her register than helping customers (not just us).

Joan did an amazing job grooming our very loud yellow Lab. She is very knowledgeable and patient. Our 75lb puppy looked amazing when we picked her up. Her coat was so soft and shiny, her nails were trimmed perfectly too. I will definitely visit again soon.

Always has many options and carries almost every basic pet option available. Plenty of live animals to see including cats, fish, birds, lizards, and small rodents. Sometimes it can be a bit hard to find an employee to help you, and sometimes the registers are a bit backed up, but a great location overall and they care for their customers.Also has pet grooming and training classes.
