Dawn was very kind with helping me out with my cat. I needed her to come last minute as my cat was needing a groom asap. While she couldn’t come right away she stayed in contact with me to find a good day and time and showed up. She is kind and I felt comfortable having my cat getting groomed by her. Thank you Dawn!

I have been having Dawn come to my home every 6 weeks for about 6 years. I can't remember! Percy is 7. I tried other places which totally buzzed my ShihPoo without any concern for her appearance. Dawn is WONDERFUL and Percy will roll over and show Dawn her tummy which confirms to me that she treats my dog with such love and compassion. Dawn is also a fabulous groomer too! She cares deeply for animals and just recently attended a grooming show in PA which makes me realize how passionate and professional she is about her work.

My Cockapoo, Bear, absolutely hates to go and get groomed. He shakes in the car the whole ride to the groomers. I decided to try Dawn with C'Lassie Cuts Mobile Spa after reading her reviews and I liked that she was a local business.It was the best experience for Bear and for me as well! Dawn, who is just lovely, greeted Bear, who loved the attention, and just walked right into the Mobile Spa with her.The one on one time together was so beneficial. Bear came into the house so happy and proud. The grooming was great, but most of all Bear was extremely happy and calm. Dawn won his confidence and I can see Bear actually had a good time.So happy with the experience!! I have 3 dogs and Dawn will be grooming all of them.I highly recommend Dawn and her C'Lassie Cuts Mobile Spa!

Dawn has been grooming my dog for over 10 years and there has never been a problem. Rummy (my dog) is actually happy to see her when she comes- even though he hates getting baths. Her prices are reasonable and all-inclusive. A lot of groomers tell you one price and then every litte thing is an additional add on- Dawn doesn’t do that.If you want your pet to be groomed by someone that truly loves and cares for animals- then this is the service that you need to use. After 10 years, I only have great things to say about C’lassie Cuts!

Dawn was amazing with our 2 year old spoiled Winky that’s doesn’t like strangers or different environments. She hasn’t allowed anyone to cut her nails ever in 2 years Dawn did it in under an hour. Along with a bath and sensitive area cleaning. ;) Winky came out cleaned, clipped, squeezed happier then she’s ever been.. We will definitely use Dawn again. Thank you for the help with the Winkster

I inquired about grooming my dogs, and was pushed off saying they were too large.. that she doesn’t groom big dogs. Both my Golden Retriever and Chocolate Lab are smaller than average size. I happened to look at reviews and pictures before commenting and saw larger dogs before contacting them. When I asked if there was someone they referred folks with larger dogs to, I got another annoyed tone response that they didn’t know anyone that took large dogs. Customer service and word of mouth is big in small business. You should make known on your website that you only do small animals if you have no interest in larger ones.

I had an appointment for 6pm. It was 6:15 and she wasnt at my house . i called and she told me she forgot and was napping. I told her my kitten squirms and she told me she prob cant do it. So much for having 15 years experiance. I wouldnt recommend going to her.
