Just bought a Ford Bronco Sport from Toms Ford. The whole experience was easy and stress free. Probably the best experience at a car dealership that I've ever had. My sister also bought her new car from here as well and had a great experience. Working with Marc was great, there was no pressure to buy and he helped me get out of my lease and return it. Would definitely recommend.

I will not recommend this dealership , they only want to sell you the vehicle, but they will not take pride of merchandise sold by them. The car is beautiful but has a mechanical issue already diagnosed by Mini of Manhattan at my own expense directed from the manager. If they want to make it right all the have to do is replace the timing chain which is only $378.00 part and they have good mechanic there. I regret doing a review so early , I notice the issue 2 days after the purchase and email the sales manager right away and they make me wait more than 15 days to respond on what to do. Right after the 14 days money back guarantee from Tom's. Every morning I have to deal with this issue. Anyway God bless!

Excellent experience with Tom’s Ford Mobile Service on Wednesday. Had my oil changed, tires rotated and fluids topped off right in my driveway. Technician, Aaron, let me know when he was nearby, was professional, courteous and efficient. Thanks again Tom’s Ford family for excellent care.

I called Tom's ford in Keyport for service. I have a 2019 transit with a coolant leak, they said bring it in Monday 8am, so I did. The same day my truck was taken into the service center and inspected. They found the water pump was leaking, they called me to tell me it was under warranty and covered at no charge, they then ordered and replaced it the following day. They tested the pump for further leaks, no leak was visible, all done in 2 days. Now that is great service 👏 way to go Tom's Ford.) 5 🌟 star service.I am very impressed with your service center. Sandy was a pleasure to work with.

Tom’s Ford contacted me to let me know the part for a recall was in and they would like to come to my house to replace. They offer mobile service which is super convenient. I let them know to call or text me when arriving(I have an excitable dog recovering from TTA surgery). Ryan called me when he was on his way, when he arrived and when service was completed. He was on time and very polite. I would definitely recommend him and Tom’s Ford for service. I also leased my car from Rod. He made the experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely visit Tom’s Ford if you are in the market for a vehicle or if you need service.

I recently purchased a vehicle through salesman Rod Anderson. Rod is extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly cares about each of his customers. My vehicle needed to be ordered and Rod kept me updated constantly about the status. When Rod delivered the vehicle, he took his time going over all of the features. Rod also took the time to highlight, and "dog ear" pages in the owners manual that were of particular importance. After buying several vehicles over the years, I have not seen a salesperson do this. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Rod, and both experiences have been fantastic. Additionally, I found all of the staff that I encountered to be friendly and professional. This includes Charlie the Sales Manager, Armaan the Finance Manager, Rob G. in the Parts Department, and the very kind women at the waiting area desk.
