Robert is consistently helpful with selections and always friendly. I stop in at the end of my runs and walks several times a week. The store is absolutely clean, tidy, and filled with good vibes. Robert goes out of his way to know his customers and Luis is awesome as well. The prices are competitive and the selection is super. I will continue to buy my soda, beer, and wine here. Stellar customer service! Just what you want in a local business.

We had the pleasure of working with Neptune Wine and Liquors for our wedding in September. When we first reached out, they were extremely helpful answering any questions we had and offering suggestions when asked. Their packages were very straightforward and customizable if you wanted to make changes. When making decisions as to our signature drinks, great recommendations were offered and they were upfront about how each drink may change our package costs. The night of our wedding, they arrived on time for setup and we did not have to worry about a thing. The bartender was quick, efficient and extremely friendly. He took the time to congratulate us and make sure we were happy with everything. At the end of the evening, they packaged up the extra bottles for us to take and we were able to return any unopened bottles so we did not pay for anything extra than what was consumed. We were extremely happy with the quality of the service we received, thank you for helping to make our wedding a night to remember!

Decent selection of liquor and wine. Beer is a different story. They carry the American classics, few crafts, and a limited number of imports. Prices are reasonable given the "on-island tax" (i.e., convenience). The staff is usually quite friendly.

Meridith was extremely professional, reliable and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Our guests were very pleased with the service throughout the entire night. I would 100% recommend Neptune Liquors for any wedding/events!
