Must not be interested in making money anymore. Keypad for cards is broken, emoyee was insistent that my cards were just declined. It was not my cards, but she was insistent, it was embarrassing, I don't carry around cards that don't work. She would not ring me up on another register. Then turns around and says, oh yeah the keypad might not work, we have new ones that aren't installed yet. So I asked what I should do and she shrugged, so I just left unable to make my purchase. I mean I don't expect much from a dollar store, but maybe at least put an out of service sign on the keypad or say cash only instead of making it the customer's fault.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just came out of there and the lady working was so rude and disgusting. I was the only person in the store and asked her which register I should go to the first or second she said uh no the first one with a nasty attitude then I waited like 5 minutes for her to finish what she was doing for her to ring me up. Then I asked for cash back and she said do you not see the sign and pointed repeatedly at the sign like i was stupid and I told her obviously I didn’t if I did I wouldn’t ask for cash back. An attitude for no reason because she had cash to give me back I only asked for $10 cash back. Never going back again. What a miserable lady.

I use to enjoy going to shop here. After Amanda left, it's just not the same. I have had to wait at the cash register while the manager or assistance manager smoke a cigarette and/or finish their conversation on the cell phone outside. They're not as nice as they should. Now I just prefer to go elsewhere for better customer service. 😞

Best customer service and staff of any store on the face of the planet. Not only is the staff at this store beyond friendly and helpful, but they go the extra mile to make regular customers feel like they're "part of the family", pun totally intended. They always remembers exactly what I come in to purchase and often have it waiting for me at the counter, you truly can't ask for better service than that.

This store is good with products, I've walked in there a couple weeks ago, they even had the 19 ounce can of lysol for $5.85. I didn't get lucky today but they had others.

I came to Family Dollar to get hand sanitizer and Lysol and as usual they did not have it everywhere you go to Family Dollar they do not have hand sanitizer or Lysol
