Happy Pet Tails Groomers and Mike are great! They are family owned and operated, care about your pets, reasonable pricing and do a wonderful job. They let us bring our dog in early on Mondays when they’re normally closed to shorten the grooming time which can be quite lengthy due to the volume of business they accommodate. They have five tables and all the dogs come out beautiful and ready to take first place in show! We love Happy Pet Tails and so do our dogs who don’t want to leave sometimes, even after being there for hours! They really love the dogs. 👍👍😊

Ginger had an amazing grooming experience at Happy Pet Tails! From the warm welcome to the expert care, everything was top-notch. The groomer listens to my requests, and Ginger looked fabulous afterward. I wouldn't trust anyone else with her grooming needs. If you have a dog/cat and live in the North Jersey area I HIGHLY recommend!

We’ve had a great experience with Happy Pet Tails! Chase can get a little intense when the scissors come out, but the experts at Happy Pet Tails did a great job at grooming him while making Chase feel comfortable. We’re so happy with their service and will continue returning for all of Chase’s grooming needs! :) I highly recommend!!!

do not have any doubts booking an appointment here for your furry friend. I took my mini goldendoodle here for the first time. the transition from before (left) to after (right) made me speechless. the groomer did a great job with taking out any mats he had without shaving him down to the skin. new and improved look for my baby boy Luan.

Long story short, I took in an aggressive dog who hates being carried, his legs touched, and hates bath time. So bad to the point that he got matted.I took him to the groomers that his previous owner took him to and they did such an awesome job with him. I don’t know how they managed to do it lol, but when I picked him up he was soo happy and not distressed at all. I was even surprised that he allowed them to carry him.The location is easy to find, although parking may be a bit tough.It is a clean establishment and everyone looks so nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this establishment for your pets!

I am beyond satisfied with this establishment’s service. I don’t have the luxury of grooming my pet due to my allergies and asthma so his hair tends to get out of hand. The past couple of times i’ve taken him to other groomers, he’s left with cuts because he isn’t the easiest to deal with. But after bringing him here, there is no way I am going to take him anywhere else. I will be bringing him here regularly from now on.Sandra was excellent, Thank you again!

I almost started crying on the way home today. Mike has to be one of the most generous, kind and loving groomers I’ve ever been to. Let me start by saying my dogs have major anxiety. They are both rescues and both extremely anxious. My previous groomer has been unresponsive and my one pup was getting extremely matted. I decided I had no choice but to try a new groomer. I called early this morning and he took her in IMMEDIATELY. I told him that I knew she would need to be cut short. He took his time and took incredible care of her. He apologized for the high price because of the time it took to take out the matted fur…. And it was still cheaper than the last place I went to…. I immediately booked my other dog for a grooming appointment. I have found our new groomer.You can tell he loves animals and he was patient with my anxious pup (I will say he kept her longer than I expected but I’m grateful he took his time with her and didn’t rush her in and out) and when I picked her up, I saw something I never thought I would…. Bella giving her groomer a bunch of kisses, I wish I could give him 10 stars.If your groomers can’t “handle” your dog, if your pups have anxiety, if your dog is a dog 😂 you should come here.

This place is amazing! I highly recommend any pet owner to check this place out. Staff is kind and friendly and extremely knowledgeable and will take care of your pet as if it was theirs. I honestly do not trust bringing my dog anywhere after coming to this place, if there was a 10 star button, I would have pressed it thank you Carlos and Jennifer!

Great grooming place, Mike was incredible. My dog is quite anxious and tends to bark at new people, well, not even a low growl at Mike!He came out looking great, groomer did exactly what we discussed and Blue looks fantastic. Amazing team! Our dog Wolfey is a very anxious boi, Belgium mallinous mix, and can be a troublesome dude at times. The Happy Pet tails always do such a great job with him, everyone who sees our dog say he’s very handsome and looks great, and Wolfey seems very pleased too! Every time after team’s grooming session - I don’t have to vacuum my house for a whole week! AFFORDABLE PRICING! I must admit, the team does an exceptional work for such a reasonable $$. I can't say enough good things about Happy Pet Tails! Melo , my beloved pit bull, is always treated with such care and kindness whenever we visit. I totally recommend this place. I wanted to book with them but unfortunately the day I wanted wasn’t available. Mike called me next day and I wasn’t able to take my puppy. Next morning after that, he called again to let me know someone cancelled and I was able to take her. This was shadows first time and when I picked her up she was super happy. She came out smelling and looking fabulous. Very professional, kind, attentive and super caring towards pets. Being that I have more dogs, me and my puppys experience was delightful compared to petsmart ☺️

I have never let anyone shower my boxer. He is now 11 years old. I have never let anyone take care of him other than the ones I trust.Today I took a chance and I just want to say, Thank You Mike. Thank-you for being careful with my senior dog. When I went back to pick him up, my fur baby seemed fine. Not stressed. I was the one that was definitely worried. It's the small things that can make a huge difference. As long as my furbaby is treated with TLC, I don't care how much the cost is. He is worth it.

Best place ever. Brought my puppy there for a cut and got Smokey back and he looked phenomenal. The care the staff had for my dog went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Great experience over all!Made an appointment the day before to bring in our girl. Greeted us right away and took her right in Mike and Michelle are extremely pleasant and were great with Ms. Scarlet.Mike gave us a call when she was all finished up.They did an outstanding job! Wash, cut, nails and teeth for 50.00. If you're not familiar with grooming prices that is VERY reasonable.We absolutely will be returning and I absolutely recommend Happy Pet Tails 😁👍🏼
