I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Learning Experience in Franklin Lakes. Both of my children have gone to this center and they loved it! My son was very well prepared for K and my daughter who is graduating in June has also been prepared wonderfully with the amazing curriculum. The teachers from the infants up through preschool have been wonderful, caring, and supportive teachers! I would recommend this center to anyone looking for a warm, safe and caring place for your children to learn and grow!

My daughter has been going to TLE since she was 1. She has had a wonderful experience and grown so much. The staff is very caring and nurturing. She loved all her teachers! They educate the whole child from handling their emotions to academics to Spanish. They have many different enrichment programs that rotate from yoga to music to art. They also of course have tons of time to play, build, and create with their fiends. She will be sad to leave when she graduates this year but well prepared to tackle kindergarten!

Our son started at TLE Franklin Lakes at 18 months old in the Toddler B room and has grown and developed immensely over the past 7 months. We could not have had a more positive experience. Our son loves "school" thanks to the wonderful care he receives from his teachers and the school's staff every day. You can tell that the teachers really love what they do. The facility and our son's classroom is always welcoming, clean, secure, and operating smoothly. I appreciate the ease of communication through the app and email. Thank you for making what could have been a difficult transition such a seamless one. We are so grateful!

We’ve been at TLE in Franklin Lakes for 6 years with both my sons. Wonderful curriculum and amazing teachers who really care about the children and their learning and development. My oldest son was very prepared to enter and excel in Kindergarten. Would highly recommend!

We have been sending our children to the TLE in Franklin Lakes for about 5 months now.𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 - We have been fortunate to have such great teachers who care for both of our children. (At pick up the teachers give you a brief update of how your child's day went) Additionally, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and they make you feel like family the moment you come in the door.𝐁𝐮𝐛𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐀𝐩𝐩 - The Bubbles App is very helpful to be in-the-know of what is going on with your child's day. You receive multiple pictures a day of your child (picture of them doing their crafts/work, pictures of them at circle time, pictures of them at the park) and you receive updates on their nap, if they ate their lunch, had a diaper change, etc.)𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥- They hosted an informative Back to School Night to go over curriculum and expectancies for that classroom--which I find that most daycares do not do.-They put on great events for holidays where you get the opportunity to meet other parents and see your child interact with their peers they see everyday.𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 - The center is so clean. It is evident they clean the toys every day as you see them drying the next morning. This has been great with my children not having so many illnesses.We are extremely happy with our decision in using TLE at Franklin Lakes!

Look no further!! TLE of Franklin Lakes has everything you want for your child and more. My son, Joseph, is coming up on a year of attending TLE. He has been in 3 classes all of which have remarkable staff. It feels like one big family. The transition of sending your child to school can be hard and emotional but right away I felt at ease knowing he was in good hands. The communication is wonderful , the Bubbles & Friends app makes it easy to keep up on information, receive pictures, and check in on your child throughout the day. In the last year my son has learned so much through the TLE curriculum, has made many friends and has become so much more social. He looks forward to going to school everyday. I cannot thank the staff enough for all they do. They really care and it shows.

My infant daughter and toddler son both attend TLE in Franklin Lakes. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and make each child feel special. We love all the teachers, especially in the infant room. It is hard to transition your baby to daycare, and it is so important for you to feel like you have nurturing care for them, and that is exactly the environment Miss Nydia creates in the infant room. There is constant communication and a very enriching curriculum for both my infant and toddler. So thankful for them!

We recently enrolled our 1-year old at The Learning Experience and we are so pleased with the level of care and progress our little girl has made since joining TLE. The facility is clean, new, and always offering fun activities for the little kids. The private playground in back is a wonderful amenity that alleviates any concern of the kids walking to a nearby park. The app used through the company is also very seamless and easy - we receive constant updates and pictures of our little girl throughout the day. This is a wonderful offering that enables such peace of mind that our girl is in good hands!

The staff truly care about you child well-being. The center is clean and well managed. The director is a sweetheart she knows every child name. The front desk staff always make you feel comfortable. I did a walk through at 5 centers this location is the best.

As a first-time mother with a small child, I am very particular about with whom and where I leave my baby when I am not present - there are few that I am willing to do this with! I cannot express what a relief and comfort it is to have TLE at Franklin Lakes to care for my child. The staff are exceptional in how they interact with, manage, care for, nurture, and teach small children. I have been impressed and blown away with the teachers in every class that my child has entered thus far. I have watched my child advance, grow and learn at an exceptional rate given the young age and contribute much of this to the school's doing.The ownership and management of this school is also exceptional. It is clear that Ms. Dilek and her team run things in an efficient and organized manner. Events, notices, requests and updates are communicated in a timely manner. Lunch menus and monthly curriculum updates are provided monthly. During the summer months, a lineup of fun and exciting events, special guests and opportunities are provided to the older classes.I strongly recommend this school to any parent who wants to find a safe, kind and structured space to care for and teach their little ones. This place and the staff have been a true blessing for my family. Big thank you to the TLE Franklin Lakes team!

We have been with TLE, Franklin Lakes for close to 2 years now. It's been a great pleasure sending our daughter here and could not have asked for anything better. It's a great facility, but most important factor is the staff and we have been extremely lucky to have one of the best at this facility. My daughter enjoys every moment of it and as parents our biggest concern is how is child is treated, and I must say that we have just been extremely satisfied. Coming to the learning aspect, they have one of the best programs which assist in continuous development of your child. We would highly recommend TLE, Franklin lakes.

The Learning Experience in Franklin Lakes has been absolutely amazing!We moved 3 months ago to Oakland, NJ and we were afraid to put our son in a new daycare. However we are so happy we did! He learns so much in his new daycare and absolutely loves his teachers and his classmates.Miss Dilek has been fantastic, she and her colleagues are always doing their best to help every parent en kid.Definitely recommending this daycare!

We've had the best experience at TLE! All of the staff members are incredible and know all of the kids names even if they don't work in their classroom. I've found that so impressive and helpful when we were transitioning from another daycare. They made our transition so smooth, the teachers are always available to talk about your child, the staff at the front desk know everything and everyone (Ronnie is seriously the BEST and the reason why we ended up at TLE), I cannot say enough great things. They also have some really fun activities for the kids - water day on Fridays in the summer, they've brought in a person to do a bubble show, petting zoo, you name it! My son absolutely LOVES going to school and the staff love their jobs! Ms. Jalyssa is such a kind and loving teacher who made my child feel so welcome when he moved to the class and all of the kids had been together for years. We feel so lucky to have found TLE and highly recommend them to everyone looking for childcare!

I could not be happier with our experience at TLE. My daughter (4 years old) learned so much more than I anticipated, she formed friendships that went beyond the classroom. The teachers really care and it shows (they always made her little sister feel welcome at pick up too) ! After her first week of Kindergarten, she asked to go back to visit. TLE feels like family.

We love TLE in Franklin lakes! Our kids have been there since 2018 and they have grown so much. My 5 year old who is going to kindergarten this year, can already read and write! The teachers are amazing and remain consistent. Every year they have the same teachers, there is not much turnover. Ms Dilek does an amazing job!

TLE Franklin Lakes is more than a school, the staff have become family. I searched for months trying to find the perfect school for my daughter. When I came across TLE I was blow away. The center is an extremely welcoming, clean and friendly environment. The facility owner Dilek is hands on and always on-site. We can’t say enough wonderful things about TLE Franklin Lakes. I recommend this facility to anyone who asks. Dilek is absolutely wonderful, along with every teacher my children (4YO and 18 months) have had and every staff member we’ve worked with. The space is super clean, the curriculum is amazing (I would consider what my daughter is doing advanced for pre-K 3), and everyone that works there is super warm and friendly. We started our youngest around 10 months and they were fabulous with the infant age. I was so nervous since we had always had a nanny, but he was perfectly scheduled, napping like a champ at TLE and at home, meeting milestones well in advance and so well cared for. We previously had my oldest at another preschool in the area and we have seen a complete change in her love of school since we have made the move to TLE. She comes home excited to talk about her day, she absolutely loves her teachers, she has learned so much in only a few months and she’s excited every morning at drop off. As a mom, it’s so hard to put your trust in caretakers, but I drop my kids off every morning knowing they are in the best, most capable hands. TLE truly loves our children and treats them as if they were their own and we are so grateful to have found them.

My daughter started at TLE Franklin Lakes when she was 9 months old. Since that time she has thrived and learned so much due to all of her teachers and especially the Director Ms Dilek who is hands on with everything! Trust me all TLEs are not the same but Ms Dilek and the teachers genuinely care about each and every child and the center is run with the children’s best interest first! All of the teachers we have had from Infant B to preschool have been phenomenal and my daughter has loved each and every one! This is the absolute best daycare in the area for learning, fun, cleanliness and safety!!!
