Constantina Dininno, sorry we did not notice your negative review earlier, and we apologize that you may have had a bad experience with us. I noticed you adopted your kitten three years ago. We have always had rescued kittens we would adopt out with an adoption fee. For the past several years we only take kittens directly from the shelter that we adopt out. All adoption fees go back to the shelter, and we donate the food, litter, and toys. We do not deal with kitten mills, and we do what we can to help the local communities. If the kitten you adopted was scared and not eating correctly he may have just come in and not gotten a chance to adjust yet. They also may have been freshly off the streets and very young where they were not used to actual kitten food. All kittens we have we handle and feed the highest quality foods to. Foods that we feed our own animals at home. If there was something severly wrong that you felt we should have been "fined" then I do wish you would have brought it up three years ago when you noticed something was wrong instead of waiting so long, but there is obviously nothing that can be done now. I assume your little guy is now an adult and flourishing, and i wish him well for many years to come.

what a disgusting store . It smells horrible and they have kittens in the back of the store that are malnourished. I got my cat form this store 3 years ago, the poor thing wasn't able to eat and was skinny and afraid.They need to be fined for selling animals and not taking good care of them

Just went in to get some dog food.. Gentleman inside was very nice and helpful...seemed to be knowledgeable about their products...thanks!
