The owner is very nice, but the groomer she hired isn’t very good and she sure doesn’t like animals. I caught her being mean to the other dogs when I went to pick up my dogs. A visit before that my dog returned with a limp, i took her to the vet, and they said she had a fractured leg. I couldn’t prove it was the groomer, but my vet said it was probably them. Pls don’t take your furry friends here. It’s truly not worth it.

I have taken my little dog here twice. I was able to sit and wait and watch the entire time he was being groomed through the window. The dogs all run around and play together in the day care part- it’s super cute. The owner is sweet and professional. The prices are decent. He was groomed by two different people and both time he came out looking great!

Before I sent my dog here, I let them know that he gets nervous when grooming and that it takes some time to get used to the groomers. When I first dropped him off, I felt assured that he would be fine because it seemed that way. However, when I picked him up, he was not acting like he normally does and the haircut was not great at all. My dog continued to act paranoid and scared for a whole week after the service and he acted timid all the time. The woman who cut his hair was Mercedes and I would never go back to this place again.AND he had cuts all over his body because they cut too much. I do not recommend anyone to go here!

As you relocate, you need to find many. Grocery stores, restaurants, cleaners, doctors... One of the most important thing I had to find is daytime dog sitting place for my beloved Max. One of my co-workers recommended Cookies & Friends and I owe her big. First of all, the place is very clean and they are different than the others. They don't keep the dogs at the cage. Max can play all day long instead of staying in the cage and wondering when I show up. Believe or not Max didn't want to come with me when I came to pick him up in few days. It hurts my feeling but it is good way to hurt my feeling(You know what I mean). The owner was super sweet, kind and friendly. She looks like she truly loves dogs. Max has been going to Cookies & Friends for a while, and I am very happy that Max goes to the place he loves. Cookies & Friends is well deserved to have 5 stars from me, and I can't thank enough how grateful I am. I recommend to anyone.

Our dog Darcy loves Cookie & Friends. She plays all day long vs being cooped up in a kennel. The owner is super sweet and accommodating. The place is always clean and fresh. Darcy also gets groomed there and her cuts are so stylish and beautiful. I receive so many compliments. Your dog would be very happy here too.

I always take my dog to Her groomer , but unfortunately there was no appointments available for this week. Since my dog needed a hair cut ASAP I read some reviews of this place that made me think that it was the best option for me.After I sent my dog to this place today I realized that I took the worst decision ever !!!!They cut my dog hair HORRIBLE !!!!!!They did not listen what I said to them !!!!I have a miniature schnauzer and she looks like a homeless dog now !!!They charged me $80.00 , literally this hair cut looks like I have cut her hair by myself.I’m so disappointed and sad because there is no more remedy to fix her hair more than time to wait for her hair and eyelashes to grow.I told them not to cut her eyebrows and they did.I had a photo shoot appointment for holiday and I will have to cancel it.I wish I can give zero starts!!!

I took my toy schnauzer here for a full grooming session with Sabrin. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Loved the cut for my Yogi! Plus the service was done in a reasonable time and wonderful price!

I had a flat tire and can’t pick up my dog Jasper before the store close. The owner was super kind to drop Jasper home and let me pay the daycare fee next time when we are in store. Super good service and always take a good care of my fur baby

This place is very clean and everything is open for the customers to see. I can watch my dog get groomed and be treated fairly and with care. You can look at all the dogs in day care through window and through security camera with a giant monitor in the front. I strongly recommend going to this place to check it out!

It is an open window shop. You can also watch your pet outside on the screen. I felt relief and safe that I can keep watch on my puppy. Also the hair cut was so adorable and people were so nice. I strongly recommand this place

0 stars. Do not take your dog here. Horrible grooming. Also cut my dog's ear. And my other dog had scabs inside her ears with dried blood. They leave the dogs wandering and don't seperate them. This place needs to be shut down.

Clean and friendly, good transparency because you can see the grooming activity straight through the window from the front. The lady who works there seems to love dogs genuinely!

My dog needed grooming as he wasn't Chrome for a very long time his hairs were Tangled a lot of the nodding was needed as soon as we took him then you want to do right away also the other places the dog would always get scared and I would be worried about the hygienic condition however cookie and Friends they set it up as if your puppy is at home and the staff are very friendly and they are always having fun with your dog I would take my dog back whenever he's ready to groom again but definitely must go place
