I just stopped by to get my puppy's black nails clipped. The groomers were absolutely awesome! Super nice and welcoming. She made quick work of his nails and I was in and out on less than 5 minutes, with no appointment! I will be going here to get his nails done every month. I was so impressed with Bark AvenuePet Salon! Definitely made my day so much easier. For grooming you must make an appointment, but walk-in clipping is super quick and easy! I will only bring my pup here! Prices are great as well!

We have been going to Bark Avenue Pet Salon for over three years. They have always done an amazing job. They work well with our handicapped poodle and adjust to her needs. We have had nothing but great experiences!!!!

The only good thing I can say is the price. My dog looked like a blind person tried cutting his hair it was terrible. All uneven everywhere.

Bark Ave South was amazing with my older diabetic cat who doesn't like to get shaved. Super professional, patient and willing to shave my long hair cat. I'm so thankful for them and highly recommend them! He turned out awesome!!!!

Great place! Needed a "got to have a as soon as possible" appointment for a long hair senior cat. 30 minutes later had a happy cat plus extras like clipped nails. Cat looks great and the extra care and effort really shows. Thank you!

These ladies are wonderful! They take such great care of my blind/deaf cocker spaniel I never worry when she’s there and she comes home looking great. They’re attentive and understanding of her special needs (I’m pretty sure they groom her on the floor because she’s anxious on the table!) so I know she’s being cared for during her grooming. I wouldn’t trust her with anyone else. Great prices, good communication, fantastic service! Thank you Bark Avenue!

It was a nice bunch of ladies with reasonable prices. Otis is a English Bulldog. His wrinkles on his face are hard to keep up with. That was the only thing I felt could have been better.....

I highly recommend this place!! I was taking my dog to get his nails clipped monthly at another place in the area and it was always a hassle. I have an anxious pittie and he's very dramatic about getting his nails clipped. I decided to try a new groomer and I am so happy I found Bark Avenue. No appointment was necessary, she handled my dog well, and his nails look great! Her technique of keeping him calm during was fantastic. I could not believe she was done so fast. We will be back again soon!

Today I had a very bad experience at Bark Avenue Pet Salon. It started off just fine... I dropped off my dog and she told me it would be about 2-2.5 hours. That's fine. After 1.5 hours I wanted to call just to check on her ( my dog almost died a few years ago and I have PTSD from the emergency vet care and everything that had happened to her in the past) and at first no one picked up. So I called again and someone would pick up just to hang up the phone. So I obviously called back and this went on 3 times when on the 3rd time the person yelled at me and reprimanded me as if I was a child and said "I told you 2-2.5 hours" in a very angry yelling voice and hung up on me. All I wanted Jess just a few seconds to check on my dog. She was incredibly unprofessional, mean, and nasty. No one deserves to be spoken to that way and then hung up on without even being able to get a word in. If she had enough time to pick up and hang up several times- she had enough time to take 3 seconds to tell me everything was going well. I am VERY upset with how I was treated. I do not recommend this salon. At first they appear nice until you need to call them....

Never in my life have I posted a review. After what I just went through I thought this place really deserved one. My dog hasn't lived with me due to divorce and living situation. He got sick hot spots caused a very bad infection in his neck. The vet put him on medicine but his neck needed to be shaved. I tried for 2 days and this dog is the most laid back dog ever. I could not get it shaved up and it was very important to the healing process. 3 days of stress and a lot of tears I called Bark Avenue. Explained my situation they said come over when I can. I took my pup rite over and withing minutes he was shaved up. The lady came out took the time to talk to me. I cannot express the relief that came over me and how greatfull I am to the ladies here that helped me and my dog today. ♥️🐕

My Pyrenees always looks amazing when I pick him up - they love him and he loves going. The ladies at the shop bring their dogs to work with them & they have rescued two cats that are salon cats - such a fun vibe at the shop. Reasonable and terrific at what they do!

They were able to squeeze my two pups in with one days notice. Although when I dropped off they seemed very busy, the place in general just seems a little disorganized and cluttered. I dropped off for just two baths, nail trim, and ear cleaning. Picked them up about an hour and a half later and they were brought out still damp, very anxious, and my dog had chewed through his leash (he’s done it before but only when he’s very stressed out). It was chaotic at pickup, a dog that was being blow dried fell off a table either onto my dog or near him. The girls all yelling. Just a frantic scene. I left with two heavily panting and anxious dogs, when they usually leave other groomers very happy and relaxed. I appreciate them squeezing us in, but I would have waited for a less busy time had I known how hectic it was. Dogs seemed clean enough, ears still need cleaning done to them, but I don’t think I’ll be back here again.

Kaycee and the girls did a great job with my dog Apollo. Apollo is a 89lb rott/lab mix that has been traumatized at other groomers. This is the first time i have ever picked him up from a groomers and he has been calm on the ride home and then laid down when we got home. Zero stress on my loved one. Highly recommend taking your loved ones here.

The staff at Back Ave are great! They calm my very nervous dog and cut his nails despite his being terrified. He feels comfortable with them! Definitely check these great girls out!

I always have a great experience with Bark Avenue. My Persian Fluff is always beautifully groomed. Also the staff is so friendly with their clients and will treat your beloved fur babies with much TLC! If you want your Dog or Cat treated by exceptional Pet groomers, then Bark Avenue is the place for you!

I’m Just sad because the blonde girl in the back was really rude to me an said a snarky remark an mad me feel awful :( at my appointment they turned my dog away bc she was apparently “too matted “ brought her down the street to a new groomer an she was brushed out washed an blow dried in 2 hours she looked amazing an soft again not shaved at all !! bark Avenu said they would of had to shave her bald ??? honestly I just think she just didn’t wnana put the effort in to brush her fur out bc she wasn’t even that bad.. I get her groomed every 3-4 months.. Very happy I didn’t end up having her shaved bc my new groomer did an amazing job an didn’t shave her belly or her butt, been going to bark avne for years an even planned on Buying gift cards for my family for Christmas this year.. Won’t be back :(
