I used to love this place, never had problems, that's why I used to travel almost 45 minutes just to get my meat from here, until this week, I bought some ribs, that I know its a fatty cut, and discover what they sold me. Blocks of fat,the cut was ridiculous... I realized that too late the day that I bought it home. Two days after, I went there and didn't pretend a refund, but at least a solution meant to cut the ribs smaller, but the owner, a young woman, said that was nothing to do since I bought it two days ago. Owners and managers, get some training on customers' services, see how to help the people who buy your products and keep your busses alive and prosper. Attached are pictures.Update: First, my husband didn't buy the meat, was me. Second, they didn't show the cut to me,usually, they do,it's true. Third, maybe you have been in business for 50 years because you had better and more polite managers or owners... you call your customers liars, and Karens??? Learn some manners. You have a business because customers go there and buy your products.

Kikos is THE BEST. They have awesome produce. Fresh fruit. They sell Hispanic items that are so delicious. I go there 5 or 6 times a week. They work fast at the checkout , you don't have to wait more than 6 or 7 minutes at the register. I suggest going there. Plus their owner is EXTREMELY NICE, and the people at the register are SUPER NICE too.

Worst place to work in, the owner it’s a prideful Cuban who always thinks cashiers still from him. He used to pay me $6 hr a single mother, it’s like working for the army, his auntie worked there too and God forbid you said anything to offend the owner, she would tell and get you in trouble. She was scared of him always. Good food and quality yes, a bit pricey but good bread and vegetables...

Small but very good and affordable supermarket. Has all of the essentials you need and also a decent selection of alcohol. Also has a great selection of latin products, considering it is a latin supermarket. It can get packed on the weekends or after 6, but overall a very convenient supermarket to have on Anderson.

They have a different selection of merchandise, leaning towards Latin Mexican cream, tortillas, they have a full Deli, and also they have a meat counter they have good lighting and the place has been refurbished not too long ago looks good. The cashiers are quick and friendly, as is anyone I have encountered in the store.

It is one of the best supermarkets in the area. It has good variety of products. Prices are fair. It has fresh vegetables and fruits. Clean. Helpful staff. I like the fresh baked bread that you can get early in the morning.

Kind of pricey and limited on choice but still a good place to grab some necessities if a trip to the local supermarket is not in the cards. It's basically like a mini super market with a bit of everything from produce and meat to pet food to cleaning supplies and bath n beauty products. I like the fact that they sell beer!

The best family-run supermarket you'll ever find. Seriously.Great produce and ethnic products galore. The owners truly care about their business and do their best to keep staff and customers super happy. Great place, excellent prosciutto if you want to treat yourself at the deli! They also offer travel services which I've used and am always happy with the result. But wait...there's more! Candy bars! And I'm not talking about Hershey's...they do actual candy presentations at weddings, sweet 16's, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, etc. A one stop shop for all your feasting and flying needs.

Small but not very crowded. More expensive than most supermarkets, especially ShopRite but has certain meats but you can't find in any of the supermarkets. This is not a store where you can do your entire shopping. You'll have to go elsewhere for paper products, nice and fresh produce, etc. There's a small parking lot on the side of the store.

In the middle of Very hard times we are lucky to have places like Kikos open. This hard working family owned business is something to be grateful for. Thank you for doing your best during this difficult time! You guys are awesome.

I bought some foods at the supermarket, some of which I found damaged when peeling.I returned to the supermarket and asked them for a refund for the damaged and in a very shameful way they demanded that I leave the supermarket to what I refused. The manager used words so offensive that they cannot be written. They treated me worse than an animal and called the police. I am a pastor and chaplain of a church and this more than money was a very serious offense.

I twice bought soda cans once a sixpack and second time three loose cans both times, the Brand Materva Light, had expired more than Two years plus. This is no mistake, the first time, we returned the soda and the manager apologized and said they would make sure to get rid of the expired lot. This time when I spoke to someone on the phone claiming to be the manager he didn't even bother to apologize and said he had no idea. this is disgraceful that money hungry grocer could be so negligent in what they sell to the public. I urge everyone who shops at your store to be super vigilant and what they buy.

Not much space when walking through the the isles unless you're the only one in the isle. The prices are pretty good as well. The staff members are friendly. I recommend going to Arleny as your cashier.

This is the worst supermarket I had been. Never coming back to this supermarket. The Service is horrible specially the old ladies asking for tips. I don't recommend this supermarket to anyone that live on fairview.

great place to shop at. everything is fresh. the only thing is the cashiers. some of them are nasty and rude. they make you feel like if the food is given to you, not bought. thats why i give it 4 stars.

Very nice family-owned supermarket with lots of international foods. Good prices. However, Food Bazaar generally has a larger selection and much better produce.

A literal one stop shop for all Latin American foods and ingredients plus a whole lot more. Basically its a Meat Market with a large front end of all Supermarket goods from A to Z. One word of advice is to check all your merchandise dating is fresh either by stamped dates or the good old squeeze test for fruits, vegetables, avocadoes, etc.

Kiko's is pretty much an oversized bodega. If you need to run in for staples (milk, eggs, bread, etc) it's fine but it isn't a place to do a grocery haul. The store is dirty and the meats look questionable.

Great prices! Way better than shopping at food bazaar or those other places that over price their items. Other supermarkets should take advice from this place! And staff is friendly and courteous.

Kikos takes advantage of COVID pandemic "no-return policy" and are selling spoiled meat to customers. On Tuesday, March 31st around 8pm, I purchased a pack of steaks and when I opened the packaging a couple hours later to cook, the meat smelled rancid. I only realized once the packaging was opened. I came back to Kikos the following day asking to return the bad product and receive a refund for this one item and they not only refused siting the COVID no return policy but they called the police to make me leave. I'm writing this to warn others that I believe this establishment is selling unsafe food and taking advantage of the pandemic to get away with it. I was owed an apology and refund, but most of all no one should get sick due to rotten food in times like these. It's one thing to not accept returns of packaged goods to be put back of on the shelf, but they sold me a product that should be trashed.

Frozen vegetables are past date, spoiled and have turned black, and are still being sold. Outdated meat still being sold, The supermarket itself stinks! Health Inspectors need to come check this place out.
