Great place for Mother’s Day gifts, Staff helpful, engaging and just so patient! Went with my grandsons on limited budget to get Surprise Mother’s day gifts for my Daughter! The staff was truly wonderful! My grandson was so happy with his purchase’s for his mommy. I must add, this awesome treatment is a daily occurrence. Not just Mother’s Day. Thank You

CHECK EVERYTHING YOU BUY!! I have had numerous times I have went there now and bought things to then bring them home to realize they're expired. 2 weeks ago I got expired candy which had been expired 6 months how does this happen!! My MIL even got an expired TOOTHPASTE like Wdf! Check absolutely everything even the expired lemonade. Each time me or my husband have returned something the staff basically laughs that we're returning an item because it's expired.

Rebecca Vogel worst head pharmacist didn’t want to transfer my prescription and said she couldn’t fill my prescription in 8 minutes it actually took less then 5 minutes. The worst she shouldn’t be dealing with people I asked for manager everyone ignored me. Cashier in pharmacist tonight very rude my prescription called in different pharmacy I asked if could transfer he was lazy and said quicker for me to drive to other pharmacy. When it took less the 5 minutes to transfer and fill only nice helpful employee was Mohammad he was the only nice and helpful . Cashier should be written up . If only they had a manager there. Definitely do not recommend unless they clean shop. They all should do more training. I managed medical office they employees definitely need to be taught

I absolutely dread when I have to go to this place. If you're just going to the store itself it's not bad. But if you're thinking about using this place as your pharmacy..... DON'T!They no longer work with a bunch of health insurance companies, so prices are a lot more expensive. They never have anything ready and there's always either a long line or short staffed (or both!) when you come here.My script was sent here 2 weeks ago. I went last week but they were closed for lunch (when I was on lunch). Came back today and it still wasn't ready because they didn't work with my insurance. But instead of calling me ahead of time to tell me, I had to wait even longer. And when they told me the price without insurance and I said I'd pay, they went ahead and found another discount code, which was respectable, but I was already running late and that took another 15 minutes.Save yourself time and money. Don't go here. Order online from Mark Cuban's company instead. I only came here because my script was out of stock

The worst customer service I have seen in my entire life. When ever you call they hang up, it’s like they don’t even want to do their job. Customer are always right, because without us there wouldn’t be any jobs for them. Clearly they lack common sense and need to be replaced.

Avoid this place unless it’s an emergency. The long list of negative reviews should be a stark indicator that this place needs to revamp staff or turn into an Amazon pickup hub ASAP.A nasty, obtuse “worker” would not and could not (repeatedly asked ‘where you was’) articulate why a person in store could not arrange an Rx delivery. Nevermind that she had on only a sweatshirt and no indication she was an employee other than standing behind the counter with a blank look on her face. The pharmacist was not helpful either as she bore witness and chose not to address it.This CVS has clearly given up on serving the community and instead cuts costs by hiring those who aren’t worthy of being a human doorstop instead. Support a local pharmacy or rely on Mark Cuban’s site.

Very disappointed!! I came here for the second time for a covid vaccine shot and when i arrived they told me we are out of stock. This issue has been there for a few months and CVS or the store did not resolve it. Would have been nice if i was notified a head of time. But it looks like there is a gap between the automated system and the actual stock status in the stores

I wish the was a chance of 0 stars, the pharmacy department and specialty the pharmacist is the worst person I ever met in my life, so careless, and rude, me and my family we are going to take out all our medicine from there, don't go there , the give you the wrong dosage of medicine, and they not say anything about, and when you say something, with redness they say that is not my business. Don't trust them and leave that pharmacy asap, belive me they are other pharmacy, wich they know how to respect peaple, I still don't understand, why someone like this works in a large company like cvs, they need more professional peaple in that particular location and specially in the pharmacy department, just change a pharmacist if you want to have a better reputation.

I was there for a flu shot. The pharmacist said my insurance doesnt cover prescription and i will have to pay for a flu shot. Never heard of that. I called my insurance and confirmed that i dont have to. I went to another CVS. They said CVS dont accept my insurance. It is not the same. They need to know. CVS website lets you schedule an appt and asks you to fill out insurance info, and you will only find out if anything at the store. Call ahead if they accept your insurance. They told me to go to Walgreen.

Pharmacy technician needs an attitude adjustment!!! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name but will note it next visit. I was incoherent in massive pain, just out of oral surgery (earlier this week). It was very obvious too as I had a brace around my face with an ice pack and had the worst experience there. I was waiting online patiently and when it was my turn, i was approached with a very nasty attitude . In a very rude tone, The tech said “miss we close in 15 mins” As I was in need of my antibiotic and pain killers post surgery, I asked if she can at least take my scripts, and responded by huffing and puffing with eye rolls followed by a rude comment. The rudest experience in the healthcare profession I have ever came across and it’s upsetting that cvs pharmacy would even allow that behavior. 15 minutes is plenty of time to enter a script and It not like she was preparing the meds, she was taking scripts. As a long time customer of the Bergen Blvd location in Fairview, I’mReally disgusted by her nasty behavior and will never take my business there again. I’m the last one to ever complain and understand we all have bad days but this was pathetic.

Extremely unhelpful. Arrived to pickup a prescription at which point they told me it was on hold, but they would take it off hold and have it ready in an hour. I waited an hour, and then they told me it was not in stock here or at any nearby locations. Go somewhere else.

Did not appreciate my encounter with Pharmacy tech luz. She Always has an attitude, disrespectful undertone (a lot of sighing), and seems miserable doing her job. She is a nuisance to customers who actually bring business to cvs. She is Terrible and disgraceful.

Store closes at 10 pm. Went there at 9.36 PM on weekend. It was closed. I saw two store personnels at the door when I passed by the store to park my car. They disappeared soon as I parked my car. Two more customers came after me and were frustrated by the same.

CVS sucks, and this one is no exception. Their lunch hour is 1:30-2:00. But when I arrived at 1:20, the drop-off windows was already closed. I call them out, and one of the pharmacists answers and waves a board with the business hours. I insisted on her taking my script and she did. The whole time her attitude was so nasty.

The pharmacist was very rude I had a post-dated prescription in which no other pharmacies had a problem filling. It was also the 6th time I was using an RX written in that format and they had filled it for me 5 times prior and then all of a sudden gave me an issue this month, with no offer to help call my doctor or find a solution. I’ve had trouble with this pharmacy staff in the past but this was the last straw. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

I walked in and asked for assistance to find a body wash in shower lotion by dove or play and the male cashier told me he would help then rudely ignored me in the aisle and never came to assist me. By the time the other cashier (female) came over it was time for me to leave. This was my first worse shopping experience ever thanks to him. And I won’t be returning.

Today I showed up at cvs after a brutal root canal and used the pharmacy drive through. I was told they were a little backed up, fine I thought. I gave my phone number to the girl at the window and was told I would be texted when it was ready. I patiently waited 1:45 min half numb and throbbing, then decided to call to check. The prescription was ready and they knew nothing about my phone number. My number was again taken and I got a text message moments later while sitting at the drive through window. I will no longer be using this pharmacy. I don't tolerate incompetency and today was a mighty show of incompetence. PHARMACY FAILS

Came one minute late to the pharmacy and they were closing the gate. I came there to get my medication but I was told they were closed. I said I am only one minute late. They said we are closed so I could not get my medication.
