Customer service is excellent in this location. Staff very friendly and professional. Store appearance is very clean and tidy. Ample parking and great location it's also open till midnight which is extremely convenient.

The cashier that works in the pharmacy. Her name is Sam. She do not have great customer service skills. She always have a nasty attitude and she always be sarcastic when she’s replying back to customers I don’t want her fire another like they just have a nice talk with her. That’s bad customer service and I gave her more than one time to be disrespectful and she did. This is the third time so now I’m writing a bad review on her somebody handle it or I will no longer be coming there no more and then I will spread the word to let them know that they have somebody there with a bad attitude.

I had a 10 am appointment for vaccine. I made appointment on line and completed all paperwork. When arrived on time 5 people ahead with some filling out paperwork. When I said I had a 10 am appointment it didn't matter. Plus nurse gave a bad shot

Love this Walgreen store! I always order photo products from them and the quality is amazing! And you can always find coupons so the products always come out very affordable. I get an email every time I order and they process it very timely. I also love that the store is conveniently located between where I live and work, so this is my go-to place when I need last minute items - from my daughter's school project materials to groceries and household needs. Thank you Walgreens!

The 5 stars go to Amber, a pharmacy tech. She is amazing, kind , and professional. I was waiting for my mom's prescription , she told me that insurance companies will fill it early, and she ran back and had it filled. While she waited on me, about 3 people walked up with questions, Amber was polite and helpful, and at the same time she handled the drive through customers. I have never seen a person in action like this, she needs to become top management, and show the rest of the staff how it is done. She was more visible and on hand than any other manager, which I have met, or any other employee that I have ever dealt with, overall a great store, good employees, BUT Amber needs to be in charge!!!!!!!!!!!Just when there again, 4/16, the same Pharm tech was just as amazing, and a young lady at the front of the store was so kind , sweet and helpful. I left there happier than I walked in. Wonderful employees!!!!!!!

They were prompt, friendly, and had my online pickup order bagged and ready to go in less than 10 minutes! This particular order was placed very close to closing time (12 midnight) and they kindly let me know that the order was scheduled to be picked up first thing in the morning on the following day but because I was there and they had already started the process of getting my order together they said they would finish it quickly so that I could leave with my entire order before closing time and that's exactly what I did! Additionally, I sent a friend to pick it up and I like how they require you to disclose the name and email address of anyone, aside from yourself, who'd be picking up the order and then upon arriving, they ask for the code that they sent ahead of time to the email address given by the account holder, in order to prevent unauthorized people from picking up your order. The staff here is excellent!. Very polite and helpful. I just don’t understand why the calls to the pharmacy are returned to the automated voicemail. I have made a total of five calls and all have bounced back to the voicemail. I understand that they get very busy and it may very well be that more help is needed. The pharmacist is very nice and helpful and so is the staff.

Great store. Prices are a bit high, but that's the cost of convenience. Great sale prices however. Most of the staff is nice. Pharmacy is always helpful and has most things in stock. Been going here since its inception.

First of all, I am not sure that it's even legal what this location did. I just moved to the area and had an Rx from my Dr. For my Adderall. The pharmacist said they would not fill my Rx due to the fact I had never filled an Rx at that particular walgreens before. I have been using walgreens for 15 years in various locations where I lived. I moved here from Ocean City MD. Where I used walgreens to fill all my Rx. So because I never used this location, I can not receive my Rx. WHAT PLANET AM ON? I am going to file a complaint with thier corporate headquarters and ANYONE and EVERYONE I possibly can file a complaint with!!!!

We were on vacation at Ocean City. At 2:30 in the morning my 5 yr old woke up crying with hives due to some type of allergic reaction. At this hour they were the closest store open so I made the drive out. When I walked in they treated me with tremendous courtesy and helped me find what I need. Great experience with the young lady and gentleman who worked at 3 am on 6-13-17. Thank You!

The worst store I can possibly imagine and pharmacy! They treat you like your stupid they abuse you talk above you especially the women! I’ve never dealt with a store with such poor customer service! Once all my scripts are done I’ll never return to this location! Never been so humiliated in my life! Not to mention they label you so a tip to anyone that has any piercings or tattoos! If there was an option to give negative stars I would!

English creek store: decided to venture out for advertised special starting Sunday first day. Of course nothing! Did not receive delivery? Why?? Called other store in town. Had plenty. So why 2 trips ? And one store has and helpful Thank you to dom. At second store. Won’t go back to eng creek anymore

I am new to the south jersey area and have been having a hard time filling one of my scripts...Walgreens in EHT is not close to my house or my job....I tried about 5 other competitor pharmacies near me and got the run around from each one. The worst part is each competitor pharmacy had some of the rudest employees I have ever met. I finally called Walgreens where I spoke with employee Jess on the phone. Jess could see in her system I was a longtime client of Walgreens in north jersey and was able to help me with my scripts. She even went as far as to offer to stay a little late past her shift since she knew I was rushing over from work. Thank you Walgreens for being the only pharmacy in town that knows how to offer good customer service. I will make the extra drive to you guys from now on and refer others to your location.

I used Rite Aid until Walgreens took over, your best bet is to ask your doc opinion on a pharmacy. Now my doc. and pharmacist are all on the same page and they even know me already. If you're in this area, Bunting Pharmacy is great, I just switched there.These chains aren't personal, I've been treated differently because of medications I am on, and been refused medications b/c of vaca. with doctors orders, "because she did not want to fill it,( against doc orders)", that was CVS Galloway. Go to a small family pharmacy,.. If you're just picking up 1 prescription you might be okay though, convenient, but trust me, I couldnt believe how nice the smaller pharmacy's are/ staff.

Unless it is your last resort use a different pharmacy. At a loss for words is an understatement. The pharmacy passes the buck. After i returned a call about a robocall which we received stating drug unavailable from a presription left 3 days earlier, the phamacy explains ‘I will see if maybe later we can try and find it from someone else.’Then at the end of the day sends an email instead of calling to say ‘they have exhausted all means and can not fill a prescription’.Told me to have my Dr write for a different medicine.However, the entire situation was a buck being passed and dropping the ball.The drug was available one town over. I found it in less than 2 minutes. The patient does not come first at this location.Loss for words...

Horrible Horrible experience with the pharmacy on Ocean heights Ave in Egg harbor TWP today 10/15/21 ....Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me and 7 cars behind me . What a nite mare !
