Tonight 4/18/23 at the Mathistown Wallgreens Lindsey went out of her way to help me save some money on a prescription. She helped me look for a coupon and then entered it into the computer to save $80. Give her a raise, she is a very pleasant and helpful individual who is very well suited to her job.

Nothing but issues with the new pharmacist Mirna. I miss the old pharmacist, he was always nice and never hung up on his customers. I also never get any messages anymore about issues with scripts by an actual person from the store and sometimes not even an automated one about important medications.

I truly love Walgreens but not for desk calendars. Just horrible. Pictures are dark and bent. When I told the CSR she said that's justhow they print. I paid and left very unhappy. I could have done much better on my own computer.

Been going here for years. I go to pick up my sons meds the other day, one is missing with no explanation as to why I thought it wasn’t done yet then after a couple days I call back and there’s an “issue” that they NEVER called me about or explained to me when I picked up the other meds. The nastiness and language barrier the new pharmacist has isn’t the best way to keep customers coming back. And now because of this new pharmacist and never notifying me that they were having an issue (and any time there’s been an issue longer then a day I have gotten a call) my son has no meds for the weekend and they refuse to give me enough until Monday when I can speak to his doctor. The only comment I got was “if you’re that concerned about your son call his doctor” smart thinking genius, ITS THE WEEKEND. THEY’RE CLOSED TIL MONDAY.

The store employees are wonderful! The pharmacy employees are rude on every visit!! Never a hello, thank you, or have a nice day. They need to take customer courtesy training from Rite Aid on Rt 9 in Little Egg Harbor.

Walgreens has almost no hospitality in the pharmacy department.When I need to get the scheduled vax gave me such a hard time had attitude the whole time So I left I went to rite aid and got the vax.If rite aid gonna do better we don't have a need for Walgreens in town.And they need to Wear main tags being that we can't see their face We don't want them to continue working in our town.I'm not gonna lie they make the whole town uncomfortable to go there You should really just shut it down.I've seen better hospitality From suicide bomber's

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been too. My boyfriend went to pick up my meds 3 minutes before the pharmacy was gonna close. He walked up to the window and said he needed to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist doesn’t help him (even though they’re still open) and says “sorry we’re closed” and shuts the window in his face. The pharmacist are extremely rude and always have an attitude. Avoid the pharmacy at this Walgreens at all costs!

Conveniently located to my home. Timely prescription refills. Great deals when you buy on sale and load coupons to your reward card through the app. Very friendly front end cashiers.

Don't get prescriptions filled here. My 1 year old was prescribed a $300 cream. The cream was not covered by my insurance, which is not Walgreens fault, but on Saturday I brought in a coupon from the drug company. The technician said with the coupon the medicine would be $60, they said they didn't have on hand but it would be in on Monday after 4pm. Monday comes and my wife receives a voicemail from the pharmacy saying "there is a delay with the medicine." When my wife called back they told her that the price was $300. My wife explained the interaction I had in Saturday to which they responded with " we never told your husband a price and they didn't know what coupon she was talking about." After work I went to the pharmacy to talk to a different pharmacist, she knew the situation that I was talking about and tried to say we couldn't use the coupon because we have insurance , until I produced the coupon that clearly states "insured patients" on the card. She said the coupon should work but she couldn't get the system to accept it. She said "I will call the number on the coupon tomorrow to see what we can do. They called the number and apparently the coupon is no longer valid. Some how from Saturday when the technician was able to put the coupon in the system and give me a price of $60 to Tuesday morning is not valid? I will never use this pharmacy again. Thanks for wasting 4 days of my time.

THIS... THE WORST store...ever. Everything overpriced and only reason I go is because it is a mile away. Ever since the former manager left....(Russ SOMETHING-OR-OTHER... I obviously had no personal connection with him) , and replaced by someone else.... WHAT A CLUSTER! This particular Walgreens is located in a place surrounded by Senior Citizen Communities..... Those unable to drive far, if at all.... and I do believe they take that into consideration. and exploit.hmmmm ...p.s. I usually write ONLY favorable reviews. RARELY do I complain via public comment. However. this store at least in THIS location, is a disaster....and one HUGE example of exploitation. I do not blame the folks who work there. It's about the Company itself, who hand their "decisions" down to regional managers, and they in turn....just want to keep their jobs.And so, to Walgreen Top Level Execs.... you make "The Waltons"... (and I do not refer to the tv show) look like liberal philanthropists. the. end. I find it interesting, that my PC will not allow me to post this. Rating? NEGATIVE. NO STARS.

Female shift manager kaylin was rude and couldn’t give a refund. She insisted on giving a store credit instead but then fumbled her way through the process while a large line built up behind me. Poor attitude and bad customer service.

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I was driving around for over 2 hours trying to find happy and healthy street. Had no luck so went out the next day looking for over 3 hours. I had given up and just called them due to the fact I could not find happy or heathy street. IT IS NOT ON THE CORNER OF HAPPY AND HEALTHY. found that out after driving for over 6 hours.

Ordered refill on critical medication from this pharmacy, got 100% confirmation from automated system to pick it up, drove 30 minutes from another township and they don’t have it in stock!! No explanation whatsoever and no help with finding another store that would have it in stock!!!!!!! Infuriating

Literally smells like a sewer. Managers seem like control freaks and extremely overbearing. Pharmacy is ineffective and almost overdosed a few people I know with no care whatsoever. Dangerous, and bad.
