Angelica was very professional & explained the vital care program that Petco offers in regards to continued wellness for my dog. She did a great job with Bella(My Newfoundland) when She was in the academy training at the Union location. I moved South & got lucky to be closer to her home store. I am looking forward to having her groom Bella moving forward. Thank you very much.

Bad service. We left our 6 month puppy at the scheduled time and we're told it will take 3-4 hours to bathe and groom. After 4.5 hours, my 6 month puppy was given back half groomed because the groomer could not manage the dog. All my dog wanted was some rest and potty break as he was taken for grooming after 4 hours of wait time.After we got him home, he went potty and he let us groom him without any issues!

Excellent groomer who was so gentle and friendly with my nervous little dachshund, along with the high quality service. Sasha, my dog, came home extremely clean and her nails were buffed and ground down about as short as they could possibly be. I can't say enough about the groomer herself or the quality of the services provided.

Groomer Kathy was pleasant and very professional. She made Lulu feel welcomed. And she did a fabulous job on a 9 month old puppy who hates everything about spa day .

Nithya Prakash I worked in the grooming salon and am now one of the managers, I remember having many appointments for you and every single one of them you no showed for. As a matter of fact you have never even been in our salon and the computer files show every appointment you ever made. For you to give a review on a groomer you have never actually worked with is quite asinine and very disrespectful to our store and our salon groomer and I'd much appreciate it if you would not make false reviews and find a different store to go to.

Be careful when you schedule your dog for grooming. You may think you got the day on line but they get back the next day and say we won’t be here. I use the local groomers they cater to my needs and more reliable.
