I show I witnessed to Petsmart employees, taking all the namebrand dog food and slashing it and throwing it into the dumpster. They threw out about 40 bags total and cut every single bag. Then I noticed some of the bags weren’t even expired somewhere by just a few days. The thing that really floored me the most was that they have DOG RESCUE in their OWN PARKING LOT. Pet goods donate all their unwanted and expired food to local shelters because everyone knows the food is fine for well over the expiration date. But this place didn’t even give any rescues the option they/day and threw it out instead. Shame on your company at this particular location. Pictures prove it all!!!! Terrible!!

fish expert (fish manager) extremely rude. I returned a live fish and got judged by her like I was a student and her the teacher. I was trying to consult her some fish related questions, asking if the female betta fish was pregnant, but she got annoyed and circling around without answering questions and started scolding me for returning the fish. She then threatens me by saying that I will never get to buy fish from the store. I explained I have multiple tanks and am raising all my other fish well, and I still was hoping to consult her fish related questions, but she doesn’t listen and turned away straight back to her office. This is very offensive, this manager is not showing respect to customers. I was very angry, but I wanted to know answer to the fish question, so I went to her office, and still ask her whether the female betta fish was pregnant, as the fish has very big belly. But as a fish expert, the manager said something out of surprise, she said that the fish can’t be pregnant as it has never been together with male fish. This is ridiculous as anyone who raises betta fish should know how bettas breed, females start to carry eggs by themselves without being staying together with males. I am surprised with her ignorance as an ‘fish manager’ and her rude attitude towards customers. I am a frequent customer there, but with this experience, will never go there again.

This review has nothing to do with the pets hotel employees. They have been wonderful with our dogs for the last 12 years. We found out today that they will no longer have overnight workers watching the dogs when we board them. So we will not be using them until they change that policy back. I find it ridiculous that for the cost of one employee from 10-6 they are willing to lose boarding business. But I am sure someone thought it was a great idea. Now we're looking for a replacement.

Ever since getting my golden retriever pup these employees have been wonderful! Today after multiple trips to this location, an employee named Cece shared a “puppy coupon booklet” with me and gave us money off our purchase today for coupons we could’ve used in past trips! It was great and she gave us this helpful information without asking, simply just a kind person! She was so sweet to my pup as all the other employees always are. Now we have more coupons for the pups needs! Really nice people!

If you care for your pets, do not bring them here. Nobody, manager included, knows how to take accountability for their mistakes and their inability to care for animals correctly.This is the first time we’ve brought our dog to get bathed here. Our usual place is booked. The attendant who we booked our services with was “Laura M.” and for the first time we were told that our dog was “aggressive” and hated water! What’s worse is that our dog came back with a wound that he never had and was never bathed.For the life of me, I can’t figure out the supposed change in our dog when all the other PetSmart locations have sung our dog praises for being so loving and friendly to everyone!

Came in yesterday for a festive holiday collar for my Labrador. As soon as I entered the door I was acknowledged. I love that! Just a hello makes any customer feel welcomed thank you to cashier 731536 he was very sweet and patient! Maybe he will recognize me from the purchase lol!!!

Place sucks, went there three times the last won’t sell me a fish. The lady wouldn’t sell me a fish because i “didn’t cycle my tank for 2 weeks” and this time she refused to sell me because it was past closing time even though I’ve been there for 10 minutes before they closed but she was outside smoking a cigarette and talking on the phone instead of help customer. Customer service is so bad because of the one lady I heard someone call her michelle. Don’t shop there if u want fish.

Took my dog here for grooming. Was told throughout the day that my dog was "stressed" and wasn't cooperating, so they couldn't finish grooming her. went to pick her up and noticed that they ripped the fur and skin from the corners of her eyes!!! You can see the redness and she was bleeding. My dog was in so much stress that she has been vomiting and diarrhea all night. I cannot believe the awful treatment here

Do not recommend boarding here at all. Our dog, who has been boarded before at different facilities and loved it and loves getting groomed was incredibly stressed and frightened when we picked him up from a two night stay. We paid for the suite and pictures, did not receive any photos, and had to give him a bath and wash the blanket and toys we gave with him because he and the belongings were soaked in urine. So, for two nights he was clearly left to lay in his own pee, the updates we paid for were not given and NOT reimbursed, and he drank water as if he hadn't had a drink in a day.

Good selection for cat food and miscellaneous dog stuff, but check your receipt! More than once, this place has overcharged me. The charge doesn't match the price on the shelf OR the online price. They did it again yesterday. Now I have to drive all the way back so im just going to return the merchandise. Good service is so hard to find...As far as the pet hotel goes, i have only done .5 day puppy play dates. Once my pug did get kennel cough from this place. For sure, it was a quired from this place because Shayla doesn't go around ANY other dogs. Like I said, it's just OK. I would never leave my babies overnight anywhere except a vet!

We have been getting our yorkies groomed here for many years. Been through many different groomers and I am satisfied almost all the time. It’s all in the communication and more you are clear you will be satisfied. There have been times when I had to correct few things but for me most of my visits are spot on. Our yorkies love going there and they look great when I pick them up. Keep up the good work and see you in few months.

Do NOT let your dogs stay here!! Me and my family recently went on a three day two night vacation and our dog stayed at this hotel. Upon our return, our dog was so anxious and afraid. We have been working on his relationship with other dogs for a while, but after his stay here he was incredibly sensitive to the other dogs nearby, and would bark and push his ears back. The first thing he did when we got out of the facility was go to the bathroom, and it seemed as though he hadn’t gone for a while. The handlers said that he was quite noisy, but our dog barks to signal that he either needs to go to the bathroom, get exercise, or needs food/water. When we got home, it was as if he hadn’t eaten or drank anything during his stay. We provided them with three days worth of food and only one portion was used. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning to this facility.

No one would help us or let us know when we could get a hamster. The longer they ignored us the easier it was to walk out, plus the dead hamster in the cage made us wonder how long the other ones would survive after being exposed to the carcass. It was easily in there for a couple days. I get you have to clean the entire tank, but customer service was lacking.

My dog had stayed here 2x. Each time I get him back he seems scared. I got to pet him & he lowers his head, as though he is afraid. Also write everything down, word for word, there favorite saying is "it must have been a miscommunication"The Grooming is good. So far no problems.Just be very cautious before leaving your pet there.Also don't leave your leash or anything else, because they don't return them. You need to call & see if everything is still there. The you have to make another trip to retrieve them!!

This PetSmart has such a great selection of stuff and is always well stocked. The employees are super friendly and helpful. We purposely drive 20 minutes out of our way to come here.

Worst grooming service ever. We have came here several times, and even though the service was not that good i still come here because of the price is not bad. However, after giving them so many changes, I decide not coming back again. they take too many appointments in a day and don’t have enough resources to do the grooming for my dog. Instead of contacting us in advance to reschedule, they told us that they are busy today and can’t take our dog because the dog is aggressive when checking in . No one said my dog is aggressive before, so ridiculous to hear that! If you don’t have enough resources, find problems from your scheduling system, not from your customer!!!

We boarded our dog for a weekend and it was a good experience. We had to wait a little while for someone at the counter for checking in and checking out. Aside from that everything else was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and our dog seemed to enjoy his stay.

I am a very big spender at this store and a water fountain I bought stopped working shortly afterwards. They gave me a hard time looking up my account for the receipt and wouldn't exchange the product. I'll never shop there again. Petco is right down the street.

Don’t come. They don’t let me buy fish because “my tank is too small”. I have a 20 gallon tank with 5 2-inch fish, they told me I can only buy one more fish. The employee is Jennifer and she obviously does not want to serve me.

We recently put our pet for an overnight stay and were very disappointed to receive our dog back. It was frightned and sad and we noticed that they trimmed his hair without taking our consent. I put my dog in other facilities before and he always enjoyed but with this facility he was unhappy for almost two days and got frightened. Very disappointed.

Everytime I have used their services they never follow the directions and one thing is always left undone (mostly sanitary area). I have just been on a call with them for 15 minutes just waiting on hold as they figure out their schedules for a simple nail trim. She asked me to bring vaccination records, which I have already submitted months ago! I believe only one groomer is truly good because the other ones have been a disappointment. Disorganized and inefficient. I highly recommend you avoid.

In a time where worker shortage sometimes shows. The people at this store are so professional and extremely helpful, they have a passion in what they do. David, not once,but twice ran an item that I kept forgetting back to me. Amazing job!
