As usual it was very rewarding. We love Liz in the grooming salon. She takes incredible care of our Goldendoodle, Stella, and clearly shows her love for animals and genuine connection with them. My only frustration with the store is that I somehow have 3 accounts under my name. I now have to call customer support to ask them to consolidate to one. I have no idea how I ended with 3.

While I was charged over a $100 for grooming my Labradoodle, the groomer only did the hair around the eyes and neck. I had asked for a short cut. She did not touch the body, paws or sanitary areas. He is full of knots within a week of grooming. Terrible!

Groomer is always happy to see my dog. She is enthusiastic. My dog leaves happy and looking/smelling great.
