I bought a fan from this store and I ask specifically on the counter when I was paying the money whether I can change it or not? She said any time honey. And I went to return after a day because I didn’t like the finish of that fan and it was very unsteady. Without any kind of trouble I said to them please take this back .They said no to to me because it is against our policy of company.so I said when I asked you didn’t tell me otherwise I won’t have bought. I am not happy with this fan finish and it it shaking. If you can’t return me money than let me buy something else instead of fan. That also they were not ready and without any trouble they called cops against me and they made me feel so embarrassed. I kept on requesting to them but they and police didn’t listen to me at all. So I am writing this because there is no justice police has noticed here. And blindly they believe on one side story and made me so embarrassed and victim. I am also a Nurse and help people in this country without any trouble than why not police? Finally I took that fan and came out. Now a days stores are not training their employers and than Customer has to go through this kind of embarrassment.

The workers there are nice. The place could a good cleaning but with the pandemic and everyone just going back to work I’ll give it some time. The prices there are really good and it is a good store for when you need to go on a road trip!

Everyone that ive come in contact with at your store has always been very kind and helpful. I love this store ive never had any issues or have ever been treated disrespectfully. Your staff know their jobs and where all items are located in your store. i reccomend shopping here to all my family and friends. You have very pretty things for your home and the clothes are also very durable. I realized you dont have to spend a fortune to have great quality items. Today i will be going back to buy a beautiful area rug very large for my living room only 22.00 dollars and a gorgeous set of throw pillows and an oil painting to match. Ive been shopping here since youve opened and will continue. Love family dollar always have and i alawys!

Everything is overpriced from a other locations I go to in Plainfield and the manager was very rude the store is messy not a lot of selection I will not go back in there and spend one dime of my money 😳😳😳😳😳
