Leo in the appliance department is great. He actually cares and goes above and beyond to help. I needed assistance with my warranty and I was getting the run around with multiple phone numbers to call. I called Leo at the Home Depot and he got me in direct contact with someone and stayed with me the entire time to make sure I was set with a service date! Thank you Leo for caring about people

Terrible customer service. We ordered flooring on March 11 with a shipment date of March 13-16. The flooring wasn't received until March 19th. Now after that long delay one of the vinyl boxes were broken ( I understand it happens). Upon return both reps at the customer service area very casually said they cannot do anything and I can go home and order a new one. When I expressed my concern about how long the first delivery took and I didn't want to wait another 7 days, they joked well this delivery says 3-5 days much better than 7. Needless to say now I have a client with no flooring in a high traffic area.

Staff is always very helpful but while doing a plumbing job I had an employee, I wish I could remember his name who went above and beyond in helping me complete a project a had never done before. He not only helped me find the proper parts but gave me very good advice on how to proceed with this plumbing job after showing him pictures. 10 stars!

The Succasunna Home Depot is probably the best HD around. However, their lumber department like virtually all HDs leaves much to be desired. They do have a fantastic selection of spaghetti boards. The Lowe's in Mt Olive is worth the trip. The Mt Olive Lowe's has a great ProDesk and they get the vast majority of my big orders!

What can I say about Home Depot that you don’t know…If you have a soso credit you can apply for the HD Credit card and any purchases of $299 or more you have up to 6 months to pay interest free “that’s is a good deal”You can rent any kind of tools here for any home project.For the big project and if you drive a small car your can rent the Home Depot Truck.

Initially, my online order was unceremoniously canceled upon delivery due to an issue with the delivery personnel. Disappointed but not deterred, I visited the store to address the matter. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise.Upon arrival, I was greeted by the store manager, Nouman. His professionalism and empathy were immediately evident. Nouman didn't just listen to my issue; he actively sought to resolve it. He personally escorted me to the appliances section, introducing me to Sylvia, a knowledgeable and friendly associate. Together, Nouman and Sylvia not only reinstated my original order at the promised Black Friday prices but also provided such outstanding service that I felt confident in purchasing two additional appliances.What truly set this experience apart was the personal attention and follow-through. Nouman and Sylvia coordinated with the delivery company to prevent future issues, ensuring a seamless process. Throughout my visit, Nouman checked in regularly, making sure every price was accurately matched and all my concerns were addressed. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident.This Home Depot team, especially Sylvia in appliances, turned a potential customer service failure into a story of excellence. I frequent a number of Home Depot locations and the team here is exceptional, especially Leo Leopardi who truly goes above and beyond even when the appliance department is busy. The personal attention and positive attitude ensures that I will drive out of my way to work directly with Leo. Bought a Husky tool chest 3 weeks ago for $1098, price went down to $798 this week got a price adjustment in cash and bought an Andersen storm door for $229 .. Can't beat that, some great deals right now.. Customer service was very helpful getting the price adjustment for me

Had a third party next day delivery people lose my $220 package, had a run around with the online customer support and the third party company for 2 WEEKS, till I finally reached out directly to the dover store to have Nouman the manager finally give me some quality help and found a resolution to my problem. A big thank you for your kindness and help, if it wasn't for it I would've probably stopped shopping at homedepot and went to Lowes

Anthony with the good hair is an amazing worker. He has great customer service skills and genuinely cares about helping customers! I waked in there looking for help with something that had nothing to do with homedepot but I needed someone with the perfect tool and skills to save this expensive piece. Anthony did just that. When I asked him for his Venmo or zelle to give him a good tip he refused and expressed how that’s what he’s there for to help anyone he can! Anthony is by far the best Home Depot associate I have ever encountered! Anthony thank you! Home depot is lucky to have you.

Very few employees are willing to help. A lot of old grumpy men working there who know very little about the store. Parking is horrible set up. They really need to invest in relocating the carts, you can't even park a full size truck on the opposite side of the carts because they take up part of the lane.

Bought 2 propane tanks. One wouldn't open. Don't have receipt. Digital receipt email never came in. I'm a regular. Service guy was fine to swap it. Guy at Tank Cage was fine to swap it. Asked a bald Latino man, to help me. He threw a tantrum. Telling me without a receipt he won't help me. Proceeds to cry about me trying to pull one over on Home Depot, and how they will taje a loss, and I don't care about their loss, and on and on and on. Then, picks up the wrong tank, gives it to me and tells me here's your broken tank. I tell him it's not my tank. He doesn't care. I bet this guy in a bad day would assault a customer. Dude was off his rocker

Home Depot has a great selection and reasonable pricing. The staff is often very helpful and they have a great return policy so you can always buy extra so you don’t have to run back to the store since they’re always willing to take returns back. This makes home repairs and construction projects easier to complete on time.

June 4th. 1:15pm. Was standing by the key machine for about 20min. After that time a employee asked me how many keys. I said 10. He said you will have to wait and then walked away.I understand the understaffed situation but it looks to be a bad management situation.

I didn’t like the service here. First, the sales rep didn’t process my washer/dryer order (even though he swiped my card at the terminal). Instead he processed a quote, which delayed me receiving the machines by roughly 2 months. Then, once delivered, the guys wouldn’t stack the dryer because the hose was too short, so I had to setup another appt. Weeks later they came back with a new hose but, again, they couldn’t stack the dryer because it had been used already. Not only was this not told to me, i also spent an additional $150 to have an electrician move the outlet closer to where the dryer would’ve been. Now I’m out more money than I should’ve, and am stuck with a terrible washer.

I ordered bags of mulch to pick up at the store. I received notice that it was ready for pickup. When I got there it wasn't there. I was told to go to the Mulch Pit area and someone would load them in my car 7 bags. No one was at the mulch pit area so I had to return to the customer service area again and they had to get someone to return with me to the mulch pit. The worker first needed to get approval from his supervisor to go with me. He did and came with me. I finally got my bags of mulch. The young man was very pleasant and helpful. However Home Depot 's system somehow messed up.
