I was surprised by my kids this month with a first time visit to purchase a Cockatiel. Son had done a four State research , and found Todd's. Incredible vibe here, they even had young people just handling and adoring these well cared for tropicals. Dylan was a great resource, patient and gave info on female vs male, the species, special feed mix made at the shop; Todd your employee gets +5 stars 🤩.I live in DC. They'll ship anything on the website.You all are awesome and treat your customers great 👍💯

Todd Marcus is the place to go to to find anything for birds, and the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful as well, but the birds are the real reason to go and see what you may or may not want. Our boy Nicky was gotten there a mere 16 years ago. He is a Caique. He actually just had a birthday 🎂 last week. Happy sweet 16 Nicky.. I won't show him these pictures, I don't want him to get jealous. 😆

I cannot say enough about Todd Marcus and all of their wonderful staff— especially Chris, Dylan, Maria, Debbie, and Janice.I’ve purchased/adopted multiple birds from them. I’ve also boarded my babies and have them regularly groomed by Chris and Dylan.The staff are all kind, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and go above and beyond.Side note: I had an absolutely horrid experience at the other local store, and will continue to be a loyal patron at Todd’s.

Couldn't be happier with our experience buying a baby handfed budgie from Todd Marcus! Upon walking into the store, it immediately feels like customers are like family. You can tell the birds are well taken care of, and the workers work hard to keep it that way!Halle, Zen, and Chris worked with my family and I and every interaction was so enthusiastic, informed, caring, and professional! We got to interact with all parakeets before making our decision. We were even able to put a deposit down prior to coming to ensure we got our bird! They took care of us from beginning to end and now I just can't imagine ever buying a bird from anywhere else!Not to mention we are in love with our little "Winnie," and he is taking very fondly to us! Already taught him to step up, fly to our finger, and perch on our shoulder and hes only 4 days with us! You can tell he was well loved on! Thank you Todd Marcus!!!!!

I love this place I no longer live in New Jersey I truly miss it now that I live in Maryland but.. If I do go up there I will stock up on seed for my birds and toys for them. The best part is you can order seed for your bird and they'll ship it to you via UPS. Todd's Marcus birds exotics is so clean in there. It's almost like you can eat off the floor. I love how that they have the birds out in the center and you can actually have them step up onto your hand (please use the disinfection station on your hands before doing so) Overall I love this place and if I go back to New Jersey I'm definitely going to visit.

OMG!!!! This was my first visit to Todd Marcus Birds Exotic 🤫🤫😊😊 and I ENJOYED IT SO MUCH that I had to go get Chef SUMMER and Chef RJ to take them the same day for an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! The staff, customers and exotic birds too were really cool, friendly and very welcoming!!! The birds actually LOVED the attention they were given!!! The exotic birds are SUPER BEAUTIFUL, I WILL go back to visit them again when I need a peaceful and fun moment!! Thank you Todd Marci Birds Exotic for an AWESOME 1st time experience!!!

I got my new pal, Odie, here a few weeks ago. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with Todd Marcus birds exotic. I picked him out when he was only a few weeks old, placed a deposit on both him and a great quality cage. I stopped by every weekend to visit him, and bond. The employees here are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Particularly Zac who gave us all the info on how to interact and bond with the bird, and Chris, who helped me in learning how to hand feed my baby bird! Not only do they take amazing care of the birds, and provide a fun, clean, and safe atmosphere for the babies, but the customers are great as well! We had such a good time interacting with other fellow bird people whilst visiting our baby every weekend.After taking Odie home, he’s been so sweet and fun. A cockatoo will be a cockatoo, but watching him grow and learn is a pleasure.

Heard some great things about this place online. It is a bit of a drive (2.5 hours) from me, but well worth it. We have been coming here on periodic weekend trips to buy toys for our goffins over the past few months. Every toy has been a hit.I met a baby male eclectus here back in June. He instantly captivated my heart. I made it a point to visit him every time I went to the store for toys and supplies. As of two weeks ago, he is in my house climbing all over me, talking up a storm, and being the goofiest little bird ever.Franklin is the light of my life, and I can not thank this store and their staff enough for all of their assistance and knowledge.

Excellent services! Stunning Birds! We bought two healthy and happy macaws from this place! We drive approximately three hours to get food, supplies, and other necessities since we wouldn't go anywhere else! The employees are friendly and helpful! If you are a bird lover or is thinking about adopting a bird, this is probably the best store in the East Coast you can find for exotic birds. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Tons of toys for your beloved feather baby to choose from, though I wish there were more choices of foods and treats...... They have nail clipping service. They have a large bird room where they have different birds out on stands daily to interact with people. For new and interested owner, there is plenty of time for you to interact before you decide, it's a big commitment! Many different kind of birds there, and their cages and enclosures are very clean. They also have a rehoming section where you can adopt more mature birds that needs a new home. Their prices are reasonable, and quality is great. Happy to find this store!

I can not say enough good things about this store.My fiancé and I put a downpayment on these pair of Blue and Gold Macaws in August. While they were growing they were always sending us pictures and videos of our babies as they developed. When we finally made the trip from Ohio to pick them up I was beyond excited. I wish we had a store half as well stocked and filled with informative employees near our home.Even if you don’t have a bird this is still just a fun a place to visit. My fiancé and I spent a good hour just checking out all the birds and everything else before we even handled our new babies.We are so impressed with the experience we received and love our new babies beyond belief. Thank you guys for all your help!!

Have nothing but exceptional things to say about this place. It started with going to the other “guys” down the road whom are probably the most impersonal/passive aggressive customer service experience you’ll ever go through…and for whatever reason force you to buy one of their cages if you even attempt to ask a question about a bird. Landed here because we saw all the good reviews…From there, we purchased a Nanday conure, red factor conure, and are waiting on our red front macaw baby that’s weaning. Everyone there is super knowledgeable, takes the time to answer any and all questions, carry on a conversation because they care, and will continue doing business here. Zach, Chris are awesome and to the point if you’re seeking any information. 5-star business and can’t say enough good things.They just got a 45 year old Amazon in that needs rehoming and quite honestly my other half wants to also pick that bird up 😂

Literally walked in the door and got stared at by the employees like I just interrupted their life and ruined their night.No greeting or anything. I just turned around and walked out. Don't know what happened or what is going on but not the bird store I remember.

Great spot to find a feathered friend. Once you do, there is a nice area to sit and get to know your new family member. I highly recommend. They even invite Santa each year.

Very unhappy I drove 20 minutes in early afternoon to find out there is no groomer which I was told I can call but I was driving from work to them since had other responsibilities this afternoon. I can’t understand why a notice can’t be posted on website for the week for the availability of grooming

Im very happy to finally be getting an African gray I’m in Maryland so there’s really nothing that is nearly this genuine at providing good quality and genuine hand weaned birds. There staff is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. They even offer financing to help customers like my self be able to get the parrot I’ve always wanted. Yes it’s expensive but this parrot could put live me. It’s worth the money to be able to get ur forever pet. I’m excited to bring my African gray home when it’s ready in a 4 to 6 weeks. It’s hard to wait. We will be visiting Sunday.
