It was clean, and fast service. You must bring cash they don't take card. I bought chicken from there. They cleaned the chicken very well. I asked for approximately 5 to 6 lb chicken. Unfortunately I was not provide with any receipt. They did not scale it in front of me. I was pretty confused with that. Overall it's okay.

Horrible service. Had an order placed for one of my clients and when I called to pick it up, they denied me and said I never placed an order. They then said I required a deposit to place an order which was never mentioned by the woman on the phone. These people are not to be trusted, are disrespectful and made me lose one of my clients because of there actions. I’d recommend finding a different farm.

first of all I would like to apologize on behaf of nepalese Community because I heard someone wasn't happy about their purchase but also I think we should all treat people with dignity and respect or treat everyone how we wanna be treated . I personally think DEY farm is an amazing place with great people and very helpful also I would humbly ask any one to talk to the team if you are unhappy with the product and I am sure these great people work hard and will address anyones issues . we should not accuse anyone without evidence or just because anyone was unhappy instead should adress issues and have atleast a little bit of empathy for the people of day farm who works very hard to serve all of us. it was my first time going there and I was very pleased to do business with these amazing people but my cousins have been going there for years and I have never heard anything from them but great things about the farm so lets all respect each other and go on with our day , thank you for all the dey farm people who work so hard to serve us.🙏🙏

I was in this place two years ago with high hopes. We took goose and chicken for Christmas time and we end up with some old ones because meat was not chewable and we cooked it as we usually cooked before … They accept cash. But I am done with animals farms.

That white woman working at the counter looked annoyed as hell when we asked basic questions. She should not be engaging with the customers' terrible people skills. Better put her in the meat cutting section or somewhere else. On the brighter side, meat was amazing.

This place used to great before pandemic. They used to treat customers well, back then it was not busy. Now the place is busy and they have downgraded thier customer service. Also, I have heard from couple of my friends whom I referred said the ribs were missing from the entire goat they bought. In fairness their product is good though.

Be careful sometime they give frozen chicken which is not sold .Yesterday I asked for chicken within 5sec one gentleman served me . It was bit suspicious because usually they took 5-10min to serve. When I checked at home and cooked it was frozen.

The manager and the lady is very rude. there was some confusion of the weight for previous purchase, and that can happen, neither asked for refund nor asked the explanation. after hearing that , they got furious. now it seems they do it intentionally . check the weight always. Since their business is going good they forgot that customers are GOD. this is where they need to learn the basic skill.been purchasing from them years, the unfortunate thing is that they they are so arrogant that they wont listen to you.let me reiterate neither i complained nor i asked the explanation. but at the end i deserve to check what I am paying for

Update:We received a response from Dey farm and the lady who usually takes care of our order was very gracious. Since then, special care is being taken to ensure we get all the pieces exactly the way we want it.we all make mistakes, yes but I appreciate business owners who accept responsibility and ensure that it never happens again. We have gone back 3-4 times since then........We used to love buying whole chickens from this farm but since the pandemic we've noticed that there is always something missing in our bag. It has happened a few times - five, counting today - either a chicken wing is missing, or one part of the breast is missing. Just cannot make out if it is an error or deliberate. We left a voice message to complain - lets see if they revert back. Pity, if they don't do something about it then we will have to go elsewhere.

Their farm operates smoothly, they look clean, employees were courteous. Prices were a little steep but this was my first time buying fresh at a farm. $12 for 30 eggs. Wildflower honey was $28 😰, but got it anyway. The honey is local but they aren’t a bee farm.

The quality of goat is great.....Without pressure cooker soft Indian style goat curry in 1.5 hrs.I vist every week.ONLY ONE CONCERN , Today when weighed the mutton at home it was 140 gm less.I bought 2 lb so it's about 900 gm.But when I weighed at home it was 856 gm.Will talk to the owner next weekend visit.Changing the rating to 1 for their arroganceDear Owner: Let ME VERY CLEAR ON THIS "I have never doubted on YOUR scale or on THE INTEGRITY" ITS A HUMAN MISTAKE SOMETIMES HAPPEN. AND THAT DAY ALSO I HAVE NOT COMPLAINED AGAINST YOU or your scale. but you and that guy had no patience to hear. I JUST TOLD YOU what i found. TILL THAT DAY I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER (EVERY WEEKEND) . ONLY TIME I FACED THAT AND I PUT IT ONTO SCALE AS I DOUBTED. I have been going there for fresh meat and chicken for almost 9 years. Always courteous, always nice. And prices are reasonable, considering you are getting it fresh. I either call in my order or walk in and either way has been fine.

Have been going to this place for a while now. Service is slow, they charge $10 for butchering but they don't clean the stomach, which is rude. They have increased the price of goat also in recent years. otherwise great place, variety of meat is also very good.
